Hi Joyce - sounds like there were some interesting aspects to your stay! I am so sorry for the television difficulties. I understand that Renee was on-call and came over and attempted to help with the Roku (which was recently substituted from DirectTV), though with no luck. There is a binder in home that gives instructions on how to operate the Roku that was added before your stay. Sorry also for the poison ivy - this is the first time we've heard a complaint regarding this. Though toilet paper is sometimes present at the homes, but our standard procedure is to leave it to our guests to purchase their own supply for their stay. Again, I'm very sorry for the issues that you encountered during the do hope that there were some enjoyable aspects to your time with us and hope that you return to stay with Greybeard - we'd love to welcome you back to a home that may better suit your desired amenities, a yard without poison ivy, etc.
