Wonderful experience

We had the sweetest welcome and enjoyed every moment in this absolutely beautiful and so spacious house. Adriana made sure that we were perfectly taken care of and we immediately felt at home. We were a little bit unlucky with the weather, but had so much fun staying at the house even though we were 8 people. As soon as the weather got better, we could go to the beach, which is just a 5 min walk away, or visit Porto. We can definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to return! Thank you for everything, Adriana :-)

an amazing stay in all aspects

We stayed here as a group of 8 and had an absolutely wonderful time! Adriana is an amazing host and the house left nothing to be desired. The location is amazing as well, just a 5min walk from the beach and Porto is just a really short Train or Uber ride away.

Absolutely perfect!

Could not recommend Adriana’s home more! We used the house as a base point to explore Porto, Espinho, and Aveiro, as well as the town in which we were staying. We were four individual adults and upon realising this Adriana kindly set up a bedroom each, rather than shared rooms. She met us at the property after our flight and gave us a brief tour, and recommended the Monday Market in Espinho - if you’re staying here on a Monday definitely make it a point of your trip to go here! It was incredible! (Just make sure you have enough space in your suitcase to bring home everything you’re going to want to buy haha). The home itself was absolutely beautiful and definitely felt like a home away from home whilst we stayed there. You could spend half a day just looking at all the beautiful art, decor, and trinkets around the place. The home is big with plenty of bathrooms and rooms to ensure everyone has their own space, and we particularly enjoyed the games room upstairs and the hammock outside. 10/10 recommend and would love to return one day. Thank you Adriana!

Wonderful property and host

The property was wonderful, the bedrooms and upstairs were so cute and clean. The host greeted us upon arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to update the furniture in the downstairs living room, as it did seem dated and had a smell that was just a little musty. Besides that, everything was perfect, location was just as described and walking distance to the beach and stores. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything! 😊

Perfect holiday at wonderful house

We had a perfect holiday with our six almost grown-ups. The house is big, has a nice patio, well-equiped kitchen and an amazing decoration. We felt so much welcome and at home! The spot is really good: a lovely beach at 400mtrs, trainstation at 5 min walk for easily trips to Porto and cute villages, small shops and bakery in the close neighbourhood for daily supplies. Pingpong, pooltable, hammocks and fresh herbs in the garden. Too much to tell! We hardly could leave.... See for your self, you won't regret. Also very suitable for families with younger children. 10 Days in Stylish Comfort!

This property and the owner were incredible. We loved the carefully curated art and decor, the homey and comfortable kitchen perfect for cooking, and the garden which was so beautiful and relaxing! Not even mentioning the hours of fun brought by the ping pong table :) We traveled with our 6 month old and were very well provided for with a high chair and crib. The location is amazing, we walked the beach boardwalk every morning and easily took the 15 minute train into Porto multiple times (a really fun city with great food by the way!) We look forward to coming back, hopefully with more family members as the home is quite large with lots of bathrooms and places to congregate and enjoy. Thank you again!

Second Visit!

We visited this property 3 years ago with our then 7 month old and were so excited to return with friends this year. The home is still gorgeous and filled with personal and beautifully curated objects and art. The back patio is still perfect for breakfasts and dinners and grilling out while the kids play in the hammock. The hosts thoughtfully installed a baby gate at the top of the stairs to keep our toddlers safe and provided a high chair and crib. The kitchen is so well stocked, we had such an easy and fun time cooking. The bathrooms are updated and numerous for a group. But the best part is getting to watch kids discover little touches of magic throughout the house, running around in old masks and hats that they discovered in the secret nook under the stairs. A dream visit with wonderfully warm hosts that we hope will be a part of our son's summer memories for years to come.

Es war toll, lieben Dank!

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien mit 4 Teenagern im Haus von Adriana und es war fantastisch. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und der Pool Billiard Tisch im Obergeschoss ist die Krönung. Wir waren in Espinho Wellenreiten, ein fantastischer Spot für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Ganz lieben Dank!

Klasse

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief super. Das Haus war sehr herzlich eingerichtet und man konnte jeden Tag neue Dinge entdecken. Die Nähe zum Strand war großartig. Wir sind mir der Bahn angereist. Kann man auf jeden Fall tun. Von der Unterkunft läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Lässt sich aber gut laufen - auch mit Gepäck. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Das Haus war für uns optimal. Es gab ausreichend Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir Danken Adriana für alles!

Fantástico!!!!

La casa está fenomenal, es muy muy bonita y acogedora. Esta muy limpia y tiene de todo. Es mejor la casa en la realidad que en las fotos. La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido genial. La única pega que hemos tenido es que hemos ido pocos días para poder disfrutar más de la casa. La mejor casa en la que hemos estado. Nota: 10 Puntos!!!

