We had a wonderful stay at this Folly Beach vacation rental! It was the perfect place to bring our dog, with easy access to both the beach and nearby restaurants. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with everything our family needed for a relaxing week at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Folly Beach.

Very cute property that had everything we needed for a fun getaway weekend! It’s not far from the beach, and Teresa had lots of extra beach items (wagon, chairs, towels, etc) that was so helpful since we had flown in. There is no laundry on site, but that was no problem since we were only there for a few days. Would definitely recommend this property, and Teresa as a host!

Cozy and Perfect Location

We loved our stay! Location wise we were far enough for some peace and quiet but within walking distance of everything. My daughter loved the outside shower and all the little touches that made this stay so special.

A great little beach house

The Lil' Pearl was a sweet little beach house and was fully equipped with anything we might need. We were able to walk to the beach and to the downtown area to find places to eat. My husband and I enjoyed our get-away.

The cute little cottage was perfect for our short stay at Folly Beach. We came for the 4th of July fireworks -that were cancelled - but enjoyed our stay nevertheless. Cottage is as described online. Beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed.

Had such a great stay!

The Lil' Pearl is such a great location. Walking distance to Bert's, the beach is super close and the main drag of town. It was extremely clean and had anything you would need. The outside seating area and the outdoor shower was perfect. I will definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to other people.

Hi Ben, I hope you are well! I can finally sit at my desk after that crazy storm in Oct. and catch up with everybody. Thank heavens the "Lil nPearl" suffered only the 2 storm doors being damaged. Other than that she "stood firm". lol I do want to thank you for taking the time to comment so nicely on your stay. That really makes my day, as I want my guests to be comfortable and glad they selected this property. I would love for you guys to come back and I hope to make your visit even better. Happy Holidays!! (can you believe it?)
