Lyxig, drömstrandresa pÄ fantastiska Kiawah Island! Oceanfront Mariners Se 3 sovrum med direkt tillgÄng till stranden. Underbara, och totalrenoverade (2019) villa med tre sovrum Àr en av cypress- och cedertrÀshavs Mariner's Watch Villas som pÄminner om Ärhundradet i stugorna vid havet. Erbjuder nÀrmaste villa lÀge till stranden och havet och har en privat trappa som leder frÄn bakdÀcken direkt till strandpromenaden.

Denna första vÄningen oceanfront villa har en rymlig, öppen planlösning med fantastisk havsutsikt frÄn köket, vardagsrummet och befÀlhavaren svit. Det naturligt ljusa stora rummet visar vitstrÄlade tak, utspridda havsutsikt, strandig inredning och tillgÄng till bakdÀcket genom en serie vÀggdörrar till glas. DÀck har nya möbler!

Det fullt utrustade, stora köket har allt som en kock skulle behöva; glasskiva, fristÄende ismaskin, inbyggd ugn och mikrovÄgsugn, gott om utrymme och en frukostbar perfekt för att ta en bit innan du gÄr ut till vattnet. Det finns en traditionell kaffebryggare samt en Keurig. BÀst av allt Àr köket öppet för Great Room, sÄ kocken kommer aldrig att sakna en del av det roliga eller konversationen.

BefÀlhavaren svit har en king size-sÀng, stora garderober och bifogat bad med dubbla handfat fÄfÀnga och privatliv utrymme för duschkabin och toalett. Det andra gÀstrummet har tvÄ vÄningssÀngar och tillhörande badkar. Det tredje rummet har en queen size-sÀng med tillhörande badkar.

Inte avbildad Àr ett grovkök dÀr en ny, högeffektiv, frontbelastning, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Ett tanklös vattenvÀrmesystem (Rinnai) ger kontinuerligt varmt vatten i hela villaen; oavsett antal anvÀndare.

Hemmet har gratis WiFi-nÀtverk och kabel-TV ligger i vardagsrummet och alla tre sovrummen.

Det finns ingen grill tillgÀnglig, inte heller tillÄts, pÄ grund av Kiawah Island sÀkerhetsbestÀmmelser som ÄlÀggs villor.

Annual Kiawah Trip

We have stayed here twice before. Great kitchen and living space. Love the bunk beds in one bedroom for friends of our kids. Wonderfully large kitchen table for puzzles. Love the view and proximity to beach. It’s bright and airy and beachy.

Perfect for our group of 6.,

This is our second stay at this same Mariners Watch Villa. We highly recommend this rental. Lovely updated decor that looked every bit as lovely as it did on our last stay 2 years ago. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The reservation and check in process went without a hitch.

Wonderful Cottage!

The cottage/villa was as promised and better. The ocean views from the main living space and outside porch were outstanding. The layout, furnishings and amenities of the property had no shortcomings. Access to the beach was quick. Being on the first floor meant you could walk out the rear of the unit and be on the boardwalk quickly. We look forward to another visit.

We have stayed there three times and are able to book it for a 4th. The proximity to the beach, the location on the island and being near Night Heron park and the new Nest marketplace is perfect. We love riding our bikes to the park, on the beach or on the trails and this condo is in the middle of it all. You will love staying here!

Loved the ocean views, coffee on the deck every morning and beachfront access. We felt like welcomed guests of the McFee family. Kiawah Island has so many activities available through the Golf Resort. Would have loved if we could have purchased access to the Night Heron pool, and would have loved to bring a small, hypoallergenic dog along for a fee, but otherwise a perfect vacation. Highest recommendation!
