Detta Àr ett underbart hem vid havet pÄ den lugna Bald Head Island i North Carolina i den prisbelönta Killegray / Flora Bluff community. Du har direkt tillgÄng till stranden ner en charmig strandpromenad. Sitt pÄ verandan i din gungstol och titta pÄ delfinerna simma förbi eller sitta pÄ övre dÀck utanför sovrummet
och har en direkt utsikt över stekpannor som ocksÄ kallas Cape Fear.

VÄrt hem har ett sovrum pÄ första vÄningen med en privat skÀrm veranda, eget badrum och en queen size-sÀng. BefÀlhavaren Àr pÄ övervÄningen med en king size-sÀng, eget badrum och privat balkong. Tredje sovrummet pÄ övervÄningen har tvÄ enkelsÀngar och privat badrum. Det fjÀrde sovrummet ligger i ett separat pensionat, som kallas en "crofter" precis utanför huvuddörren. Crofter har en king size-sÀng och badrum. Det finns ocksÄ tvÄ uppblÄsbara madrasser som kan anvÀndas för ytterligare sömn. TillgÀnglighet för bÄda privata klubbar pÄ ön, Bald Head Island Club som ger golf privilegier och Shoals Club beachfront beach club.

We loved everything about this house. We have been coming her for 5 years now and we always bring some of our own kitchen supplies. We bring sharp knives, our favorite pans and utensils etc. we could have left it all home. Lauren, our host would answer any questions that we had in just a couple of minutes. I would recommend the house to anyone.

Bis Bald was truly perfect in every way. The location on South Beach was ideal and the winds were in our favor with every day a total glassy and calm ocean. Lauren (the owner and property manager) was responsive and communicative immediately when needed, which wasn’t often since the place had everything. The house itself was updated, super clean and the decor was wonderful. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had the best week at Bis Bald! The house was the best we have stayed in on BHI. Lauren was so wonderful and a truly excellent communicator. The location is unbeatable-- central AND on the beach!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic family vacation

We had an excellent stay here! The host was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was in a great location and had everything our family needed for a comfortable and fun vacation. Property was beautiful and very clean. Perfect for our family. We can’t wait to return!

Family vacation

Our stay at this home was outstanding. The host was extremely responsive and she was available throughout our vacation. The location right on the beach cannot be beat. We had six adults and one infant. The house was well stocked with a pack and play for the infant, board games, baking supplies, etc. we are already planning our next trip back!

Badwater Cape Fear 50 mile run

Great location. Plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of games, books and outdoor play. Wonderful for large families.

Relaxing week on BHI

Our extended family of 7 adults had a wonderful week on BHI. The house has a terrific location just steps from the beach. The rooms were spacious with great views and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Lauren was very responsive and the check in was a breeze. We definitely look forward to returning to BIS BALD.

Great stay

This was our first time in BH over the Winter break and we loved it. Wonderful to be right on South beach. There were a few details in the house that needed attention, but the owners were very attentive and communication was great. Thanks for a great stay in the off season!

Spectacular Holiday Weekend

My husband and I took my mom away for a beach weekend “do-over” after she had a terrible trip with friends a couple months ago. So we had high expectations for making everything perfect and spoiling my mom! This house was ideal in every way for a quiet weekend on BHI. We woke up every morning and headed straight to the beach for a peaceful walk. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. There were also beach chairs, bikes, and two golf carts. Everything about the house was in great condition and exactly as advertised. Lauren was a dream host - super responsive and gave us great tips about the island. We can’t wait to come back!

An oasis in paradise

The location and the house are quintessential BHI - cozy, inviting and "perfect" in a shabby chic way. The best part of the house IMO is the large open kitchen-dining-living area with couches and chairs that eat you up and create the perfect place to unwind with a book and glass of wine after a day trekking around the island. The porches are fabulous for watching the sunrise, sunset and everything in between. Should you decide to go to the beach, just walk right out the back door and you're maybe 100 feet from the sand dunes. Highly recommend coming here to unwind and return to a peaceful bliss, whether with friends, family or even just solo. It's truly a wonderful beachy oasis. Bis Bald!

Beautiful!

This was our fourth visit to BHI. We will definitely be back and hope to stay at Bis Bald again. The property was clean and as described; in a great location at beach access 30 with plenty of bedrooms and common space to share. The booking and check-in processes were a breeze. The owner was awesome; very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Thank you for a great stay!

We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful vacation on Bald Head Island. The house and beach were perfect! We have been coming to the island for over 30 years and this was one of the best stocked houses. Amy has thought of everything. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, dishes, serving platters etc. Rooms were comfortable. There were a number of high quality beach chairs with lots of beach toys for our kids in the garage. The house is a quick walk over the dune to a beautiful wide part of South beach. Overall a great trip and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend this house!

Great week on Bald Head island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house served us well. Very functional kitchen. We found all the cookware and utensils we needed and the configuration could handle multiple people using it at once. The dining table was just big enough for 7 adults, two school age children, and a new-to-solid food infant in the provided high chair. Spacious living area and deck got a lot of use throughout the day/night. Access to the excellent beach was easy just over the nearby dunes. Great for walking, running, and lounging, depending on the tide. All in all, would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Time to Unwynd 5-13 to 5-20/2023

Great trip!! House was as advertised on VRBO. Amy was great and checked in on us a few times to make sure all was well. Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable furniture in family room and the king bed in the master was very comfortable. Plenty of chairs for the beach too. My wife and I brought our 4 adult kids (24-29) and they loved the place. We will be back again soon and it will be at Tyme to Unwynd.
