Vår vackra Black Bear stadsbostad (Unit 90) ligger mittemot Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) och är en perfekt baskamp för din semester oavsett årstid.

Stadsbostaden har 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum. Gourmetköket med bänkskivor i granitplattor och vitvaror i rostfritt stål inkluderar en bar med sittplatser och öppnar mot det viktigaste vardagsrummet och matplatsen, vilket ger dig gott om plats att koppla av.

Njut av fantastisk utsikt över skidbackarna från antingen balkongen eller ta en kort promenad till samhällsgazebo med plats för uteservering samt en eldstad och grillplats utomhus.

Hemmet ligger nära Purgatory Flats trail head, en av de finaste och mest vackra vandringarna i området samt ett lager damm för fiske.

Det stora sovrummet har en eldstad, TV och balkong med fantastisk utsikt. Befälhavaren har dubbelt handfat, dusch och jacuzzi. Alla sovrummen tillsammans med huvudytan har platt-TV. Det finns ett garage för en bil men du behöver inte det eftersom du kan ta den kostnadsfria pendeltrafiken eller helt enkelt gå över motorvägen 550 och vara vid hissarna på mindre än 2 minuter.

Den 4% resortavgiften som ingår i offerten är den nödvändiga resortavgiften som måste tas ut och tillåter inte åtkomst till Durango Mountain Club. För en extra (och valfri) 4% resortavgift har du tillgång till Durango Mountain Club som inkluderar en uppvärmd utomhuspool med rutschkana, badtunna utomhus och träningsanläggning. The Perfect Durango/Purgatory Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was the absolute perfect spot for our family of four and all the things we wanted to do around Purgatory and Durango...unit has all of the amenities, is clean, comfortable and we really loved the location and neighborhood. Fishing pond, hiking trails, local restaurants and literally across the street from Purgatory. We will be back!

Amazaing Condo-Pictures Don't Do Justice

This condo is absolutely amazing. Clean, directly across from ski lift with a well stocked kitchen. The pictures do not do this place justice. The master suite was delightful with a fireplace and seating area. It was the perfect spot to ring in the new year with our family. We hope to be back!

Great Christmas ski trip!

We are a family of 7 with 5 kids. House was decorated for Christmas! Ski bus picked us up within 5 minutes of calling. 2 fireplaces keep the house warm. Love the keypad access so no fumbling for keys. Crockpot and griddle were a plus. Wish there were 9x13 casserole pans.

Family getaway

Well started out great but thus property is basically sitting next to busy highway no peace in quiet here road noise allday & night very loud then the fire place did not work in living room then the floors on the first floor hallway to kitchen had not been moped or cleaned properly in awhile dirty plus the upper & lower balconies were completely filthy unusualable chairs & floor deck areas completely covered in filth sad 😔 not able to enjoy them other than that the property was ok

Right across the street from Purgatory and just a short drive from Durango, it was the perfect location for our little family and pups to spend the 4th. The kitchen is nicely appointed with great knives and cookware. As someone who cooks a lot, it’s awesome to have higher end items in a rental spot. There is a gorgeous pond, walking trail and playground nearby, which was awesome for our pups and kids. The Nugget was a fabulous find with a super fun atmosphere and fantastic food. Cannot wait to come back and spend more time here.

Dirty sheets/ bathtub and shower

The property itself was very nice however it was not cleaned properly. The master bedroom sheets had hair and stains on them. The master shower also had hair in it on the walls. The master bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Location and neighborhood were quite nice although would have been nice to know about ongoing construction.

Photos better than actual unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is located next to major highway, no air conditioning, and smaller than photos appear. Traffic very loud. Refridgerator not clean upon arrival and patio furniture had cobwebs. Not worth the price.

Disappointed

The condo we had reserved was not available.. Luckily I checked my email that morning and saw where they had changed our unit. The condo they gave us didn't have two king beds which is specifically why we had reserved the one we did. We paid the extra 4% fee to use the hot tub but it was a drive aross the highway and then quite a walk from parking lot. The patio was very noisy with highway traffic.

Family Get Together

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall positive. Management staff was very responsive and tried to help. We did have a communication error. The single queen bedroom bed IS built into the three walls, so two people sleeping DO have to crawl over each other to get out. There is no AC. Ceiling fans, one box fan and one desk fan were not enough. We never cooled off upstairs past 72 degrees at night. And we had to keep all doors open to have air flow. Traffic noise from Hwy 550 is loud with windows and doors open in summer time. Trash must be loaded in your car and driven to a parking lot down the highway. So don’t pack your car to leave until you have done that task! Its location was our primary request. We made it work.

Perfect for fall break

Great location and property. We all loved our stay. Could see beautiful fall colors from the patio. Girls love the bunk bed. Fully furnished with all supplies. Only thing to note. there were food crumbs on floor and dishwasher was full. had to run it and empty to load ours.

Great vacay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. All rooms were nicely furnished and was a good size for our party of 6. Location is directly across the street from Purgatory Resort entrance, so perfect for anyone wanting to visit.

The perfect place!

This place has the perfect location, close proximity to the resort and all it's amenities as well as the hiking trails. It was so easy to walk right out the door and hit a local trail with stunning views! We also loved the layout of this unit, perfect for a family. Everyone had their own space to relax. We loved the cozy sitting room off the master suite and it seemed to be the favorite spot for family tv watching in the evenings. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay

This was a great place to stay. All the luxurys of home. We didn't need to take anything but our belongings and food. The only thing we weren't aware of was the additional fee for pool and hot tub. Also be aware that they are across the road at Pergatory.

Beautiful, Spacious, Well Equipped

This is our second stay in this unit. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much, we chose to stay again this year. The townhome is in an excellent location (a bit of a drive to Durango), has plenty of room and is well equipped for a family stay. We highly recommend this location.

Great family getaway place

Very nice, homey condo. Easy to access and communicate with the very helpful property managers. Comfortable beds and pillows. We were there in the summer. Would be perfect for winter ski trip with the resort across the street.
