Vackra Casa del Paraiso på Parque Del Rey i Playa Blanca med uppvärmd pool

Case del Paraiso är en modern villa med fyra sovrum med en härlig 8 x 4 mtr pool som ligger på en stor söderläge terrass, uppvärmd under vintermånaderna ingår (om du vill ha poolen uppvärmd utanför vintermånaderna en extra avgift på £ 60 per veckan kan läggas till på begäran före ankomst). Poolen har en solskydd för att hålla poolen varm. Luftkonditionering (manövreras med en myntlåda på 1 eller 2 euro) i loungen, dubbelrum och sovrum som är enkonomisk om den används enligt instruktionerna i villan. Vi erbjuder gratis WIFI-internetuppkoppling som tillhandahålls av Movistar med den senaste fiberoptiken med ett bra urval av tillgängliga TV-kanaler.
Loungen är bekväm med en 48-tums platt-TV, DVD, (2: a 32-tums platt-TV och Playstation 3 i ett av de två sovrummen). Matsalen har plats för upp till 8 gäster, vilket leder till den vackra terrassen och poolen och trädgårdarna. Även en grill och sittplatser för Alfresco middagar under Pergola. Köket är fullt utrustat, det finns två badrum, ett med eget badrum med stort badkar (även om det är ett jacuzzi-badrum, pumparna är inte tillgängliga men badet är fortfarande användbart för dig att koppla av i) till sovrummet i det andra badrummet har en dubbel dusch. Villan har fyra bekväma sovrum, 2 dubbelsängar och 4 enkelsängar som sover upp till åtta gäster. Vi har nu ett utomhuspool och ett bordtennisbord som du kan njuta av. Se våra villkor för hyresavtal. (Vår avbokningsregler är upp till 8 veckor före en avgift på 25% och upp till 4 veckor innan en avgift på 50% betalas). Vi beklagar att vi inte accepterar gruppbokningar för Hen eller Stag-fester.
Det är ett lagkrav nu för en privat semester att registrera alla gäster över 16 år med den lokala Guardia Civil på samma sätt som för hotellen. Vi är nu app-check-inscan, vid ankomst måste du skicka in uppgifterna från ditt pass inom 24 timmar, detta är ett mycket enklare sätt att självchecka in. 5 stars – Fantastic Villa in a Perfect Location!We had a wonderful stay at this villa – it was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and private. We truly loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Villa on Parque del Ray

Very nice villa, very clean and well equipped. one reason we booked the villa was for the jetted bathtub as shown on the front page of the advert, we soon found that the jets don’t work, after looking harder it does say they don’t work but that page is very hard to find. Also the bathtub is too large for the hot water system, if we had known this we would have booked an alternative villa.

Lovely Villa

Quiet location, good quality fixtures and fittings, Beautiful outside area and 20 minutes walk to the centre makes for a great holiday. Jackie immediately responded to a small maintenance query and someone was there the same morning. Highly recommend!

Excellent Villa

We loved our stay here (family of 4). The location is perfect - quiet and away from the centre but also close enough to walk. If you prefer a taxi it’s less than €5. The Villa was lovely and the grounds and pool area perfect for us. Lots of privacy and excellent facilities - pool table and barbecue were great. I have no hesitation in recommending this home.

Absolutely wonderful

Wonderful villa with plenty of space and very well equipped. Very peaceful location but just a short walk into town. The walk along the promenade to the marina is lovely and caught the bus back.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful and spacious villa

Had a very nice and relaxing stay at this spacious villa. It is in a very quiet location, 20 minutes walk from the harbour where you will find a good mixture of places to eat and drink. Villa is as you see in the photos and as described with a lovely pool and plenty of outdoor space. Jackie, the host, is very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries prior to booking, didn't need to contact her during stay as everything went smoothly. Would definitely return if we were to visit this area again.

Great Family break

We booked a family getaway with daughter, son and partners plus 11 month old Granddaughter. Villa was superb, beds are very comfortable, showers powerful and hot water plentiful. Inside there is dining area, lounge/TV area, well equipped kitchen and utility room with washer and extra fridge. Outside was plenty of space for crawling and playing, a lovely pool and bbq area. Frankly everything needed for a most relaxing stay, a proper home from home. I would recommend car hire to see the island we hired 2 good sized cars from Cabrera Medina at the airport which were put to good use. Local area has plenty of shops and bars within east walking distance, Popeyes for breakfast was a daily routine and Imagine India was a real good feed!! Would recommend this Villa and would hope to return in the future.

