Kommunal golfbana, intill Coloradofloden. Tillgång till floden
och sjösättning inom 100 fot från hemmet. Hem helt möblerad
med allt du någonsin skulle behöva för att njuta av din vistelse. 70 "HD-TV,
Stor ö kök med två ugnar och fönster i överflöd att njuta av
vacker utsikt över golfbanan. 2 sovrum är sovrummen
med sina egna fulla bad. Tvättstuga med extra kylskåp.
Bakgård är en av ett slag alla 1600 kvadratfot med full strömmande
damm i anslutning till 12 fot ön BBQ med åtta sittplatser brand-gropen längs

Amazing house, Amazing Host. Linda was excellent on communication. We even left a Apple watch behind and they were nice enough to find and ship it back to us. Perfect River trip getaway. We'll definitely be staying here again.

River Oasis

We always love to stay at this property. The owners are first class and so sweet. The house is immaculately kept, inside and out. Everyone is the community is so friendly and fun. All around a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful Spacious River Home

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the large patio with a beautiful running water pond for a night of star gazing. This is our second time renting this home and we look forward to the next.

Amazing home

This beautiful home has everything you would ever need. Gorgeous views overlooking the golf course. Wonderful kitchen to cook in. All rooms are cozy and comfortable beds.

River trip[

We've stayed at several different places in Needles over the last few years. This by far is the best/nicest place we've ever stayed at. The home is upscale, furnishings are outstanding. We BBQ'd one night, the backyard patio was fantastic. Communication with owner/Linda was immediate, Check in and out seamless. We will be back again....

Perfect for entertaining

This home is simply beautiful and perfect for entertaining groups. We had a full house (6 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay and is decorated beautifully. Linda was an amazing host, super responsive. We’re bummed to leave but will definitely stay here again. Thank for everything.

Beautiful and clean property

We have been staying here for about 4 years and we keep coming back. This house is spacious enough for our family. Linda is really easy to work with and makes your trip feel at ease. I have not once had a complaint and the house is fully stocked, just bring your food and toys and you are set. I will be back next year. The house has a huge back patio with a BBQ grill overlooking the golf course to accommodate a big family and you are 2 min away walking distance to the river. The community pool is located two houses down. The house is located about 25 min away from the Laughlin casinos for a night time getaway. .

Lovely Home with All Amenities

Nice kick off to summer!

This is the second time at this property and it didn’t disappoint. We have stayed in this complex several times and this has been our favorite home so far. Spacious, quiet, close to the river and right on the golf course. It was easy to get a slip for our boat at the marina which made it nice to be able to leave our boat in the water. Linda was quick in response and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!
