Charmigt uppgraderat Anaheim hem är en 1/2 mil promenad till Disneyland spårvagnen på Magic Way. Denna tre sovrum två badrum hem är perfekt för en familj. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng komplett med badrum. Det finns två barns sovrum med Full över Full våningssängar och tillgång till hall badrummet. Alla rum har 43 "plasma-TV med kabel.

Delvis öppet konceptkök med familj och matsal. Köket har bänkskivor i granit, specialpaneler i skåp med rostfria apparater: spis / ugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. I köksskåpet finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för din användning. Matsalen har 6 platser med extra sittplatser i köksbaren. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har 51 'plasma-TV med kabel och blå-ray / DVD-spelare.

Spelrummet i garaget ligger utanför familjerummet. Det finns ping pong, airhockey och leksaker tillsammans med barnvagnar, barnstol, pack n 'play och booster-platser för dina spädbarn och småbarn. Queen size luftmadrass i hemmet för extra sängkläder. Vacker trädgård med en trädgårdsdäck, naturgasgrill BBQ och barnspel.

Hemmet har trådlöst höghastighetsinternet och gratis landsomfattande amerikanska och Kanada samtal. Centralvärme och luftkonditionering. Alla möbler, möbler etc. är nya från och med april 2012. Fin kort promenad till Disney. Hemmet ombyggdes inifrån och ut.

Från och med 1 januari 2017 har staden minskat beläggningen i alla hem. Detta hus sovplatser 9 i sängar och har en MAXIMAL ARBETSGIVNING är 9 NÅGON TID.

Perfect location with beautiful covered patio

This was the perfect place to stay for our few days at Disney. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the parks. It was fully appointed with all of the necessities and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property, close to Disney. Beautiful backyard with play center. Comfortable, with everything we needed. They have thoughtful items like strollers and coolers available for days at Disney. My son got sick on the trip and they allowed a late check out so he could rest before our flight- which was very kind and very much appreciated.

Family Disney Vacation

My family and I were traveling to Disneyland for our yearly trip. The house is exactly as described, perfect location to Disney about an 8 minute drive to either parking lots but far enough you don’t hear any of the noise, the house is spacious enough that once we were finished with our day we could go into our own rooms but also sit and watch movies if we wanted to, loved that we were offered the butler service and didn’t need to go grocery shopping, they were already there and setup. At check in received a message from the property manager, but no issues came about to where we needed to contact her through out the stay. All In all I would book this property for our next years stay of available.

beautiful small home near Disney

Everything was great. We did have some issues with the freezer but they were quick to bring us an alternative. Parking and guest have too many rules for coming over you can only have 9 people in home and only two cars in the driveway.

Nice stay

The convenience of how close this property is to Disneyland is amazing! The space is perfect for a larger family and fit our family of 6 easily. The property itself also has enough space and activities if you were to take a chill day at the house. Our kids love the ping pong table! The biggest downside to the property are the mattresses. They are very uncomfortable and make sleeping a bit of a challenge. If the mattresses were to get an upgrade this property would knock it out of the park!

Great trip

It was so nice to spread out in this rental in such a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The backyard was relaxing also. It was doable 25 min walk to the parks or a 4 min (10ish) uber on those days we were exhausted. We also played a lot of garage ping pong!

We'd stay here again

The place was clean, well designed and convenient (walking distance to Anaheim Convention Center and other handy stuff, including a mega-Starbucks and a donut shop). The neighborhood was quiet and check-in and check-out were a breeze. No complaints!

Great Disney Location

This is a cute home that has lots of space for several people. There were 7 people in our party - 4 adults 3 kids -6,5, and 1. The house was well stocked with things for the kids. There was a pack n play and several strollers. We had brought our own but the home had a double stroller that was a life saver.The yard was beautifully maintained and the kids loved playing in the backyard in the morning before going to the Disneyland park.Disney was very close and only a 20 minute walk with children. It is close to grocery store and other restaurants too.

Convenient and plenty of space!

We had a great stay at this house for our family trip to Disneyland. We were able to walk to and from the park, and had the convenience of a house for our stay. Would return in the future.

Disney stay

We loved the house and location. The check in process is way more difficult than a normal vrbo stay. You have to fill out extensive paperwork and confirm identities of all staying in the home. We are renting a home for a couple days….not buying it.

Great house close to Disneyland

We stayed at Destination #30 with family for a Disneyland trip and it was perfect. The rental company with very communicative and responded quickly with the few questions I had. The property was is close enough to walk to the park if you wanted to get a few more steps in for the day. It was also close to stores and restaurants. The house was stocked with all the basics you would need while there. The kids loved to pool and the game room. There were also multiple stroller options to use (including two double strollers). This is definitely a property we would stay at again in the future.

Our Disney Vacation

I would say that over all the location was pretty good. There were just a few things to mention. On the inside, the home was great except that the drain in the 2nd bathroom didn't drain and we had to call you twice to have someone come out and take care of it. The first person who came used Draino, and that didn't work. The second time I guess they had to call in a plumber. That seemed to work. The other issue was that the outdoor play area in the backyard was very dirty, water pooling at the bottom of the slide, lots of spider webs and the over all equipment needed a good cleaning. Sadly my grandson was never able to use it. I know someone came out to clean it, but when I took a look at it the next day, there were still spider webs and dirt on the slide and parts of the jungle gym. I will say that they did come out on a timely manner. The neighborhood was for the most part quiet, except on Friday night, the neighbors kitty corner to us were having a party that ended around midnight. Other than that we were extremely happy.

Clean, Calm and Close!

This property was a great find! The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the short walking distance to Disney was perfect. The wood flooring is creaky, which was not a problem for us, but if you've had no experience with wood flooring it can be disruptive, especially to light sleepers. There was plenty of space for 7 of us. The beds were comfy but the top bunks were a bit creaky and were only supported by wood slats, which put fear in the heart of those who chose to sleep below! May be fine if you have small children. We only watched TV at night so it would've been great to have a sleep timer. If the TV remotes had that option, we had no luck in finding/enabling it. The game room amenities and wooden side-gate to the beautiful backyard could benefit from some upkeep but other than that, everything was as presented. We loved the home and enjoyed our stay. Would we stay again? Definitely!