Fantastic Villa!!

This is a fantastic villa in a great location just a leisurely walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. The villa is well equipped inside and out and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can highly recommend and hope to be visiting again ourselves in the near future.

Great stay

Villa was lovely and clean and set in a lovely residential area. Good facilities all round. It was a shame the spa bath didn’t work but this was advised on property details before I booked so no problems. Easy to walk into the Playa Blanca area but maybe a little too far for people with mobility problems. Easy check in and out process too. Overall it was a great stay

Lovely villa!

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this villa and have to say we had a fabulous time. The villa is great, we had a couple of issues when we first arrived but communication with Martin and Jackie was excellent and these were quickly resolved. The pool was great and the pool table was brilliant fun! Can definitely recommend!

Lovely villa in good location

Lovely villa in a good location, 20 minute stroll to the main centre. It’s also close to the water park, which was a 15 minute stroll. The terrace gets sun ALL day long and the pool is really nice. We made good use of the pool table and also used the BBQ. The villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay in one of our favourite resorts. If I could pick a couple of ‘negatives’, there’s only one en-suite, so the other bathroom is shared between the other 3 bedrooms. We got on OK with it as it was us sharing with the kids, but always nice to have that extra bathroom / en-suite where possible. Also would have been nice to have a clean halfway through, I think we sat on the threshold staying for 10 nights, but it would’ve been nice to have a clean at least after the first week. Would definitely stay again, this villa rivals our first love, Squid house, which is in Los Calamares! Thanks for a great stay!

Great holiday

We had a great holiday in this fantastic villa. We spent most of our time round the pool and there was loads of room to spread out and relax, or jump in the pool to cool off. We also really appreciated that we could get into the villa early when our flights were changed. Thanks

The villa is situated in a quiet area about 20 to 30 minutes walk to the beach. The villa itself was fantastic with everything we needed for a great holiday. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend, and looking forward to going back.

Excellent, welcoming villa in prime location

This villa is very well sited in a quiet, private position with similar properties, yet only 15-20 mins walk to the port and local amenities. The outside space is well laid out with open and shaded areas, lots of seating around the pool and a very welcome pool table. Any queries we had were immediately addressed by Jackie via messaging/e-mail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would happily book this property again.

Amazing Villa!

We had an amazing time in this villa. Jackie & Martin have got it just right with all the spot on amenities plus cute extras such as a bottle of wine on arrival & essentials in the fridge. Only a short walk to the town. Check in was seamless & all the Villa information ready for you. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jackie & Martin for making my 50th birthday hols so lovely 😍

Our stay in Casa del Paraiso

Great property in Parque del Rey, a 20 minute walk to the start of the main town. Excellent outdoor space with plenty loungers and towels for round the pool. Heated pool. Minor irritation to us was the pool table baize was torn and ripped and the cues didn't have any tips which was a bit disappointing as we are all pool players and would have had much more fun. The owners could sort that? Obtaining the Keys was a little bit awkward as there were two codes for the doors and at 7pm in the dark it took a while to get into the accomodation. In short, a great holiday, we would go back. Owners were very quick to respond to any communication.

Lovely villa

We visit Playa Blanca 3-4 times per year and always stay in villas. Have stayed in Parque Del Ray 4 times now but this was the first time in Del Paraiso. Well equipped villa which was exceptionally clean on our arrival. Villa was excellent with no issues at all. Communication with the host Jackie was prompt and friendly. Will definitely visit again in the future. Looking forward to our next stay already!

After many holidays to Lanzarote we loved it so much that we decided to purchase our own holiday home in Playa Blanca which we enjoyed very much each time we visited the resort.
We feel in love with this Villa because it has a lovely bright airy feeling, the complex feels safe & secure. The location is not too far to walk into the centre of town. Being its south facing the sun is on the terrace and the pool all day, the BBQ and seating area are all on the one level making it great for all being together.
The front wall and gates are built up so privacy is great.
