Lägenheten Suite 1 ligger i en underbar historisk byggnad som går tillbaka till sjuttonhundratalet och ligger på Lungarno Archibusieri, mellan Ponte Vecchio och Uffizi-museet. Utsikten från panoramafönstren, med utsikt över både Ponte Vecchio och Vasarikorridoren, kommer att fascinera dig.
Liksom kommer platsen, perfekt för att starta din upptäckt av Florens från dess hjärta.
Nyrenoverad, har lägenheten en yta på 48 kvadratmeter och består av ett vardagsrum med amerikanskt kök, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och garderob och ett modernt badrum. I vardagsrumssoffan finns dessutom två gäster med sin 140x200 cm öppningsbara säng.

Amazing apartment on steps of Ponte Vecchio

Great place to stay for 1 person or a couple. Amazing location with view of Ponte Vecchio and Arno river and at the doorstep of central Florence sights.The owner, Marusca, was a fantastic host. Communicated regularly and very helpful in pointing out the best places to shop, eat and drink. Arranged taxi on my behalf when leaving. Lovely lady!

Great apartment in a very central location

Great communication with the owner and her representative. Nice amount of room for two people, close to all the sights and a good grocery store just across the bridge, great view and the apartment was bright and airy. Would stay here again.

Wonderful property in a great location

Booking was easy and communication with the host was great. She met us foe check-in and showed us around. Gave us some excellent directions for restaurants, etc. Property had everything we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. Location was ideal for many of the "must see" sites in Florence. Great location

Location was excellent. Everything was a short walk even for elderly people. Property was as described with a nice view overlooking the Arno River. Marusca was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat Especially florintine steak. We hope to book again next year.

Location, location!

This small apartment is conveniently located at the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It is true to the listing, small but certainly adequate. Note the ceilings are low just as pictured. We do typically spend a lot of time in our apartment so it was perfect for us.

Amazing view in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice apartment! It had everything we needed -including a washing machine to refresh our clothes in the middle of our trip.This place is located directly on the river with a perfect view of the Ponte Vecchio and the surrounding area. The elevator was appreciated for our arrival and departure, but we took the stairs the rest of the time to work off all the pasta and cornettos!Marusca made everything easy and ensured that we had everything we needed. This place is a winner!

We had the most enjoyable 4-day stay in Florence. The owner Marusca has a lovely place and the location could not be beat. Literally next door to the Uffizzi Museum which is a must to go to. She greeted us and gave wonderful suggestions where to eat and places to see. We were 2 senior gals and happy the 5th floor apartment had a lift. We would go out in the morning come back and rest and then go back out again. Even though it was right next door to the Ponte Vecchio, it was not noisy at all. If you are on the fence, jump and book this place. She also helped us book a taxi to take us to the airport at 6am. I hope to go back and stay there again. See you soon Marusca.

Amazing location

This apartment is exactly as pictured. The location was walking distance to every thing we wanted to see. While it’s in the center of the action, it’s very quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Great location! Beautiful to wake up looking out over the Ponte Vecchio! Even some mornings saw hot air balloons! Lift up to the 5th floor. Close to all amenities. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay and view

The location is unbeatable and the size of the apartment is big for Florence! Easy check-in and check-out. Loved having a washer along with a big closet and bathroom. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the host gifted us a bottle of champagne - so sweet!! Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Wonderful Experience!

This was a fantastic apartment in a wonderful area. It was so close to everything and the view was amazing!! The property owner was so helpful. She provided a map with some key place to go and showed us where to go to escape the tourist. She provided her cell and was willing to help with anything. I plan to go back for sure. One thing to note, it you are tall (like 6ft ) it might feel a bit cramped, as the ceilings are a little low. But we were perfectly comfortable.

Ideal Location

Ideal location with elevator and air conditioning. Our host was easy to deal with and gave us recommendations for restaurants and the location of the nearest grocery store etc. We found this property met our needs.

A fabulous location in Florence

This was a perfect location for a stay in Florence. The apartment itself is quite nice with a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. You can’t beat the location…it’s perfect for tourist. The host was very helpful answering questions and helping with activities. Absolutely safe and secure setting. I highly recommend this location as being just right for a small group.
