Perfect location!

Such a great location, you can’t beat it! The condo was larger than expected and fit our family of 6 while we had to be out of our house. Even though we are local, we will be back!

Absolutely loved it! So perfect for want we needed!

Nothing better than the beach with our family to have some fun and help heal our souls after a family death. This condo was beautiful and had a beach view.Walking distance to everything! Loved it! Will definitely be coming back, if you will have us! So perfect!

Perfect Vacation Retreat

We really enjoyed the close proximity to town...able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We've stayed at another home for several years on the other side of town and this location provides all the same conveniences but without the sounds of traffic and pedestrians...that was a huge plus for us!!! Will definitely return to this rental!!!

Where else but oceanfront in Pismo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no reason to rent a place at the beach if you can't be oceanfront! And it doesn't get any better at Pismo Beach than the Pismo Shores oceanfront condos!!This particular unit has been nicely updated, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The garage is a nice place to put beach stuff so you don't bring sand into the living space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 127 is amazing! They just recently remodeled the whole house. It is beautiful. They upgraded the beds. We slept is good. What we didn't appreciate was the noise in the morning from workers making repairs, and college students jumping the fence and using the jacuzzi & pool. We had to wait a couple of times.

Family meeting at Piismo Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We met our son & family from Australia & had an extremely enjoyable 8 days. The view is fantastic & the town has everything that is needed.The condo is well equipped, although the BBQ is pretty average & there were no BBQ tools. I was surprised that there was no AC.The smallest bedroom is pretty small & is a bit tight for 2 children.Coastal Vacations were very helpful in sorting out a couple of minor issues.

The property is updated nicely however we would like to see working televisions installed in all bedrooms. The WiFi only worked on day one unfortunately. The drain in the master bathroom sink was still not fixed from last year! Overall, a great place to stay!

A little frustrating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had not been prepared. Evidently the owners or someone had stayed without telling CVR. The master bed was not made. The master bath and kitchen had signs of use. Dishwasher had not been unloaded. Had to search for bath towels which were found down the hall on the washing machine. The garbage disposal was frozen which my husband was able to repair. Patio furniture needed hosing to remove bird poop but nozzle on hose was broke. The propane tank was empty when we tried to barbeque our hamburgers. And to top it off we shared the kitchen with ants. All of this was very frustrating for the price we paid. If none of the above had happened, my only complaint would have been there's not enough seating in the downstairs room. The condo sleeps 6 but there is only comfortable seating for 4. Overall we still had a good time.
