När du kommer in i enheten hittar du det fullt utrustade köket med vackra bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Köket är öppet för mat- och vardagsrummet. Njut av familjens måltider vid matbordet med sex platser med ytterligare sittplatser i frukostbaren.

Vardagsrummet har stora fönster med fantastisk utsikt ��ver viken. Det finns gott om sittplatser, inklusive en bekväm soffa som drar ut till en bäddsoffa. Koppla av och njut av utsikten på den privata balkongen, tillgänglig från vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, privat badrum och utsikt över viken. Amazing View

Very comfortable condo for our family with small grandchildren children. This rental has the most amazing view of both the beach and the bay!

Good stay overall

It would be nice not to have to carry a key everywhere. I was only disappointed in the mattresses that were extremely broken down making it very difficult to get quality sleep .

Beach Paradise

Family vacation

The views we amazing. We had a great vacation and love Pensacola Beach. The pools were good size and great when we wanted something different than the beach. The room was good size and sleeping arrangements worked well for us. The major complaint I have is cleanliness. Upon arrival we found a dirty pair of underwear in the closet on the floor which tells me the closest was not even opened during cleaning. At least one of the bedspreads had what looked to be blood stains on them. We paid a lot for this place and I feel the cleanliness should have been better.

Beautiful view with cold A/C!

There was plenty of room for all of us with a bed to spare, plus we didn’t use pull-out couch. We especially loved being on the end of the building so after sunset we got a well lit 15 story view of Pensacola night life. All appliances and amenities were in good working order, including a washer and dryer. This is the third condo we’ve stayed in in Pensacola and by far had the best A/C! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Beach House Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is on the 15th floor of a 17th story building in Pensacola Beach. When you first walk in you are amazed at the view from the multiple windows. It is nicely decorated and has a very nice laundry room that we used for storing our beach supplies. The bedrooms were great for our entire family. We absolutely hated that we needed a physical key to enter the room and not a code, with it being able to sleep 8 people and only having 2 keys, it sucked. This also hindered the check in and check out process. We came down with family and every other room had an electronic code for entry. The place was great otherwise. The air conditioning is difficult to use and when we set it to go down, it seemed to go back up to a set higher temperature. The master suite also has a pocket door and not an a actuall door.

My Home away from Home for 26 years

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay here every year. My children have grown up here and my grandchildren are beginning to visit now. This year was the first year I thought of staying somewhere else entirely. There was a gate issue with security code problems. We were harassed by not being able to enter the gate or the building numerous times and witnessed the same problem with other people struggling as well. It made for a miserable trip. Also a lack of security in the building at times. No one cleaning the elevators properly. Kids running in and out with water dripping everywhere. Just generally Emerald Isle is not well attended. Pass the word on...I love the place. I'm not sure I will stay there again.

Gorgeous views, spacious and clean

This corner condo has a view that takes your breath away. The whole condo including the balcony was spacious. Very updated. All the appliances seemed new and worked well. The hot tub was nice on cool breezy evenings. The beach wasn't crowded. Make sure to bring your own beach chairs, sand toys and towels as these are not provided. The only thing that could be improved is the check in and out process. It's annoying to have to stop at an office to pick up physical keys. And the door lock is tricky; we actually had to call and ask them the trick to get the key to work. Most places have updated to keypad entry which would be a huge improvement. Otherwise gorgeous, clean and great location. Could walk to local restaurants and shops. The Thunderbirds doing a fly by over the beach as they left town was a nice touch lol as they were literally eye level in front of the condo.

Beautiful stay on the Emerald Coast, Pensacola Fl.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most beautiful 14 day stay on the Pensacola Beach Fl in the Emerald Isle Condo. On the 15th floor the view from the deck was spectacular directly on the gulf. View front the LR was the same . Condo was clean, well maintained. Kitchen modern , well stocked. Bedrooms ample, especially liked the kids room bunk beds and the two queens in the second guest room. We were 4 adults and two school aged children that ran from the gulf to the two pools all day. Would definitely rent again. Lots to do and places to eat around the condo.

Beach stay

However, we stayed in this same condo last year and the upkeep this year was not as good. There was a huge round crack in many of the tiles outside the bathroom.Small pieces would slide when you walked across them, posing a threat of cutting your feet on sharp edges. Also the couches seem to be peeling. It seems that they did do some work on the place, but need some attention in others.
