Loved staying here!

This condo was recently remodeled and has a relaxing and beachy ambience. The host is easy to work with and prompt in getting back to you(had a small issue that was addressed/resolved the same day). The instructions for being there were clear and complete(codes, departure instructions). The location is an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants without the need to drive. Loved having a private parking ramp, loved the fitness room, loved our own patio, loved the view!

Perfect Location

What I love most about Azure 111 is the location! We had easy access to everything! The parking garage was close to the condo. We were on the first floor so we didn't have to wait on the elevator. The pool was just steps away from our front porch. The boardwalk to the beach was right there. The mushroom splash pad was just to the left of our room! This made it easier for me who just had a knee replacement and for my grandson who couldn't wait to go to the beach and play in the pool! We will definitely say here again! The unit was very clean and well maintained!

Another Great Week in Okaloosa Island

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo location is wonderful. Unloading was so very close, very easy. We have stayed at Azure 4 other times, always a great experience. The 5k run in Ft Walton Thanksgiving Day is always such fun! Beach is beautiful! Just a great place to be!

Wonderful location

Great location! Loved being on the ground floor. No elevators to mess with, just straight from the parking garage to your room. The condo is beautiful and clean. Located close to the beach walkover as well which is a plus with kids! The pool is very nice as well when you need a break from the beach. I would absolutely recommend this condo. Ginny was great help and wonderful to deal with !

Great condo and location

We had a really great time at Azure. We were very disappointed at the beach service. This doesn’t reflect the owner or the condo but guests should know we were not set up on ocean front like we have been since 2008. Three days we were blocked of our view. The new policy puts renters behind the front line. We asked one couple in front line and they had rented. So the rule didn’t pertain to everyone. We will come back and we are hopeful the owners will get this resolved.

First time visit

The whole experience was GREAT! For a first time Florida vacationers, it was everything we wanted and more. The whole process was so easy. Walking distance to the beach, the beautiful views. It was amazing! This property was well taken care of, very clean and convenient! Will stay again!

GA Family Annual Beach Trip

Perfection!!! The location, the condo, the resort, everything was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. Plenty of room for my family of six adults and two children. The pack n play and high chair was perfect for our littlest one. The ground floor location next to the pool was convenient. Many thanks to Ginny for her hospitality. We are planning a return trip for next year!

AMAZING! GREAT GETAWAY!

Ginny was great with all the details and keeping me posted on everything. The condo was perfect for a 2 family vacation. The amenities were extremely convenient for the children and us parents. I enjoyed having the refrigerator to buy groceries to make home cooked meals versus going out for every meal. The rooms have beautiful decor, and the beds are very comfortable. I also enjoyed the washer/dryer being in the condo as well instead of having to go to a laundry mat. The easy access to the beach was also a bonus. If we decide to vacation in Fort Walton Beach again, Ginny will be our first contact :)

Family Beach Trip

This condo was wonderful. The location of it can not be beat. Being on the first floor with a toddler was a must & the location to the parking garage couldn't be beat! The condo was very clean & beautifully decorated! We really enjoyed our stay. The resort facilities are great as well. And the upgrade to the grilling area was a very good improvement. The weather was very nice & while we did have to deal with seaweed & sea slugs we lucked out with no June grass this year. And we did get a few days where the ocean was very clear & blue. Ginny was great to deal with. She was very patient with all my questions & always responded very quickly. She even checked in with us to make sure we arrived ok. If & when we come back to the area we would not hesitate to come back to this condo!

Wonderful Ground Level Condo-Perfect Condo for Small Children-Clean & Comfortable-Awesome Time!

We had the best vacation in our ground level condo at Azure. We have small children and a nursing baby so we could not have asked for a better condo. I could sit out on the porch and lay the baby down for a nap as well as watch my 5 year old swim all day. We could easily come in for quick bathroom breaks and get a snack. I was in heaven. We also had free beach service which is one of the other best perks of this condo. The condo was spotless and well decorated. We absolutely loved the owner, Ginny. She is the sweetest, most friendly person who wants to help you in any way that she can. She leaves a binder with places to suggest for eating or rainy day fun. I so appreciate the details. Parking was a breeze as well. You can go right through the gate, park on the ground level, and the condo front door is just steps away from the parking. This condo is so convenient and perfect for families or anyone who has issues walking long distances. We will come again year after year to stay in this condo! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!!!

