I hjärtat av Florens på 2: a våningen i en byggnad på 1400 tillhörde den Ginori familjen, en av de viktigaste historiska florentinska familjer, på 200m från Duomo och nära till alla viktiga platser i staden.
Möbler och tillbehör, terrakottagolv och florentinsk badrum i marmor i Carrara marmor, kassettak och gamla träbjälkar.
Välutrustat kök, utrustad med allt inklusive kaffe, te. socker, salt, olja .... samt tvålar och diskmedel., Schampo och duschtvål, etc. Kort sagt, vi verkligen vill att du ska känna sig hemma och att använda ett uttryck suggeritami från min gäst, vill vi dig att överväga vår lägenhet som en "home from home", det vill säga en "home away from home".

Perfect stay in Florence!

Our family had a lovely stay at Anna's flat in Florence! It was easy to find and a great location within walking distance to all of the major sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and train station. Very quiet and cozy. Anna was great with helping us find the flat and gave us recommendations and directions that were perfect. Highly recommend!

Great experience!

We really loved how authentic this apartment was, the privacy it gave each couple, and the FABULOUS location!! Anna was so very helpful when our arrival was delayed (trains stopped that day!) and we had to find another way to get to Florence. It was great to have a wonderful restaurant just a few doors down, and all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping just steps away! Perfect location and excellent stay!!

Family Florence Trip

Loved the location of the property and it's old rustic charm. It was amazing! Didn't realize the second floor was 3 flights of stairs. It got us in shape fast. Thankfully we brought our older kids to help with the luggage, since no lift-elevator in this older property. We had and wonderful time in Florence and will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

Such a gem. Our apartment was in the perfect location and had such character. It was walking distance to everything including the train station. Anna our host , gave us so many great recommendations which we truly appreciated. We had everything we needed there and highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in an apartment over a hotel.

Great Florence flat!

Great location. Flat is warm and charming. Very friendly and helpful host/property manager/owner. Would highly recommend this flat to visitors to Florence. I was in Florence for a few days with my wife and teenage daughter and it worked very well for us.

Beautiful and centrally located Apt in Florence

We stayed in Florence for 3 nights in June 2023. The location of the flat cannot be beat, close to many of the major attractions and with many nice restaurants nearby. There is something special about staying in a building that was built in the 1400s. Anna as a host was wonderful to work with. The apt had everything we needed for a great Florentine visit.

Beautiful apartment

The spacious apartment has a lovely old world decor. It’s location is a short walk to everything. Le Managerie is right next door, so you can get a quick breakfast and start your day. Anna is a wonderful host. She offered us many suggestions and was always available for any questions.

Incredible stay in Florence

Anna was incredible. She was a gracious host. She even left us a bottle of wine. Her place was immaculately clean and beautiful. We would love to have spent more time in Firenze. If/when we do, we hope to spend it in Anna’s flat. She made us feel like familia.

Fantastic location and home base for Firenze!

Wonderful spacious and clean apartment with a lot of charm in a central location. We'd recommend a taxi to the home and back out, but once there you'll love walking to all the sights of Firenze. Getting luggage up & down is a little challenging if you packed too heavy like we did :) , but Anna is a wonderful host and helped us. Thank you, Anna!

Amazing property, even better location.

This property is incredible! The location is perfect, everything was within walking distance. Anna was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The place looks like a palace. It has everything you could need. Florence is a magical place. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially if it is your first time in Florence. I cannot wait to visit again!

Perfect location and wonderful host

Anna was a wonderful host and answered many questions for us even before we arrived. Check in and check out was easy. And the location was incredible! The apartment was lovely and the description was accurate. The loft bedroom was a bit challenging with the steep stairs and no bathroom on that level, but the description was clear, so we knew to expect it. Overall we would definitely recommend this to family and friends as long as they can handle the stairs to the loft bedroom.

AWESOME LOCATION

This was a beautiful property, spacious and clean and close to everything. Our only problem was the stairs, of which I counted 55+. We are seniors and coming back and forth to the property during the day was difficult. Apart from that, if you don't mind stairs, I would give it 5 stars.

Perfect for family of 5

Our family (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed for several days. The location was perfect for exploring Florence (and close to the main train station for day trips). The apartment had plenty of space for all of our luggage. The stairs to the apartment were very manageable. Very helpful to have a washer and dryer racks. The owner was very easy to reach with questions. Would highly recommend. apartment!

Apartment with loads of charm.

Always looking for extraordinary charm in all our travels. This apartment delivered with a +10. Beautifully decorated and Everything you could possibly need was included. The neighborhood was in the best location one would want. We were able to walk to most anywhere and had plenty of restaurants, shopping and attractions nearby. Anna was always a text away for info. The Perfect Fierenze Experience

One could not ask for a better location for an incredible Florence experience. The flat is close to excellent dining and fun shopping. We took advantage of the location and our children loved Tasting a new Gelato flavor from Grom on our nightly walks after dinner. The flat was comfortable with two bathrooms and a washing machine that was a must given the 95°F temperatures during our stay. We enjoyed the wine & treats Anna had ready for our arrival. We traveled with our 3 teenagers and would stay at This place again. Thank you for a wonderful Firenze experience.

Perfect place in Florence

Perfect place for our family of 5. The flat exceeded our expectations and looks better than the pictures. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was ideal and within 3 minute walk to Duomo and many shops and restaurants. The area is safe and the apartment is air conditioned which was great after a hot day of walking. Anna was responsive with meeting us to check in. She went above and beyond to look into mailing our son’s phone (which was left behind) back to our address in the US. Thank you Anna for all your help!

Wonderful is not a strong enough world!

Anna has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Not just extra towels, but we had toilet paper, and laundry soap. The kitchen was fully equipped. We arrived to a very clean and spacious flat, that had a very comfortable living room, where we could talk about our days adventures. Two bathrooms were an absolute plus!!! Anna even reserved a taxi for us, for 4am! The horror stories about trying to get a taxi in the wee morning are nerve racking, specially if you can speak Italian. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it! Thanks Anna, hope to see you soon.

Like living in a Renaissance Painting

The flat was a beautiful reminder that we would spend our days walking through history. The photos do not do this space justice. Anna was an incredible hostess. She was quick to communicate from the moment we booked our stay and went the extra mile to ensure all of our needs were met. The space was impeccably clean and perfectly furnished. The flat is a short 10 minute walk from the train station and the rest of Firenze was just steps from the front door. The beds were comfortable and the extra full bathroom was much appreciated with four people staying in the space. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few days while in Firenze, you could find no better place than Anna's Home Away from Home!
