Always a great stay here

We’ve stayed here for several years and it’s always a great stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoy using the private pool and the free bikes to ride to Vanderbilt Beach.

Relaxing Long Weekend

We (2 adults and 2 kids ages 11) had such a relaxing long weekend at Dan's place. The space was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and all the floats that came along with it. We used the bikes to bike to the beach. And there is a Dunkin Donuts a short walk down the street. The location is ideal and Dan was great with communication before our trip. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back.

Exceptional Stay

This 2 bedroom home was exactly as described. Great location to visit many attractions of north Naples...beaches, shopping, dining. We also enjoyed a lazy day at the home relaxing by the pool. We would 10/10 rent again.

Warm weather getaway.

Smaller home in very busy neighborhood. The pool was fantastic and heated to 85 degrees as advertised. Toilets were a challenge but Dan responded immediately and most troubles were fixed. Very clean and updated kitchen. Plenty of tv’s but we were outside in beautiful screened in lanai.

Wonderful property close to the beach

Our house was fully stocked and close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a nice addition as well. We would definitely come back someday.

Great week

Overall a great stay in Naples. Great location. Bikes were fun but one of the bikes was broken and so we could not all ride at once. Pool was lovely and heated. No floats but a very enjoyable backyard. Close to Vanderbilt beach which was also wonderful. Great local shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters.

Great location

Great location. I liked the layout of the house. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable. The house was clean. There was one issue and the host offered an immediate solution. Main bedroom mattress was a bit worn / soft for me, but that is a hard one to get perfect for everyone. The wicker furniture wasn't very comfy, but again that is a personal preference. Unfortunately we had to evacuate halfway through due to hurricane Milton. But that went well and the disaster zone part of our stay was refunded.

SW Florida - sunny and thunderstorms!!

Property is as described. All the stuff you need is there. The appliances all work and the fact that many little things are there too is great (coffee filters, dishwash capsules, etc). Having bikes to ride is great. Some may find that the decoration is a little dated but - who cares?? I didn't! Host is very helpful in advance - we had no need to call him while there. Bed in master bedroom very large and comfortable. Many pillows to choose from. Air con worked well and was easy to adjust with very little effort.The pool was very warm and very welcome. Many towels available Sun loungers good. Plenty of beach chairs. Quiet area. We had a lovely holiday.

Amazing Gem In Florida

This is not the biggest house, but it is still amazing nonetheless. The pool was a nice break from the beach, and having access to bikes and other beach equipment was a great added benefit. Great location, a few minutes from the beach, and like 30 secs from grocery stores and pharmacies. The only downside with the beach (nothing to do with the property) was parking, otherwise everything was perfect! Thank you again, would love to stay here again!

Truly amazing house and pool!!

The house was impeccable and exactly as Dan presented it on VRBO. Even better, actually. Everything we needed to have the best week was there including beach chairs and coolers!! There are spices for cooking and sugar for coffee. Little details added up to a perfect week in Naples. The beaches are so close. The pool was great, the landscape was so pretty. Palm trees, flowering trees, etc. He even has cool lighting at night. We will stay here when we get back to Naples.

Enjoyed Florida vacation all my life, and still can not get enough of this area. Currently manage three other similar properties in the area so may to able to help out with vacation plans in the neighborhood.

This property is set for ease of use. Beach chairs, bike, cooler, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is at your finger tips. Walk to stores, restaurants, and more. Recieved wonderful reviews and happy to say our guests have enjoyed this property.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The closeness to Vanderbilt beach is great with 2 access points-Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access with parking available in both areas. There are sidewalks and great views of the canal streets, about 15-20 minute walk, or the bikes will get you there in 10-15 minutes. If your prefer parking at the beach, a spot in the garage is only $10(Vanderbilt beach). The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
