This is our second year spending a week at this property. It is perfect for our needs--4 children and 4 adults. It is just as described and the owner is terrific to communicate with. We feel lucky to have found it!

Terrific condo that was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children! Very clean and comfortable! The owner was very responsive answering any questions we had before and during our stay regarding the condo and the local area. Lovely location location location overlooking a pond with a very short walk to: two of the 12 pools in Sea Colony; fitness center; tram stop; The owner supplied us with everything we could possibly need with ample space for cooking and grocery storage. The very large washer and dryer was convenient and having 3 bathrooms was a necessity! The key code entry system was appreciated allowing us not to worry about coordinating keys with our activities. We would definitely reserve this condo again in the future!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our 3-generation family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home several nights, there is a cabinet stocked with games and books, the appliances were well maintained and in good condition, and the furniture was clean and well-maintained. There are ceiling fans in the main 2 bedrooms, the loft, and the screened-in patio. The location is perfect right off one of the community lakes- nights on the screened-in patio were so relaxing hearing the frogs and wild life. The community is amazing and we appreciated that it was clean, very walkable, and we never had to choose between the beach or the pool because there are several beach-side pools and we could just do both! We definitely hope to be able to book again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The living arrangements are just as described in the listing and in the pictures. It is a very well laid out, spacious place to stay with a great balcony to boot!

The property was beautiful and VERY clean! Eight of us stayed here and had plenty of room. We have stayed in many different units in the Sea Colony and this was one of our favorites!

We have been coming to Bethany beach every summer for the past fifteen years. We stayed at Sea Colony most of the time, mainly for tennis and pickleball. But this year, we decided to stay outside of Sea Colony. We found this place and it was an excellent choice for a large family of 8. The house is in a relative new and quiet neighborhood with a large pond in the center and many amenities in the front including community swimming pool and pickleball court, plus a gym. The house is super clean, fully furnished with comfortable couches and beds. Kitchen is spacious with an open design and a large island and fully equipped with everything you need to make a good meal. Everyone was super impressed and happy with the accommodation during our stay. In addition, Kate, the hostess, was so wonderful. One of our daughters left a pair of retainers for her teeth in the bathroom when we checked out and didn’t find out about it until we came home that night. We thought it was lost forever. But the next day, Kate informed me that the house cleaning crew had found the retainers and kept them safe. Kate later sent me the retainers to my home via USPS with tracking information. She followed up a couple days later to make sure I received the item. What else would you expect from the host/hostess? Simply amazing! Thank you Kate. We will be back soon!

This unit was immaculate and so well stocked. The size of unit and the amount of bedrooms was just right for us. We loved the screened in porch with the 3 outdoor fans.

My family has been vacationing at Sea colony for over 17 years. This condo was by far the most beautiful property we have stayed at in Sea Colony. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again! If I could give it more than 10 stars I would!

Friends reunion

The property is beautiful & very comfortable. Lots of space and many extras. It’s a perfect place for friends or family to gather. The amenities of the community & views of the lake are very special. Lauren is very helpful & is easy to communicate with. We loved our stay & would enjoy visiting again.

We loved it!

This property was clean, well appointed and well located. The layout of the unit was great with the master bedroom away from the action (teenagers). The kitchen fully equipped and large enough to cook breakfast for 8 with no issues. Cozy screened porch. The neighborhood was peaceful and very quiet.We will rent this property again.

Immaculate, high quality condo

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo. It was VERY clean, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous aesthetic, and high quality finishes. The location is quiet and a five minute bike ride to the beach, or just a few steps from tram stop 21. The owner was easily reached for questions and very friendly. We are booking again for next year right away! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Outstanding property in Sea Colony

We have visited Sea Colony numerous times and this is the best property hands down! It is equipped with everything a cook could need and more. You will find beach accessories, toys and games, even soothing sleep machines in the bedrooms. The decor makes you feel at home. Most important of all, this updated unit is clean and well maintained.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Our beach vacation was amazing...it all started with dealing with Lauren and walking through the door of her beautiful condo. The location is perfect and morning coffee on the screened in porch, overlooking the lake, was a wonderful way to start each and every day. Our children (14,11,5) loved the amenities in this vacation home and enjoyed the easy and short shuttle ride to the beach. Evenings in Bethany or our short drive to Rehoboth topped off our activities...when we return to Bethany Beach, we will rent this beautiful home again...thank you, Lauren!!

Beautiful and Well Appointed Unit

Our extended family and friends had a great stay at this Sea Colony residence. The owner/host Lauren was great to communicate with in preparation for our stay and the property lived up to its billing in all regards. The entire unit is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The furniture in the bedrooms and living areas was of the quality one would choose for one's own home rather than any inexpensive furnishings because it is a rental unit. We especially appreciated how well outfitted the kitchen was with cooking necessities and plenty of dishware and utensils which was very helpful for us cooking in many meals for our large group. We also greatly enjoyed being located a short walk from one of the large outdoor pools/hot tubs, as well as from the fitness center which has a large indoor pool. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay at Lauren's unit and will definitely look to return there for future visits to Bethany Beach!

Yearly Family Gathering

The property is very well kept. The kitchen has been updated and remodeled. The rooms are beautifully decorated and freshly painted. The only minor drawback is the master shower could use a bit of fresh ink up. The stall is showing it’s age which definitely does not reflect the same look and feel with rest of the place. We really enjoy our stay there! Lauren was very easy communicate with and a joy to deal with! Thank you! Chris and Tim
