2 BR Master Wing i en Soquel hideaway

Detta Àr en av 2 huvudvingar i ett vackert handbyggt hem pÄ en 5 hektar Àppelodling. Vi Àr 4 miles frÄn havet, men den sista milen Àr vÄr uppfart, sÄ det finns en verklig kÀnsla av avskildhet. Vi byggde huset med ett annat par, sÄ huset har 2 privata huvudvingar. VÄra partners flyttade till nÀrmare sina barnbarn, sÄ deras vinge Àr nu tillgÀnglig.

Det stora sovrummet Àr ganska stort. Den har en king size-sÀng och en soffa som blir en queen size-sÀng. Separering av sÀngarna Àr en gas spis. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsÀng och en stor inbyggd skrivbord. I samma utrymme, men separerad av en rumdelare, finns det ett partiellt kök, inklusive ett underkylskÄp, mikrovÄgsugn, induktionsbrÀnnare, brödrost och köksartiklar.

Det enorma badrummet delas av sovrummen. Den har en dubbel fÄfÀnga, ett privat toalettrum, en 6 fot med 6 fot duschkabin och ett överdimensionellt badkar.

Badrummet och 2: a sovrummet öppnar sig mot en privat dÀck. Det finns ett gravenstein ÀppeltrÀd överhÀngande ena Ànden av dÀcken. Om du kommer stanna före mitten av augusti kan du vÀlja fÀrska Àpplen frÄn dÀck!

The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't have a stove, it only has a portable one with a single grill.

Beautiful location, one of a kind house, and great hospitality by the owner. Kitchen a tad small, but has everything you need for simple food preparation. I will definitely return in the future.

We had a fantastic stay, and wished we could have stayed longer. The property is tucked away and wonderfully quiet, but still a very short drive from stores and restaurants. We received a very warm welcome, and were so impressed with the space - the pictures really don't do it justice! We will definitely plan to go back. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Had a little trouble finding the place at first but once found we had no issues. Was a beautiful property and a cozy place to stay. Jeff even offered us some delicious homemade Apple juice. The family loved it!

Geoffs place was incredible! Way more space than we needed and so beautiful. The kids loved exploring the property and picking pears from his trees. Would definitely come back if we were in the area. So many things to do and places to explore.

This place is a real gem! On a beautiful piece of land that feels “off the grid”. Very spacious (more than it seems online). Kitchen is suited for basic meals, but stocked with coffee! Owner very responsive. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a very beautiful and spacious rental. A special California place. It has a small kitchenette and small fridge- but sufficient for basic cooking. The listing is accurate- this is the wing of a large home. It is very quiet and private, but it is attached to the owner’s home. The host was easy to communicate with, check in and check out were a breeze. It is down a long one way dirt road, but we managed it fine with our little electric car!

Fantastic funky place. Off the beaten track but peaceful and beautiful. Geoff is laid back and an excellent host. Don’t expect good phone reception as the remote location there was little to no T/Mobile signal.

Family getaway

We loved staying here. We had everything we needed and more. The house and the property are perfect; you get to be alone in your space but comfort of knowing if you need anything Geoff is there to help if you need anything or have questions. If we come back to area would love to stay again. Also you are 10-15 mins from the best bakery we’ve ever had.

Great stay!

Geoff was kind, accommodating, and very responsive. The place is bigger than anticipated and perfect for my husband and I with our 4 kids. We were juggling summer camp pick up for one child the first day and drop off for two children the following day and this place was perfect for all of us to stay. The road up to the house is as described but I was able to make it up fine in my Suburban. It’s a little scary doing it during the day so I would be very nervous making that drive at night.

First Time Visitors To Santa Cruz

Went to visit UC Santa Cruz with our daughter. What a beautiful home. Very clean with spectacular views. Geoff was so nice and helpful with recommendations. So peaceful and tranquil. Definitely recommend staying here.
