Kort 1 mil promenad till närmaste strand (Dunes beach). Fullt möblerad stuga i New England-stil. Vardagsrum med en soffa i full storlek och en stol. Ät i kökssäten 4 bekvämt. Utomhusbordsplatser 6 bekvämt. Ytterligare fällbart bord och ytterligare 4 fällbara stolar medföljer. Sovrum 1 har dubbelsäng, sovrum 2 har en våningssäng. En queen size-sprängmadrass tillhandahålls. Huset har 3 fönsterluftkonditioneringsapparater och för värme har den ångradiatorer. Lakan, täcken, kuddar och handdukar ingår. 1 badrum med dusch. Stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare, 50 tums HDTV platt skärm med lokala TV-kanaler och Apple TV, Verizon FIOS 100 Mbps Internet, stor mikrovågsugn, spis i full storlek, kyl i full storlek, 12 kopp kaffebryggare. Matvaror, krukor och stekpannor tillhandahålls. Utomhus eldstad och eldstad tillhandahålls. Winnapaug Country Club (allmän kurs) 1 mil bort. Mycket stor gård med utomhusbord och paraply, bra för utomhusgrill (kolgrill medföljer). Tyst grannskap. Huset har plattor och trägolv genom hela. Kolla in i västra centrum som har Gray Sail Brewery, 2 bokhandlare, antikaffärer och många butiker. 10 minuter från Watch Hill, 40 minuter från Historic Newport, RI. Vårt strandpass är till Wuskenau-stranden som ligger 3 km bort. Wuskenqau-stranden ligger precis intill Misquamicut State Beach. Det finns en lekplats / tennis för den efter middags timme med kul bara upp på gatan i Rotary Park, eller köra till Watch Hill för en glass- och karuselltur för barnen - eller Ocean House för vuxna. Den här egenskapen är central för stränderna, shopping, barnvänlig och familjevänlig. Foxwoods Resort casino ligger 35 minuter bort. Mohegun Sun-kasinot ligger 50 minuter bort. Njut av att äta middag i de många restaurangerna vid vattnet i vårt område. Ingen deposition krävs. Det finns en Super Walmart 5 minuter bort. På sommaren finns det många gratis utomhuskonserter med gratis parkering minuter bort i den vackra Watch Hill eller på stadsstranden. Gott om parkering för upp till 6 fordon. Check in/out was super easy. Close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet mornings on the front porch and quiet evenings in the backyard with a fire. Was enough space for my small family and small dogs. Beds were comfy and convenient to have a washer and dryer in the house. This will be our new yearly vacation spot!

Nice, quiet place for our family and dogs. Excellent beach access. Close to any place we wanted to go. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location, responsive owners, but smaller than expected. It would be great for a writing retreat. The peach pass was very helpful and made access easy to the town beach which has a large ramp for those with walkers or wheelchairs. Enjoyed overall.

Listing is deceiving, and property needs a deep clean.

The pictures are outdated/misleading/false. You are paying for the location and beach pass, thats it. If the advertisement said “rustic cottage, just like camping,” that would be more accurate. Imbummed I wasted my families annual vacation here. The house is in serious need of a deep clean; lots of dust and dirt in all the corners. My daughter’s feet turned black from walking around with no socks on. Im not sure where the cleaning fee goes. Very buggy, lots of dead bugs in the light fixtures, corners, windowsills, etc. The living room couches smell so musty and gross but you cant open any of the windows (except the bathroom since the fan doesnt work) because there is foam pieces and duct tape covering up the holes in the window frames. Many of the windows dont have curtains or shades, because they are broken off. Lots of broken items; hammock rolled in a dirty ball in the basement, headboard broken with super sharp edge, Grill was filthy (didnt make our steaktips). Chairs by firepit were filthy and unusable. Grass could have been mowed and partner found two ticks on him, but that is just RI I guess. Mouse poop in cabinet that I had to clean out. Battery hanging out of fire alarm.chicken coop next door is overgrown with no chickens and I believe a skunk is living there and we heard it screaming at night. We had to keep dog/child away. Neighboring house by same owner goes for similar price and seems to be much nicer.

Excellent Experience

First time renting a house for vacation and had a great time. Just a short drive to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to relax.

Great beach house

Classic New England cottage style house, had everything we needed and felt like home. The private beach we had access to could not have been better!! Highly recommend

Beautiful weather

Beautiful weather, house was comfortable for us. Bathroom was small with little space to put stuff. Kitchen was adequately equipped for meals. Not fancy. Location was great. Would stay again

Ideal Spot

This is a great little getaway in a very nice neighborhood. It is my second time here. It was easy to take my dogs for daily walks. It is close to many stores and is about 1.5 miles away from the beach. They lend you their beach pass to Wuskenau Beach which is a nice beach next to Misquamicut. The cottage is clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here again. Thank you Fausto and Cheryl.

Long weekend getaway

The location of this home was excellent- one mile from beaches and a nice park at the end of the street. The home felt a bit cramped- very small bathroom and had a hard time opening windows when it cooled down. Hosts were nice and responsive when we had WiFi issues.

Nice Location but dusty

This property is nicely located, quiet and has a convenient layout. It could use some renovation and a thorough cleaning. There was a foul smell, maybe a skunk, in the main bedroom. The owner, who was very responsive, provided an air purifier which helped a little but the smell lingered for several days. We left a day early.

Not a nice place at all!

Pictures posted did not depict cottage. It was filthy. Gunk on bass boards, radiators had items behind them and dirty. Kitchen ceiling is ready to fall in. Black mold in Bathroom. Windows so filthy you couldn’t barely see through. On could go on. I wanted to leave the next day but as my husband started, it’s already paid for. The sad thing is it could be a lovely place with some TLC.

Bare Bones - Needs Some Love

Great location. AC. Kinda buggy, had to plug some holes and cracks. Painfully small bathroom. Uncomfortable bed. Hard mattress and pillows, creaky bed frame. Was reluctant to return here every night to suffer though the bed. No door mat, kitchen towels or bath mat. WiFi is from the other house, signal only reaches the front rooms. My family was staying in two other cabins nearby and they were much nicer at a similar price, so shop around.

Nice cottage
