Detta stora lakefront hem har 6 sovrum, med 2 master sviter med utsikt över sjön. Detta hem kan sova 18 bekvämt. Ta med hela familjen eller flera familjer för den perfekta sjön-bortflykt.

Utsikt över sjön från alla rum med stora fönster. 180 fot av vattnet med en stor u-formad brygga. Täckt veranda med överdimensionerade gungstolar för avkoppling, och även en stor uteplats med bekväma uteserveringar, eldstad och grill. Stort gräsutrymme, privat brygga med båtlampa och badplats tvärs över gatan. Vandringsleder direkt bakom huset (vintermånaderna, det här är de statliga snöskoterlederna)
Detta hem är också bra för en familj åka sig bort - Endast 15 minuters bilresa till Gunstock Ski Mountain och bara 30- 45 minuters bilresa till norra skidorter.

Ägare har en liten lägenhet ovanför det fristående garaget på fastigheten (separat från huset). Ofta under sommarmånaderna är de där på helgerna för att hälsa gäster när de anländer.

Lake Winnisquam är den fjärde största sjön i New Hampshire, denna sjö är avslappnad, men tillräckligt stor så att du inte blir uttråkad men ändå liten nog för att hålla de stora båtarna borta. Lots of room!

We had a wonderful stay! Location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. House was big enough for our large family. Loved having the large dining table to fit everyone for meals. We had small issue with key but Dawn was quick to resolve and easy to work with!

great place

this is our second year staying at this home and love it. there are several places to sit if you want to be more alone at times.. love the bedroom set up. the property manager was quick to come over and supply what was missing which was great. the AC at night in the bedroom was a little off. our room was cold and a few others said how hot theirs was. great time and hoping to return.

Great location had a blast!

The house is perfect set up with two living rooms and 5 bathrooms! So close to the boat rentals and has nice yard and fire pit area! We loved our stay here the set up is awesome and we would love to return!! Our only complaint was the listing says 2 are bunk beds and the way it is laid out it seems like there would be 6 beds total in that room if two of them were bunk and there are 4! Could have just been the way we all read it but wanted to give anyone a heads up if they were confused as well !! Overall 10/10 recommend!

Gorgeous home on Lake Winnisquam

My family and I had the most amazing trip, and the house was spectacular. The adults and children has plenty of space and there were so many things to do - lots of games, paddle board and kayaks, fire pit, you name it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Wonderful location and exceeded our expectations for our NH trip!

we had a wonderful time at this property. Its great because there are several different places you can "get away" from everyone to give you the feel you are not with a crowd or if you are looking for some quiet time. I love that you don't have to bring sheets and towels. everything is very well kept. would love to go back.

Bike Week 2023

We had 10 adults stay at the house for bike week. The house was excellent and very accommodating to all parties. The owner was very accessible for anything we needed. The fire pit and stack of wood they provided was the hit of our nights during our stay. I would definitely rent this house again.

Relaxing Stay

The property manager and Vrbo's representative were great. They listened and responded quickly to questions, etc. We had 14 guys, all over 60 and fraternity brothers. We are a pretty easy going group who just wanted to play cards, cook and drink a few. The layout with the fire pit and fire place worked well. Great family vacation

We had plenty of room in this house for our growing family. We particularly liked the front porch, sprawling lawn and fire pit. The waterfront was comfortable. We enjoyed swimming out to the raft and sunning ourselves there.

The home is beautiful and has everything that you could need. We took full advantage of the incredible fireplace in the main living room. Firewood is nicely provided by the host. Very convenient location into town. We loved our stay.

Our Observations

The property and house are both beautiful and mostly well maintained. It was spacious and worked very well for our family. Beautiful views and space where kids could practice skiing and sledding.. Close to things to do. However, some things were disappointing. Both jacuzzis did not work- one had no hot water and the other had hot water but jets do not work. Dryer makes a LOUD noise. Handles in several showers and baths missing or broken. One oven inoperable. Smalll oven for 13 people? PlayStation advertised but there is not one. Closest in one of small bed rooms smells of dead rodent.Unfortunately I do not believe we would rent this house again.

Well appointed beautiful house. Good space. We spent our thanksgiving holiday with few friends and family and this house was perfect for it. Owners had every instruction written down, so did not have to connect with them for questions.

Amazing stay and beautiful home

The house is perfect for a family getaway or get together with friends. The views are like nothing else and make the stay that much better. The house is very comfortable for a large group and offers plenty of space. The house is clean and updated. The host was very accommodating and their communication was excellent. I would highly recommend booking this home and hope to stay there again in the future.
