Piazza Navona studio

This studio had all we needed at a more affordable price. Clean, ample size, ground floor, quiet, close to PN, Pantheon, and a 20-30 minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica, and other sights. Plenty of food options, bookshops within 5 minutes walk. Fun, lively neighborhood, felt safe.

Rome Stay

Our stay at this location was perfect. The place is exactly what is listed, and the location is close to many of the sites we wanted to see. It was also on a street that had many great food options and shopping boutiques. Sylvia was easy to communicate with us and worked with us on leaving our luggage early the day we showed up.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for our entire trip throughout Italy. We kept this apartment as our base as we visited other Italian cities. Silvia was always courteous and gracious with us. And patient. We will stay here again on one our next visit.

Location! Location! Location!

This small but lovely studio apartment is located on my favorite street in the Navona neighborhood amidst everything one might need: pubs, restaurants, mercati, gelateria, shops, bus stops, even taxi stand a short walk away. This neat and tidy apt is set deep in the building on the ground floor, so easy to get luggage in and it's quiet and cool in hot weather. Everything worked, bed is comfy, not rickety or noisy, kitchen is compact but functional, it's a small apt, but enough room for what's needed. Easy to find, Silvia is easy to contact, though I didn't have an urgent need; Clean and accurate description. I highly recommend for a couple and hope to stay again, next time for longer. Grazie Silvia!

Wonderful! Exactly as pictured

The location of Silvia’s place alone makes this a gem but the home itself was great as well. Short supply of hot water but otherwise exactly as shown and so close to Trastevere and Piazza Navona with a taxi station right nearby. Lovely.

Clean and Convenient

The owner met me at the property and was very pleasant and took the time to show me everything about the property and also made recommendations for things to do. She also scheduled the taxi for me on my departure. I could not have been happier.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Rome. Le studio de Silvia est très bien situé, à proximité de la place Navone, dans un quartier piéton avec plein de petits restaurants et une supérette Carrefour City à deux pas. Très bon accueil de Laura et de Fabio. Silvia a été très arrangeante pour l'horaire d'arrivée tardive. Du coup, nous avions pris un taxi à notre arrivée à l'aéroport (tarif forfaitaire de 48 € pour le centre ville). Appartement calme. Il est effectivement sombre, mais cela ne nous a pas gênés dans la mesure où c'était l'hiver et où nous étions beaucoup dehors ! Nous avons fait toutes nos visites à pied. Pour retourner à l'aéroport, nous avons pris le bus 64 qui va jusqu'à la gare Termini. Puis un autoar de Terravision pour Fiumicino (6 € par personne).

Perfect location, clean, comfy and a great host!

You can walk everywhere from this apartment. It has everything you need and is extremely clean. The host, Silvia was amazing...I left my phone in the taxi we took from the airport to the apartment....once I was able to phone her from another phone and describe my issue, thanks to her I had my phone back within the hour. She went above and beyond for us.

Highly Recommended

Silvia was very accommodating. She allowed us to get in early. The studio was perfectly located for walking around Rome. It had everything we needed. Cozy. Comfortable. Location, location, location! Great neighborhood with plenty of amenities at your doorstep. I will stay here again in the future. Thank you Silvia!

Un apartamento con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Roma.

Un apartamento muy cómodo para dos personas,muy fresco,ya que a pesar de que en Roma esos días tuvimos más de treinta grados de temperatura,apenas encendimos el A.A. y se duerme fenomenal,sin ruidos de la calle y la cama de 1,50m es comodísima.La ubicación es perfecta,caminando recorres todo el centro histórico.Silvia es una mujer encantadora con la que es un gusto tratar.Muy recomendable

Excellent séjour à Rome. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sylvia.

L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de tout. Nous n'avons pas prit de transport en commun une seule fois... C'est propre et bien entretenu. Les fenêtre donnent sur une cour intérieure. Annie & Olivier

COMODIDAD Y UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE

El apartamento de Silvia tiene una situación inmejorable, al lado de la Piazza Navona. Nosotros nos recorrimos toda Roma andando. Respecto al apartamento, limpísimo y con absolutamente todo lo necesario para tener una estancia perfecta, tal como si estuvieras en tu casa. En la misma calle hay muchísimos restaurantes para elegir y un Carrefour express para poder comprar si se necesita algo. Esperamos poder volver a Roma y por supuesto nos alojaremos de nuevo en el apartamento de Silvia.

Great location

I stayed here for about eight nights I had a great time it was perfect location within walking distance to all the attractions Sylvia was great she even arranged the taxi our departure. You should definitely stay here

Great location

The wonderful location of the apartment cannot be overstated. It's very close to the Piazza Navona and close to major bus lines, which made getting around, and to and from Roma Termini, very easy. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. My only complaint is that we booked an entire apartment (rather than just finding a room/hotel) because we had wanted to use the kitchen, but upon arrival we were told that the stove didn't work. This was a big disappointment because we had felt like we paid for the convenience of the kitchen, but were unable to use it. We enjoyed our stay, nonetheless.

Perfecta situación y precioso apartamento

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo una semana alojados en el apartamento, y la experiencia fue fantástica. La situación es perfecta a 10-15 min de los principales monumentos y del Vaticano. El apartamento es precioso y muy confortable, y la calle donde se encuentra a la espalda de la Piazza Nabona está llena de bares para poder comer y cenar. En definitiva, si volvemos a Roma volveriamos a decantarnos por este alojamiento.

Perfecto!

My husband and I spent 4 nights in Rome. The apartment is located near Piazza Navona on a lively street. We loved the energy of the neighborhood. The apartment is set back from the street so no worries about the noise. We took advantage of having a washing machine, and kitchen to cook breakfast. We were able to walk to many of the major sites in a short time and the market, dining, and shopping are all located at your doorstep! I just wish the apartment was big enough for 5 people so we can bring the whole family next time. Thank you Silvia & Fabio!!!

Très bien situé à 5 min de la piazza Novana

Studio bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Idéalement situé dans le centre historique. On peut vadrouiller à pied. Sinon les arrêts de bus ne sont pas loin. Quartier très sympa. Rue animée avec de bons petits restos. Vue sur cour. Manque un peu de luminosité s'il faut lui trouver un défaut...

Wonderful place, value for money

We enjoyed our stay at this vintage home, which was naturally cool without a need for AC. It was easy to find and conveniently located. The host was available readily. There was a small issue with the hot water supply, but the host got it fixed immediately. The room was clean and had the essential amenities. Hope to return for a longer stay.
