Njut av allt som Narragansett har att erbjuda i vårt rymliga moderna strandhus med öppen planlösning i det lugna kvarteret Sunset Shores. Känn dig som om du bor på havet med utsikt över vattnet över saltdammet, Galiléen och Atlanten samt en kort promenad (100 yds) till saltdammet. Närheten till saltdammet är en kajakdröm. Stränderna ligger nära valen mellan Scarborough, Roger M Wheeler eller Narragansett Town Beach inom några minuter.

Vårt tre nivå hem med öppen planlösning erbjuder tre sovrum (2 ensuite) och tre bad och bekvämligheter som central luftkonditionering, utomhusdusch, enormt däck med grill och elektrisk markis med utsikt över vatten, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, kabel-TV och Wifi. Golvplanen är:
Nivå 3, master BR-ensuite med privat balkong med utsikt över vattnet
Nivå 3, andra sovrum med 2 våningssängar ensuite
Nivå 2, öppen planlösning med kök, vardagsrum, matsal och badrum
Nivå 1, tredje sovrummet med drottning

Hela huset har renoverats. Helt nya madrasser för alla rum, nya små köksapparater, etc.

Beautiful stay

We chose this property for my bachelorette weekend - all girls were around 30 years old, so not party animals at this point. This place was perfect for us- lovely neighborhood, so quiet, people are so friendly. The house was clean and fit 7 girls. We had a great time

Great house Great lication

We had another great stay ( second time). The house is well appointed and has a great layout with an open layout. The deck is spacious and well appointed with grill, table, Adirondack chairs and awning. We would definitely consider coming back.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and had a great open floor plan so we all felt together all the time. Great deck with awning and nice furniture. Kitchen was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Accommodating Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Plenty of room for our family of six. Nice open floor plan of the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Central A/C was a welcome relief during our hot weather week. Large, beautiful deck with views of the bay, including gorgeous sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. A couple of minor hiccups were immediately handled by the owners. The basic necessities were provided in the kitchen which was so helpful when we first arrived. We took advantage of their kayaks with a quick and easy walk down to the bay. They generously supply some beach chairs and beach umbrellas. You have to bring your own linens and towels but this was not an inconvenience for us. There are linen supply companies nearby if needed. The location suited us perfectly as it is close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Only a half hour or so to Newport for a day trip. We had a wonderful time during our vacation here and recommend it to others.

Just beautiful!

We stayed 3 nights for URI graduation weekend. This home was very clean and very well appointed. Bright, open layout. It was the first VRBO we stayed in that wasn’t missing anything. Everything we needed was provided. They even had brand new life jackets that 2 of us used while kayaking (also provided). Beautiful views, nice and quiet neighborhood. Nice sized deck with great furniture and a grill. Thank you.

Great Stay

We spent the past week in Narragansett and really enjoyed our stay. Nicole is a fantastic host. The property was ready early and the communication was stellar. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is close to everything, but remains quiet and calm. The house is very well stocked. If I had one recommendation it would be to get a Keurig for the kitchen. We will definitely rent again when we are in the area.

Very nice but pricey

Overall a nice property however there are 2 steep staircases that access the living areas on second and third floors that are not disclosed in the summary. Water view is limited. Houses in neighborhood are very close together -and virtually no yard space. A pricey rental for a house that is not within walking distance to any beach.

We, Nicole and Dan have been bringing our daughters to Rhode Island for years. We love the different beaches to choose from and having the centers of towns to walk, eat and shop through. After years of visiting we decided to purchase a home and use it as a rental property but leave ourselves a few weeks out of the year to enjoy all the Narragansett area has to offer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Great location with water views, close to everything but you are in a quiet off road neighborhood. You can walk around at night and not be worried about traffic or noise. Yet a 5-10 minute drive can get you to everything you need.
