1214 Ariola Drive hanteras professionellt av Paradise Beach Homes.

Bottenvåningen är ljus och ljus, med trapp upp till ett stort öppet stort rum med vardagsrum, kök och matplats. Den rymliga vardagsrummet har massor av bekväma sittplatser. inklusive en drottning bäddsoffa. Det moderna köket har granitbänkskivor, rostfria vitvaror och prep-ö med två stolar. Det stora matbordet är utmärkt för måltider i familjen stil.

Sovrum 1 ligger utanför vardagsrummet och erbjuder en king size-säng och bäddsoffa. Detta rum öppnar till gulf sidodel och har ett stort, privat badrum med klädkammare, dubbel fåfänga, separat bad och stor dusch. Sovrum 2 och 3 ligger på motsatta sidan av huset. Sovrum 2 har en king size-säng, platt-TV, privat badrum och öppnar till Gulf side däck. Sovrum 3 har en drottning och två enkelsängar, privat badrum och öppnar till balkongen på gatan. Sovrum 4 ligger utanför köket, har två enkelsängar, öppnar till balkongen på gatan och använder det stora hallbadet som också servar kök och vardagsrum.

Den övre våningen erbjuder ett annat trevligt vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa och tillgång till en andra gulfidäcken. Det finns ytterligare ett sovrum på den här nivån, öppnar också till övre däck. Denna vackra master svit har en king size-säng och ett stort bad med duschkabin och jacuzzi. Badet av denna svit har en dörröppning att serva den övre nivån vardagsrummet. Utanför bekvämligheter i det här huset inte kan matchas. Huvudnivån täckt däck område har en fantastisk utomhus sjunker av grillen, två fullstor matbord och leder ner till en privat strandpromenad med tillgång direkt till stranden. Under huset finns mer utomhus bostadsyta, en privat utedusch, täckt parkering och garage. Den lägre nivån har också ett bonusrum (inte luftkonditionerat) med Foosball-bord, ping pong och spelbord och glidande glasdörrar som öppnar rätt till stranden.

Awesome house for a small wedding

We had our daughter’s wedding at this house. It was big enough to accommodate 27 people for the wedding. We would rent this house again and again! Paradise Homes is great to work with!

Perfect, beautiful beach with private access was great. Although the weather wasn’t ideal, windy and cooler than we would have liked, we had a wonderful time. Sitting on the deck or in the house listening to and watching the waves was great.

Spring break in Pensacola

The property and house were beautiful and access to the beach was great! We had a couple of days with rain and thunderstorms, so we didn’t get as much beach time as planned!

The most perfect venue for a wedding!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had my dream wedding at this home as it was absolutely perfect for my small wedding of 40 people. It made a great home for my wedding party to stay in that lead up to the big day! Had the reception inside and used the deck as the dance floor, bartender area and it was a blast!!! Highly recommend to anyone deciding on a venue for their big day!! 40 people was the perfect number for the occasion and wouldn’t recommend anymore as hosting the reception inside it wouldn’t fit. Having more than that you would have to have it in the parking area but you would lose the gorgeous view of the beach, which what is the beauty in that?? I can’t say enough positive things about this home for your beach wedding, it was perfect!!!!

Blue Angels and Blue Skies!

It was Blue Angels week in Pensacola when we were there and let me tell you, this house was in a great spot to see their awesome maneuvers. This house provided everything we needed for a great family vacation. 3 bedrooms with King Beds as well as 2 bedrooms for Kids made for a perfect arrangement. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was furnished well. Because it was so hot outside, the bottom level was not usable since there is no AC down there but the extra refrigerator down there was an added bonus. We will definitely keep this on our list of prefered properties when visiting Pensacola Beach.

We were happy with the unit; however, there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The grill is rusted and is not in good working condition and the shower in the double full sized bedroom is leaking all over the floor. We would stay at the home again if we knew these issues were fixed.

The surrounding houses were filled with loud, disruptive teenagers - 15 or more in surrounding houses, which took away from the nice location. The teenagers were unsupervised.

Perfect piece of paradise

Large dining table sat 10 comfortably. We had easy access to great restaurants on the beach - we visited several establishments in search of the perfect Bushwacker. We were just a short drive away from the Greater Gulf Coast Art Festival, Joe Patti’s Seafood AND the Blue Angels Homecoming show at NAS. Everyone had a blast!!!

Great Beach House

Great Beach Getaway!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house. Great location. Loved private walkway to the beach. Disappointed in paper products and kitchen supplies. Small amounts given with no warning in house description to obtain more. For the rental price, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 oz of dish soap and 1 roll of TP in 3 of the 5 bathrooms for a 7 night stay is pretty sad. Another thing that would have been nice is a list of kitchen amenities -toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig would have been nice to know. Be aware that internet was not good in this house. Hard to share with 8 people using it...even the 5G network. The beds were very nice, plenty of towels in each bathroom.Other than having to run to Publix again to buy TP and paper/kitchen products we enjoyed our stay. Loved the view and the balcony the most. Would stay here again but would come better prepared.

There was plenty of space for every one.House was well stocked but I would suggest bringing toilet paper. The one ply doesn't cut it. Got to see dolphins, pelicans and other birds. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. I called on an issue with the refrigerator and they answered right away. I would recommend dumping the ice from the ice maker when you get there. It was frozen, but made ice very quickly. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer downstairs that can be used. There were 3 baby gates in the one bedroom closet. i brought one. My family is still talking about that weekend and how much fun they had.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time in this beach house. It was so convenient for an easy walk to the beach with several small children. The house was very spacious and the 5 bathrooms were definitely a plus. The huge deck was wonderful. We liked it so much that we already booked it for next year. The only problem we had was that the stopper in the bathtub downstairs got stuck the first time we used it so we were afraid to use it again. It required us to wedge it open with a butter knife. I hope that will be fixed for the next time we stay here. We really did love the house!

Reviewer Comments: Rental place was nice - we've rented it several times mainly because each bedroom has it's own bath - we had a nice gathering of 48 people staying at different places in Pensacola and used the beach house as the beach front. We've also got it reserved for next summer. During our stay, we listed a few things for the owner to review and left that list when we left. Anyway, enjoyed our stay and thanks for the efficient management.

Kitchen lacked several must have items—pizza cutter & more serving bowls. Outside had several issues—carport lights, outdoor deck lights (need bulbs) were not working, scraps of wood from hurricane damage everywhere but pieces at the street left side are scattered & some have nails protruding—definite child hazard! Mgmt corrected internet issue immediately. They always do a good job—third time to rent from them.

Awesome Location!

Home was beautiful! So easy to walk right out to the beach from the house. Decorations were much nicer and updated then the pictures show. Maintenance man was very prompt and brought us a new grill after we had a problem. Very nice for our extended family vacation!
