This is a fantastic place to make memories with your family. Being able to hang out at the beach, the pool and then going to the condo to finish the day was the icing on the cake. The Salt Water Taffy provides all the comforts of home: clean, cozy, and relaxing. Our host, Mike, is very personable and a great communicator. Before our arrival, he answered all our questions and he even checked on us during our stay. We had the best time and will definitely book to stay here again.

Salt Water Taffy at PCB

Listing was as described. Beautiful views, very clean. We stayed for softball World Series and the condo was relatively close to both fields our daughter played at. Only complaint would be that things like toilet paper and hand soap for bathrooms weren’t plentiful and we had to buy our own. Otherwise had just about everything else we needed.

The condo was very clean. It was exactly how it was listed. The property was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all of the essentials like plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans! Amazing Place, well cared for with UNBEATABLE Gulf Views!

Absolutely beautiful place, owner of unit was great and made check-in and check-out process seamless and easy. Unit itself was clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, had everything we needed and more. The security team here was amazing, in particular SGT Johnson on the night shift, he helped us with a lost child incident and was very caring and personally followed up with me afterwards to see if we were okay or needed anything. This is the kind of employee and human places should hire, give this man a raise! Reading other reviews the biggest complaints you might see are the Elevators and the Parking. To address both of those, in Tower 1 there are 2 elevators on the bridge end and 2 more at the pool end. They are all fast elevators and move quickly, occasionally during checkin/checkout times a line forms at floor 3 for the bridge, but walk 100 yds to the pool side elevator and its nearly always open. Only real complaint about the elevators would be they get pretty hot/toasty, but for the 2 mins total a day you spend in them going up and down from condo/beach/pool/parking its not a big deal. Parking garage is across the street, so plan on about 5-10 mins to grab elevator and walk to your car when leaving into town; but they have a covered and air conditioned walkway to the garage. Parking garage only has 1 tiny elevator so park near the stairwell up/down a floor for easy access to vehicle. I would typically get the car and pickup family at underpass on floor 1.

The condo needs to be updated a bit. It was in a great location. I would just prefer the inside of the condo be a little more comfy. The beds are not comfortable and need updated but overall it was a great vacation.

1st trip to panama

This was our first time to panama as a family so we were pretty excited & we were not let down. We loved it. The location was perfect. The condo was how it was portrayed in the listing. It was clean & updated. There were a few small things like a broken closet door or a broken window blind but im not picky, as long as it is clean, safe & close to the description, were happy. I would deffinatly recommend staying here especially if you plan on spending alot of time at the beach. It was beautiful.

Spacious place, beautiful views!

The place was spacious and clean w/ breath taking views! We really loved the 2nd bedroom with 3 beds in it for our big kids! The tile made for easy vacuuming. The living room furniture was comfortable and the Roku tv’s great! The king bed was comfortable -we were thankful for the extra pillows! The pool areas were nice, security guards a bit overboard-couldn’t have an empty sippy cup by the edge for our 18month old, he took it back to our chair for me lol. H2O yummy!!! Couple of things that could improve in the unit- While clean, upon arrival paint was chipping off everywhere, the door to the washer/dryer couldn’t reattach to the track, ceiling light in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work and the lamp blew out before we left-dark lol The Kitchen had most things you’d need- cookware/dishes etc, but overall the place was the least stocked with ‘essentials’ which made for large grocery trips. As a big family we would have appreciated more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, Kleenex, paper towels, etc. The pantry was locked so we had to store everything on the counters. The elevator situation was bad- not just the wait times but no ac near or in them. The heat plus the wait times were a little much. Check-in was impossible to take 20 min to get your stuff to the room when you are spending most of that time waiting for the elevators. Also not being allowed to leave your car unattended while unloading your stuff was frustrating- our 13yr old had to sit in the car instead of helping my husband.

