This was such a great condo right above a very cute shop in the center of Kennebunk. The location is amazing, just steps away from tons of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable (including the pull out couch). We also appreciated that there is a full kitchen and laundry. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend the condo to anyone visiting Kennebunk.

Great location! This property is right in the center of town, walking distance to all of the shopping and many restaurants. The condo was clean, quiet and beautiful view of the lake!

Marvelous compact condo right in the heart of things, but still quiet and peaceful, with terrific view of a river estuary from the back deck. Completely furnished kitchen area with shiny state-of-the-art appliances, washer-dryer, and even a soaking whirlpool tub. Only improvement I could suggest would be a grab bar in the shower room for guests who, like me, have mobility problems. (And I should mention the second-floor location, with 20-step stairway.) Otherwise, exceeded all expectations.

Brian and Caroline were fantastic hosts. Excellent communication, easy check in and out, and the property was exactly as described. The apt is in the perfect spot to park the car and walk the area. I would definitely recommend this listing as it’s perfect for a couple. Would definitely stay again!

I would not hesitate to stay here again. My wife and I had a wonderful time. I can’t imagine a better location. You can walk to 90% of the restaurants and 90% of the shops. The views on the balcony are great, the unit was neat, clean and well stocked. Outstanding value for the area.

Quaint little condo in the heart of Kennebunk

Had a great stay in Kennebunk. We were able to walk to dinner and felt we were centrally located to all that this area has to offer. Clean condo with nice updated amenities

Beautiful Property, Fabulous Location!!!

This condo is wonderful, we highly recommend! The upper deck overlooks the water where you can see tidal fluctuations that create a bird sanctuary. Short walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops, nice kitchen and lovely soaker tub. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing

Exactly as shown in the photos, with easy check-in, friendly hosts, and an amazing location. There’s so much within walking distance, making it easy to explore. Also, having onsite parking was a big plus—super convenient and accessible. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We loved the location accessing all the shops and restaurants in Kennebunk Port with off street parking. It was nice to have a convenient place to go and reset during the day. The condo was beautiful and roomy. We loved the view from the balcony and the main living area over looking the marsh. Both the large bathroom and bedroom were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Superb, Serene and Satisfied

Beautiful and comfortable with beauty view of the river. Great location, we walked almost everywhere. Highly recommend! We would also recommend whale watching tour with New England Exo adventure tours. Delicious meals at Mabel's Lobster Claw, The Lost Fire, Arundel Wharf and The Ckam Shack. They are all nestled right here in Kennebunkport.
