Vackra, rena och moderna, fyra sovrum, tre badrum hus som ligger på två tunnland i en lugn miljö längs en liten sjö. Under dagen kan du njuta av att koppla av på 1000 kvadratfot däck, njuta av sjön eller tillbringa tid på någon av de närliggande staden stränder. Bakgården erbjuder en fantastisk inramning för en återförening eller helt enkelt att fånga en tupplur i hängmattan.

På kvällen, ta ett dopp i den 5 personer jacuzzi / badtunna, koppla av i bastun njuta av middag från grillen. Huset har en matsal med plats för tio, på i köket bord med plats för fyra och ett stort vardagsrum med öppen spis och en vacker utsikt över sjön.

Mästaren svit har en egen stor badrum, balkong med utsikt över sjön och en eldstad för de svala kvällar.

Downstairs på bottenvåningen har vi ett spelrum komplett med 9 "biljardbord, darttavla, schack / pjäser bord, diverse brädspel. För dem som är intresserade av fiske, är vår sjö välfylld (några av de bästa fisket är precis utanför vår brygga!).

A wonderful place

We had a really good time staying there. The weather was a bit disappointing, but Roxana's place has plenty of space and things to keep us occupied. Roxana thought of everything, kitchen is well equipped and the place is very clean. We had an elecritic outage from the area and she made sure to let us know not to worry. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful house in the best of settings! We were 3 couples that were in the area for wedding festivities. The host was very responsive and accommodating, the house is amazing as well as the waterfront setting...we all said that we would love to revisit when we had more time to enjoy all of the amenities this property has to offer!!

home away from home

The property was lovely! The beds were comfortable, and we lived out on the back deck! The game room was such a nice treat; my grown children loved it. Access to the lake and kayak made for many enjoyable mornings. The host was super responsive and also gave us excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner places. We had such a fun and relaxing time.

Perfect home for family

What a lovely home! We rented this home due to needing to attend a family’s birthday celebration conveniently only 15 min away. We wished we had more time to enjoy all that was offered at this home. Our family enjoyed the beautiful view from the spacious deck overlooking the games out in the lawn. We hope to come back some day!!!

April Vacation Getaway

Our family had a great little April vacation getaway! What a beautiful home and property - we absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back in the warmer months. My husband loved being able to wake up, make a coffee and cast his line right off the dock. The kids LOVED the hot tub, it was definitely the highlight for them!

February Birthdays Getaway

Each year there are eight of us who go away on a birthday celebration weekend in February. This property was perfect for us. The living/dining/ bedroom rooms were perfect for our group size. The kitchen and game rooms were both well stocked. My favorites were the fireplace and the hot tub. We never even used the sauna. I guess we’ll try it next time.

Great Cape Escape

Fully equipped vacation!

Really the best location ever! On a lovely quiet private lake , near walking and biking trails, close to beaches and ports and a beautiful town. The house was spacious and comfy and so well equipped, better than the write-up. We paddled, boated, rented Foils, biked, hiked, dined, shopped, had great seafood, played games. Thankyou for a fabulous perfect vacation.

Outstanding property

We had a thoroughly rainy week on Cape Cod, but this outstanding property made it enjoyable anyway. That is despite the fact that we we have three small children - ages 2, 3 and 4, but the house allowed us to be together inside and still be a happy family. The lake access is particularly ideal for a family. Roxanna is an attentive hostess and couldn't have been more helpful.

I am the mom of triplet boys so I’m always very busy! The house has been in the family for over two decades and has provided a great opportunity for gathering with friends and family. We spend half of the year living here and we enjoy the peace and privacy of the setting.

After 15 years of sharing this house with guests, I’m pleased to say that 99% of those who have stayed had a memorable time. Many continue to come back year after year so that is a reassuring feeling! We always have a great time at the house and we are certain you will enjoy it as well. It's easy to get to the area from nearby Boston, where I live. The lake provides a peaceful setting, yet you can get to the beach and other activities on the Cape quickly. We especially enjoy going for a hike at the conservation land across the street from our house!
This is a home, not a commercial rental so please level set your exceptions. Nothing is perfect in life!

Large open floor plan and extensive back yard. Makes it ideal for entertainment. Our house provides a family oriented atmosphere in a great residential neighborhood. This is our second home so I keep up with it with great detail. Access to the pond and 200 acres of conservation land across the street with great trails.