Abschalten am Rande von Porto

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und ideal für Familien. Das Haus ist liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet dekoriert mit sehr vielen Bildern, Zeichnungen und Figuren. Gerade für Familien mit Teenagern und Grundschulkindern ist das Haus ideal. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und ein Kindergartenkind und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Kinder werden sich im Dachgeschoss pudelwohl fühlen. Die Hauptattraktion dort ist der Billardtisch. Für die Kleineren gibt es unter der Treppe im EG eine kleine Höhle mit Spielsachen und Verkleidungen. Für wuselige Kleinkinder ist die Treppe eher nichts, da sie kein Geländer hat. Bei uns hat es aber gut funktioniert. Toll ist auch der große Innenhof mit Grill und Liegestühlen. Die Tischtennesplatte gibt es leider nicht mehr. Wir kamen gut auch ohne Mietwagen klar. Die meisten Einkäufe haben wir in den kleinen fußläufigen Lädchen erledigt. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr guten Metzger und einen guten Bäcker um die Ecke. In die Stadt kommt man mit etwas Geduld sehr gut mit dem Zug (trotz einer aktuellen Baustelle, die den Fußweg und die Fahrtzeit etwas verlängert). Adriana ist eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Ein Beispiel: Am ersten Tag hat sie uns noch für die Grundversorgung mit ihrem Auto zum Einkaufen gebracht, weil sie gerade noch Zeit hatte. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Casa d'Adriana à Miramar

Superbe maison, décorée avec goût , très bien équipée. Les photos ne mettent pas en valeur l'espace extérieur qui est assez vaste. Adriana a été très sympatique et de bon conseil. Nous avons adoré sa maison et y retournerons avec plaisr dès que possible.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons eu un gros coup de coeur pour la maison d'Adriana, notre super hote! La propriete est pleine de charme et de caractere, la deco est fantastique, les enfants ont adore jouer au ping pong et certains d'entre nous ont meme appris a jouer au billard durant notre sejour! L'emplacement etait ideal pour nous car nour voulions nous retrouver en famille, au bord de la mer, mais aussi a l'ecart des touristes. La propriete d'Adriana cochait donc toutes les cases pour nous. Nous esperons vraiment pouvoir y retourner un jour.

Viel Platz für einen Familienurlaub

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen u einem 1 1/2 jährigen Kind in dem Haus eine Woche verbracht. Es ist genügend Platz für noch mehr Leute. Die Küche ist schön groß u bestens ausgestattet. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen sitzen bzw. dort entspannen. Für die Unterhaltung ist mit genügend Spielen sowie einer Tischtennisplatte u einem Billiardtisch gesorgt. Das Highlight für unsere Tochter war jedoch die tolle Spielecke unter der Treppe. Mit Adriana, der Vermieterin, ist man ständig in Kontakt u sie hat sogar ihre Freizeit geopfert als es Probleme mit dem Auto gab.

Perfectly equipped and spacious

We really had a great time at Adriana's home playing lots of ping-pong and billiards. The house had everything we needed and in the kitchen we could comfortably cook and eat for 7 people. The large patio with the hammock is ideal for relaxing and the beach is nearby.

Liebe zum Detail

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail ist das sehr saubere Ferienhaus ausgestattet und man kann Adrianas künstlerische Ader an allen Ecken und Enden erkennen. Ein Highlight für unsere Kinder war der geniale Billardtisch! Die Lage ist recht günstig, in nur etwa 5 Gehminuten ist man am Strand, 8 Minuten braucht man zur S-Bahn, die stündlich Richtung Süden (Aveiro) oder Norden (Porto) fährt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in Portugal sehr zuverlässig, pünktlich und nicht teuer. Der nächste Bäcker und zwei kleine Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Ein Auto ist also nicht nötig. Herzlichen Dank Adriana, für die schöne, erholsame Auszeit, die wir in Deinem Haus verbringen durften!

Adriana est une hôtesse parfaite !

Nous étions 3 couples à loger une semaine en août dans cette grande maison chaleureuse, confortable et pleine de vie. Nous y étions comme chez nous. Adriana a misé sur les détails et nous y avons été très sensibles. Très proche à pieds d'une belle et large plage, très proche de la gare pour aller notamment au cœur de Porto. Nous aurions bien prolongé notre séjour. Encore merci Adriana et à bientôt nous l'espérons. Sabine

Fantastic place for a family holiday

We really enjoyed spending our holiday in Adriana's home. It is tasteful, spacious, and has everything you need for a both relaxing as well as entertaining time out. From ping pong table to billiard and a very nice patio outside, there something for everyone. No problems connecting with our landlord, no formalities and a super nice exchange during check-in and check-out - all was just perfect for us.