Beautiful view and condo!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, updated, and spacious. The kitchen was decked out with all appliances, plates and utensils. The master jacuuzi tub was a nice treat. The patio scared me at first being on the 18th floor but the view is beautiful. We had to put away the plastic tables as we have two small toddlers who kept wanting to stand to look. We just hid them in the bunk room. The resort itself is very nice but they definitely could use more elevators for the amount of condos/units. One day we stopped at every floor going down to the beach. Also if you get there right at check in time, the loading/unloading ramp is a madhouse. We just made sure to pack the car the night before to avoid any chaos. The pool area is super nice with perfect kid pool and infant pool. Bar is right next to the pool but beware they do not allow any drinks near the pool ...even can/plastic. Mike, the owner, was great with communication and seems he cares that you have a great stay! We had a great time overall and will be back when we stay in PCB!

Gorgeous beach and views. Excellent for families.

We were first timers in PCB and loved our stay. The building amenities were awesome for the kids. The layout worked perfectly for us. At first glance we noticed some peeling paint, broken toilet paper holders, a overly noisey toilet, dingy bath rugs, no hot water in kitchen sink, no parking pass (grateful the cleaner tracked one down for us) but once we got settled and just enjoyed the beach, the pools and the views, we soon saw past all those things. It didn’t change how we felt about our stay. We still give this property a 5 rating as we will be cherishing our memories and would even rent the unit again. A perfect location and space for families. Sure you, too, would be happy here! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. God’s blessings to you!

Family Getaway

Overall, the unit itself was nice. It was clean, had the best view, and provided everything needed. The building was decent. Depending on which unit you are in the walk from the parking garage to your unit can feel like a hike in itself (definitely bring a wagon). When we first got there a elevator was down. So for the first weekend and into mid-week, we had to sometimes wait 30 or more minutes for the elevator. They finally fixed the elevator mid-week which made it easier for the rest of the trip. Overall, not a bad spot. Would stay again, but maybe on the 3rd floor next time lol.

A beautiful condo with a great view - no joke.

My family of 5 came to town for a dance competition with the knowledge that two other families in our group had been scammed and had to quickly search for new lodging. We were a bit worried, but conversations with Mike seemed very legitimate. All I can say is, Wow! Mike uses no hyperbole or camera tricks to make his unit look better than it really is. In fact, my only worry about the condo when I booked it was the size of the bunk beds. The pictures made them look like little kid beds, but they are full length, normal twin beds and my nearly 6ft 13yo had no trouble. My only suggestion is to familiarize yourself right away with where everything is stored and know if there is anything in short supply. We were low on toilet paper but didn't notice early enough. We did have just enough to get through the week, but Mike didn't have time to get more for us. He likely would have if we'd noticed it earlier.

PCB World Series

We we’re staying at the property for my sons baseball World Series. Though we didn’t spend as much time at the condo it was perfect for our family! The condo was much nicer in person than the pictures with is normally the other way around! We had a lot of teammates staying at the same place & they all had issues with their condos, so we were so thankful for this property!

My name is Mike Ausley and I am the owner and manager of this unit. You can call me any time to discuss our unit or any other questions you have about Panama City Beach. I have 3 children and we purchased this unit back in 2008 so we would have a great place for us to build family memories before the kids headed off to college. We have done just that and continue to do so. We are very involved in our church here in Louisville Kentucky and enjoy sharing our home with other families knowing they are also building some great memories.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We keep this unit in the condition we would want if we were renting and consider it our second home. We love the Majestic Beach because they have lots of beach front with no high rise on the West side competing for beach space so you can spread out and enjoy. We also loved the fact that they have 2 large indoor heated pools so even in the winter time you can enjoy swimming. The location of the Majestic is perfect and allows you to walk to many of the local restaurants. Often we will go 3 or more days without ever using our car. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. We looked at lower level unites and decided we wanted to be up high to enjoy the view. You can read the reviews and see that it truly is amazing. I don't provide beach chairs or toys because it's too difficult to ensure they are always here and in good shape. That being said, it's not uncommon for guests to leave behind several of these items.
