Denna vackra stranden hem är en perfekt komma undan för vänner och familj. Det har grönskande tomt med en tropisk palapa. Den GROUND LEVEl 3/2 plus Casita tillägget erbjuder också en strand inträde pool, pool badrum, utomhusdusch och två privata uteplatser. Denna Hacienda ligger på en rymlig 2 1/2 massor med lekplats konkurrera med swing set, sandlåda och massor av löpande område för barn. Sida går för kritning.
Den tillgång till stranden är i slutet av vägen, en kort 3-5 min promenad. Du korsar en tvåfältsväg som rest långsamt. Staden har genomfört promenader som gör cykling, skridskoåkning, rullskridskoåkning en enklare och säkrare aktivitet.
Den intilliggande Casita har en king size-säng, badkar, pentry, stor privat uteplats. Steg från poolen och perfekt för två. Kan hyras separat för extra gäster. Fastigheten kan sova upp till 12 gäster med detta tillägg. Hyran är föremål för ökad avgift och varierar från $ 110-175 beroende på säsong.

Amazing family trip

We had an amazing time staying here. The property was great for our big family. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas as well. Communication with the owner was good, she responded to messages in a timely manner. Walking distance to the beach, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great stay. Our first time is n the island and this hostess and property did not disappoint!

Our stay was great. The house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was perfect after the beach and in the evenings. The host communicated quickly and was very helpful in every aspect. Definitely will return here!!!

Beach getaway!

Went on a family vacation and it was beautiful the house was perfect and located perfectly from everything! We will definitely be back! The owners were so nice and so easy to work with! Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation!

Spring Break get away

Overall, me and my friends had a blast staying here. The showers are nice, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has a nice vibe to it, the Casita is very nice with a restroom and shower with outside access. The pool is big enough for 10 of us to fit and relax for the night. The beach is a little walk, less than 5m, maybe even 3m. Would recommend if you have kids, they would have fun there. Would definitely come back again!

Spring getaway

My family stayed at this beautiful house for an extended weekend and loved it! Lots of space, great kitchen and outdoor area. We had our family over one night for a cookout and it was wonderful. Hot tub and pool space is incredible and so relaxing!

Family Getaway

Dayna was AMAZING! Excellent communication and local advice. We felt like the house and Casita were our own private oasis just a block from the beach. Perfect for our family vacation and can’t wait to come back!

Great spot in SPI

Great house close to the beach and with a pool and amazing yard. Stayed here with extended family and there was room for us all and we enjoyed the stay. The owner was great with answering questions and solving a couple of issues that popped up. Overall a great experience.

Charming older home in great location.

Plenty of room for 8 adults and conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Don’t be surprised (like I was) that you are renting the bottom half of a two story home. The owner was very accommodating, though. We had a great stay.

We had an amazing stay in South Padre any problems were taken care of right away and were very small they are trying to improve the property and most issues were related to the updates . Loved everything and would stay here again! Thanks for everything Dayna and Jimmy!

This home was the 12th home built on the island and has wonderful character and lush grounds. We are one of very few properties that are situated on almost 3 lots. Space galore is a wonderful benefit.
