Lazy Daze är en rymlig renoverade stranden hem med många bekvämligheter. Den har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, stort vardagsrum, ljusa rymliga matsalen och väl utrustat kök med granit bänkskivor och nya apparater. Lazy Daze har 4 plattskärms-TV med kabelkanaler, blu ray DVD, lokal och långväga telefon och gratis WiFi, stereo / cd-spelare och ett multikarkadspel. Lazy Daze har också en privat pool med gott om bekväma sittplatser. I spelrummet i huset finns en badtunna, biljardbord, fotboll tabellen, en varm och kall utomhusdusch, fisk rengöring diskbänk, cyklar (du behöver inte hyra!), strandutrustning, strandhanddukar och mer! Det finns inhägnad gård med tillgång från båda däcken.

Huset är väl underhållet med många bekvämligheter. Det finns också stora fönster i varje rum för att låta riklig ljus och fantastisk utsikt.

Det finns gott uteservering för att njuta av en måltid al fresco eller koppla av och njuta av utsikten över viken. Bara korsa gatan du befinner dig på en av världens vackraste stränder. Huset ligger på 1/3 tunnland med en tom tomt intill den erbjuder dig gott om utrymme och privatliv!
Lazy Daze är en fantastisk semester plats för dig och din familj. Simma med delfiner, fisk, eller bara luta på den vita, söt sand. När du är klar med stranden, njuta av utomhus varm / kall dusch och förbereda dagens fångst på parken stil kolgrill. Sedan ta ett dopp i den privata poolen, ett dopp i bubbelpoolen eller en av 50 videospel!

På natten, njuta av en show från däck som du tittar på stjärnorna som de lyser upp himlen!

Vi är lämpliga för sällskapsdjur! Upp till 2 hundar (inga andra typer av djur önskas) kan bo i huset på en gång. Vi har en stor utomhus hund springa med en hund hus och en stor inomhus låda (vår schäfer har gott om utrymme) för din fyrbenta familjemedlem !. kom ihåg, vi levererar cyklar och strandutrustning så att du inte behöver hyra !!

Lazy Daze at SGI

AN excellent vacation at Lazy Daze on SGI. Beautiful home with every amenity. Dog friendly, beautiful views, easy access to the beach. Especially enjoyed the game area below the house (several games of pool were quite fun and took me back to my college days). We will definitely stay there again when we go back!

Long Time Overdue

The home, pool and game room were fabulous and we enjoyed them. The house was clean, well furnished and had all needed appliances. We will definitely rent this one again.

Beautiful home and beautiful views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was better than the pictures. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The best part was the view of the ocean from the house and the easy quick access to the beach. Literally steps away. We loved it and highly recommend staying at any of Tom and Lucinda's properties. They are wonderful hosts.

Steps from the beach, awesome views from the deck!

We enjoyed our stay with friends and family and our dog. The location can't be beat, and even though we had some chilly and rainy weather, the kids still loved to play games under the house — pool & foosball — and use the hot tub. On a clear night the deck views are amazing for stargazing. The house is very dog-friendly and we appreciated the gates and fences. Wish the pool was heated — the only drawback!

Amazing rental

We loved this rental. Excellent view and a very short walk to the beach. It was very well stocked. The owners responded quickly and always attentive. First time to St. George and plan to visit again. One of the most relaxing vacations we have had.

St. George Island Newbies

While staying at Lazy Daze, the pros far outweighed the cons. The biggest pro was that we were able to bring our two dogs. We have stayed at many dog-friendly homes but, Lazy Daze is the most dog friendly. We have a dog that loves to take off if he gets the chance and the owners definitely thought about that when making it dog-friendly. We didn’t have to worry about him and it definitely allowed us to completely relax. This is our first time to St. George Island and we hope to be back.

Great property and is "as listed". Good location with easy beach access and well appointed. We had one early concerns and issues after check-in but the owners cleared that up within minutes. I would stay here again.

Lazy Daze Oct/Nov-2021

The house was great with plenty of space, bedrooms were large and with all the provided amenities and games you really only need to bring food and drinks. Great view of the ocean from the deck and only a couple minute walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this house and we will be renting it again in the future. Terry E.

Good Location

The property was very convenient for having a dog. The gates were on the decks, the area fenced in for the dogs, and the crate for the dogs was very convenient. The view from the decks was pretty. The property smelled inside and out. They had a large ash tray on the front deck that I had to cover with two trash bags to even be able to sit on the porch without the horrible smell. Also one downstairs that we moved while we were there to not smell it. There were several cracked floor tiles. One was broken very bad in front of the refrigerator to the point of possibly cutting your foot. The property seemed clean, it was just in need of updating. Both the home and the furniture.

Lazy Daze

Wonderful stay!. All of the amenities were great. We had some rainy days during our stay, but enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, board games etc... Beautiful view on the porch. Definitely would recommend this property for a St. George vacation.

Hated to leave

Great house and location. Hammock was cool. Enjoyed the huge open windows we brought our dogs and they had a wonderful time sitting in the windows watching everyone go by. Kitchen is fully stocked.

Another wonderful vacation in paradise

I’ve visited the island since 1991. We usually stay at The Villas, 300 Ocean Mile and occasionally a house. This was the first time we brought out fur babies, and Lazy Daze was perfect! The home is spacious, beautiful view of the beach, awesome pool, and we loved the games and rode bikes several times. And if course the fenced in area for the pups was ideal! We will definitely choose Lazy Daze again!

Great location

Lazy Days is a great location and house. There are many things to help keep the kids busy and relaxing for adults. Have the fenced in yard is nice as well for any pet owners. Owners were quick to respond and helpful.

Relaxing vacation at Lazy Dazes

Great location. Loved relaxing on the deck. It was a little cool for to get in the pool. However, we enjoyed sitting around it. Short walk to the beautiful beach. House was equipped with everything we needed.

Family Vacay

Inside is a little older than appeared in pictures. Having more consistency flooring throughout would make it look much nicer. Overall we were very satisfied with the location and property and would definitely look at other properties owned by the same couple. Owners were very nice and very thorough. It made for a great family vacation with adult kids and a grand baby. Being dog friendly for our dogs was very nice!

Great house, great location, great vacation!

This house is simply wonderful. Our party of 6 (my husband and myself, our kids 8 and 9, and my husband's parents) all agree that this house was the perfect place to spend our week on SGI. It's just across a not-at-all busy road from the beach, and a quick bike ride into town. Tons of stuff on site to keep the kids engaged on rainy/windy days, but the biggest hit of all were the blue convertible chairs in the dining/sunroom; they couldn't wait to hang out on those chairs in the evening! The kitchen is very well appointed, and we were able to make some really great dinners from fresh local fish and shrimp. The beds in all three bedrooms were very comfortable, and everything was wonderfully clean at arrival.

Hello and thank you for looking at our beach house! We live in Franklin County, FL and enjoy spending time on the quaint island of St. George. Tom grew up in Switzerland and Lucinda grew up in New York state. We are active people that like to travel to unique places - together we have traveled to 5 continents (hoping to hit all 7!) We were exploring the Florida Panhandle when we happened upon St. George Island and fell in love with the tranquil beaches. We enjoy all the beach activities, great weather and friendly people. We truly adore St. George Island and after we bought our first house on the Island, we knew this was a place that we needed to have more connections. Lazy Daze has wonderful views and great beach views. We are just a few steps to the beach which is the perfect location for us! St. George Island has many conveniences we want including great recreational activities year round, delicious restaurants, nice people and small town feel.