100% Hassle Free

What an amazing place! We absolutely loved It. The condo is very spacious and was extremely clean. The floor plan is well thought out. The first night we left the patio door open in the master bedroom and could hear the waves on the beach. Your just so close. Everyone had their own bathroom. Full size laundry which was nice to dry bathing suits,etc. beautiful furnishings. Well stocked kitchen. We didn't need a thing. Loved looking at the ocean while making meals. The place is so well kept. The grounds and pool are beautiful. No steps to the beach just a short walk. The fact you could walk right out from the patio to the pool and beach was priceless. So easy to get stuff if you forgot something. The beach was amazing. I would put it right up there with the beaches in Aruba. This was our first trip to the area and we just couldn't believe how beautiful the beach was- white powder sand and clear green and blue water. No seaweed, no garbage. Just awesome. The beach service was great too. They have your chairs reserved and they are put out around 8:30 in the morning. This was a very memorable stay and we so appreciate Ginny's hospitality as she took care of us better than a lot of hotels and she wasn't even there physically. You really can't beat this place. Very easy to get to restaurants and shops and the grocery store. It was relaxing and we will be back! So sad to leave. My kids cried!

PERFECT SPRING BREAK BEACH GETAWAY

OVERVIEW We rented this Auzure unit directly from the Owners. Mrs Young was always prompt with her replys and very forthcoming when we first rented the the 3 Bed / 3 Bath condo from her. When she was unsure the unit was going to be available she refunded us every penny we had paid "Just in case". This allowed us to look elsewhere so we were not trapped renting from her. Shortly after the refund we found out it would be available so we re-paid and our whole family was glad we did! THE CONDO This unit is even better than described in the listing. Everything looks brand new and was in perfect working order. My wife is a self proclaimed "clean freak" and she couldn't stop commenting on how clean and we'll kept unit, grounds and building and pool area were kept. The building itself is THE nicest on that strip of beach. I think I read it was built in 2005 but it still looks brand new. Every morning a team of maintenance workers were busy by the pool getting every speck of sand off the pool deck for the new day. One note about this unit: Our family all have Verizon for our cell service and we all had a hard time getting much cell reception. Two steps out the door we all had 4G LTE service but I guess the building was so well built that our reception suffered. The free WIFI worked great though. THE AREA While we did get back in our car to go out to dinner on several nights it was certainly not necessary. Everything was within walking distance and we felt safe walking with our children after late night trips to the convenience store or coming back from the fishing pier. There is a "Gentleman's club" across the street from the unit but it was very low key and almost looked abandoned. Nothing to note other than the sign...much to my 16 year old son's dissapointment. :) THE BEACH Two words: ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. With this unit being on the ground floor every day we would walk onto our patio and drop our gear, only to watch most of the other patrons schlep their beach gear up and down the elevators. It was as close to effortless beach life as you can get. I was initially concerned about missing the "Ocean view" but all 5 of us agreed it was well worth staying on.a ground floor unit for the convience. And the unit is VERY QUIET. We always closed the patio doors and never heard anything outside or even above us even though the building appeared to be very full. The beach service was fantastic and effortless as well. 5 out of 5 stars.

Excellent place to stay with children.

The place was beautiful inside. Everything was modern and had a “new” feel. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice. Excellent place to vacation with children. 2 great pools, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad and the beach was steps away. I will definitely stay there again.

Very clean well appointed condo

This condo checked all of the boxes! Extremely Clean, well stocked, amazing location, comfortable with room for everyone. 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 extra large bathrooms. Just a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach! Beautifully appointed for adults and Easy access when traveling with children. The perfect get away!!! We highly recommend staying here!

Great Location, clean & great host!

Had the best time with our family although the weather was a little chilly in the mornings and afternoons. But we knew it was a possibility traveling to Fort Walton in April. Other than that it was perfect. Super convenient access to pool and ocean with the gate. Everything was so clean. Also the host was so easy to get a hold of, every time I had a question I would get a response within minutes! We are definitely coming and staying here again in the summer!

Great location

Condo was a great set up for adult couples! The beach was beautiful! Had a couple issues with appliances otherwise rooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious. Kitchen cupboards needed attention but kitchen was well stocked. Living area could have been larger for six adults. It was great being able to step out to pool and walk to beach.

We are the Young's and live in Franklin, Tn. We have a 13 year old daughter and a 8 year old little boy. We came to Okaloosa Island a few years ago on vacation and fell in love with it. We decided to purchase a condo at Waterscape and have really enjoyed it. And then we found Azure!!! Wow! This place is magnificent!

After purchasing our first condo down the street, we heard about Azure and all it had to offer and quickly knew, we wanted to be apart of it as well. Since we have small children, we were looking for a ground unit and saw this one and knew Azure unit 111 would be perfect for our family. It is steps away from the pool and hot tub, and a very short distance to the beach! What an amazing place to get to spend family vacations each year, while creating many lasting memories with my children. We are so blessed to get to share it with others! Hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
