Detta vackra hem är en enda historia med 4 sovrum, 2. 5 bad, ett vackert spa och gångavstånd till Snow Summit !! GRATIS TRÅDLÖST NÄTVERK. Köket har allt du behöver, inklusive mikrovågsugn och gasspis / grill. Det finns ett ledigt matbord för 6 personer med extra sittplatser vid disken. Den anslutande vardagsrummet har en stor vedeldad spis, platt-TV monterad högt över eldstaden med höghastighets trådlöst internet. Det stora sovrummet är rymligt med en king size-säng, eget badrum, en platt-TV och har tillgång till den inhägnade gården med däck och spa. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Sovrum tre och fyra har tvilling över hela våningssängar med utdragbar trundle sova 4 personer i varje rum. Tillgängligt för din användning är det andra badrummet och tvättstugan tillgänglig i korridoren. Den här egenskapen sitter på stora trädgården mycket med trädbevuxen integritet fäktning. I garaget finns ett bordtennisbord och fotbollsplan. Det är en lätt promenad till toppmötet sluttningar, bra för mountainbike och vandring på sommaren, snowboard och skidor på vintern. Det är bara några minuter till sjön, The Village, restauranger och shopping. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser för 4 bilar. Detta är ett bra pris för ett bra hem och läge!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shag carpet was gross to walk on without socks. Back room was huge, but queen size bed was tough to sleep in. Should be king, with soft pillows. Wished I would have brought my own. Heater thermostat was off. If you put heat above 58 you burn up. Don't know what that issue was about. Walking distance to Summit is always a good thing. House has great potential.

Cute and Cozy Cabin!

A perfect location and house size! There was little things like I wished management would've made sure all the lightbulbs were new/worked since the house is on the older side but overall the house was clean and cozy!

Comfortable cabin, close to Snow Summit

Nice confortable cabin for us. Just 10 minute walk to Snow Summit. Management company was responsive.

Wonderful house - walking distance to Snow Summit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 2 families of 4 staying in this house for 4 days over NYE and it was wonderful! The house is large and spacious with everything you will need for a great vacation. The bedrooms are all very large, as is the couch (very important for a ski vacation) and the living spaces. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely dated, but everything works. There is a jacuzzi in the back, but we were unable to use the jets because it short circuited the electricity box. Finally, even our 7 yr old skier was able to walk from the house directly to the base of the mountain in his boots. The location is really perfect. We would love to stay here again.

Ideal location for Summit - dated but clean house

To start, the management company did a great job with communication, the property was clean, and very well set up to entertain our our group (3 adults, 2x 15 years old, 3x 13 years old, 2x 10 years old). The house is spacious and ideally located for heading to Summit. The house was cleaned very well and highly functional for a large group. The lows/negatives; it has more carpet then I’d like in a rental and could use some renovations. They’d probably fetch a higher rental price if renovated so not sure If I really want those done or not. We’ll be renting this place again hopefully.

Beautiful cabin

We stayed here for a weekend retreat. It was a very nice, spacious cabin! Great location, big bedrooms, lots of beds, furniture in good condition. Everything was great!

We recently stayed at Evergreen and thought it was excellent, especially for larger families . The management company was quick to answer any questions and kind . The home is dated , but amenities are good and the home is clean. I would stay here again if traveling with a large group . The only thing I do believe there should have been a few more towels left out and some more toilet paper rolls . Overall a fantastic experience.

Perfect snowy getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Evergreen Estate. With four adults and six small children, the house layout was perfect and the big backyard was ideal for safely playing in the snow. The house is well kept, spacious, and super close to the slopes. We would love to stay here again.

It was a place to sleep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Starting off, there was no screen on master bedroom slider or living room slider, so couldn’t have doors open due to misquotes. No fans except in dinning room. Was hot, understand no air conditioning, but being able to have the sliders open would of been nice. Also the buttons of the door of the refrigerator were broken so you had to open up the freezer to get the ice out. Toaster would of come in handy. Besides that it was clean and roomy.

Beautiful property surrounded by pine trees

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the "Evergreen Retreat" property that sleeps 14 people comfortably and is walking distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort. We had full capacity and invited other friends over and still felt there was plenty of space to socialize.Working with the staff at Big Bear Property Services was simple and they were very respectful (Employee Jeff was wonderful). As we did have a noise complaint or two from the local neighbor, Jeff would send us a friendly text reminder to keep everyone inside and try to keep it down. I would hands down work with them again and will stay at the Evergreen Retreat again as well. Only thing I may recommend is having the house stocked with a few cleaning supplies as we attempted to clean our mess without any. I brought extra paper towels and a couple bath towels that were definitely needed!! It would be nice to know in advance that we should have brought extra towels as we were still short with all the showers and many people getting in and out of the jacuzzi. But, it all still worked out and I will be coming back!Thank you for the wonderful stay! Amanda

Very nice getaway!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has all the amenities. We brought towels and pots and pans, but didn't need them. They even had extra large pots to cook for a large group/family. The fools ball table was a hit with the guys and the kids. The pool table was an out door pool table and was warped & only had 1 pool cue but it was still fun. It was a nice get away with all the conveniences of home.

Kids ski trip

Reviewer Comments: HI - the place was in a great location and the overall furniture and house quality was pretty good.I was easily able to get the keys and check in and communication between the Big Bear property mgmt was great.The stuff to cook with is sparse! Only two dishtowels, tiny broom, no real baking pans.... a little peeling on the hallway heading into guest bedrooms and one of the bunk beds has a rail that needs to be repaired.Otherwise great experience!
