Lyxig, drömstrandresa på fantastiska Kiawah Island! Oceanfront Mariners Se 3 sovrum med direkt tillgång till stranden. Underbara, och totalrenoverade (2019) villa med tre sovrum är en av cypress- och cederträshavs Mariner's Watch Villas som påminner om århundradet i stugorna vid havet. Erbjuder närmaste villa läge till stranden och havet och har en privat trappa som leder från bakdäcken direkt till strandpromenaden.

Denna första våningen oceanfront villa har en rymlig, öppen planlösning med fantastisk havsutsikt från köket, vardagsrummet och befälhavaren svit. Det naturligt ljusa stora rummet visar vitstrålade tak, utspridda havsutsikt, strandig inredning och tillgång till bakdäcket genom en serie väggdörrar till glas. Däck har nya möbler!

Det fullt utrustade, stora köket har allt som en kock skulle behöva; glasskiva, fristående ismaskin, inbyggd ugn och mikrovågsugn, gott om utrymme och en frukostbar perfekt för att ta en bit innan du går ut till vattnet. Det finns en traditionell kaffebryggare samt en Keurig. Bäst av allt är köket öppet för Great Room, så kocken kommer aldrig att sakna en del av det roliga eller konversationen.

Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, stora garderober och bifogat bad med dubbla handfat fåfänga och privatliv utrymme för duschkabin och toalett. Det andra gästrummet har två våningssängar och tillhörande badkar. Det tredje rummet har en queen size-säng med tillhörande badkar.

Inte avbildad är ett grovkök där en ny, högeffektiv, frontbelastning, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Ett tanklös vattenvärmesystem (Rinnai) ger kontinuerligt varmt vatten i hela villaen; oavsett antal användare.

Hemmet har gratis WiFi-nätverk och kabel-TV ligger i vardagsrummet och alla tre sovrummen.

Det finns ingen grill tillgänglig, inte heller tillåts, på grund av Kiawah Island säkerhetsbestämmelser som åläggs villor.

Perfect for our group of 6.,

This is our second stay at this same Mariners Watch Villa. We highly recommend this rental. Lovely updated decor that looked every bit as lovely as it did on our last stay 2 years ago. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The reservation and check in process went without a hitch.

Wonderful Cottage!

The cottage/villa was as promised and better. The ocean views from the main living space and outside porch were outstanding. The layout, furnishings and amenities of the property had no shortcomings. Access to the beach was quick. Being on the first floor meant you could walk out the rear of the unit and be on the boardwalk quickly. We look forward to another visit.

We have stayed there three times and are able to book it for a 4th. The proximity to the beach, the location on the island and being near Night Heron park and the new Nest marketplace is perfect. We love riding our bikes to the park, on the beach or on the trails and this condo is in the middle of it all. You will love staying here!

Loved the ocean views, coffee on the deck every morning and beachfront access. We felt like welcomed guests of the McFee family. Kiawah Island has so many activities available through the Golf Resort. Would have loved if we could have purchased access to the Night Heron pool, and would have loved to bring a small, hypoallergenic dog along for a fee, but otherwise a perfect vacation. Highest recommendation!

Overall Nice, but Should Have Been Cleaner

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in a row renting a unit at Mariner’s Watch (different units, but both rentals were through ESPM). We love Mariner’s Watch and plan to go back. It’s hard to beat the tranquility and proximity to the beach that is offered by that particular development. Overall our stay this year was great; however, the unit was not clean. There were remnants of food trailing down the cabinets under the sink (and along several cabinets within the kitchen); remnants of dried up food and drink on one of the bunk beds located in one of the bedrooms; dirty utensils and glasses in the drawers; the potholder looked like someone backed a pizza on top of it; and the remains of dead roaches located inside the under-cabinet ice maker. Also the ice maker and fridge filters need to be changed. Not at all what you would expect when renting a place; especially considering the money (five figures) spent to rent one of these units for a week. We were grossed out and disappointed to say the least; however we took it upon ourselves to clean all of these items (filters still need to be changed) and move one with our vacation. Contrast this with the other Mariner’s Watch unit we rented in 2021 and it’s night and day. That unit was extremely clean. Management needs to do a better job ensuring their units are cleaned and maintained properly. Again, the location and views are excellent (only reason we can recommend); however we would’ve enjoyed this unit and our trip better had the unit been cleaned properly. We’re on the fence on whether we’ll rent from ESPM going forward.

Luxury Getaway

We had our two adult daughters and their friends for a total of 6 adults. This beach side condo was the perfect size for all of us. It was very clean and updated. Good sized bedrooms, bathrooms, and exceptional fully equipped kitchen. We loved the first level being right on the boardwalk with the views of the ocean. This was our fourth time to stay on Kiawah Island and the first to rent through VRBO there. The excellent location was well worth the stay and we didn’t miss not having access to the Kiawah Resort pool. There were plenty of other things to enjoy but especially being right on the beach!
