Ett kvarter (1 minuts promenad) till stranden! Detta ranch house sover 6 i två sovrum (1 drottning, 2 enkelsängar) och utdragbar soffa (drottning), med vardagsrum, äta i kök, badkar och 3-säsongen veranda. Du kommer att vara hemma precis när du anländer. Njut av den trevliga gården i ett lugnt område på en återvändsgränd. På gångavstånd finns också Wells Beach centrum med shopping, arkad, lekplats, vagnstopp, restaurang och glass. Livsmedelsaffär, ATM / bank, biograf, tvättomat cirka 1 mil.

Artiklar som tillhandahålls. Fullt kök med tallrikar, bestick, grytor & kokkärl, bestick, automatisk kaffebryggare med filter, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, gasgrill och redskap, papperskorgen, tvål. Sängkuddar, filt och madrassskydd för varje säng. Ny utdragbar madrass 2017. Nya tvåmadrasser med kuddeöppning för 2019. Perfect location

Our stay was wonderful. Rental was modern, charming, very comfortable, very clean, great appliances, spacious 3 BR, perfect location. Owners very friendly and responsive. An extra seating chair in the living room, a little more dishes would be even better. Our stay was pure joy! We would love to come back!

Perfect beach house

This is our second visit to this Maine Beach house. It is perfect for our family visit to Maine. We love the cleanliness and proximity of the house. It is a perfect walk to the beach, shops and a close drive to all the great sites Maine has to offer. The hosts are very helpful at assisting and making the process seamless. We would recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Excellent Rental

Calla was an incredibly accommodating and thoughtful host. The home was spotless and we enjoyed making great use of the deck that overlooks both the ocean and the marsh. Location can't be beat!

Beautiful, Clean, Perfect Location!

Our family had the most wonderful time staying at this home. From the moment we walked in we were amazed, it was so clean and fresh feeling, with easy walking to the beach, shops, and arcade. Some « be your guest » suggestions.

We would absolutely rent again. Some minor suggestions to consider to add confort. Couch & recliner in the living room are really not confortable. Strength of the bench at table is questionable to support to adults. Having 2 full nightstand is necessary when peuple with Cipaps are renting (room on second floor). We bored the one in the twin bed room. Lastly, we suggest you test your toaster ;) Thank you for a great stay though. Nathalie, Pierre, François and Sylvie

Wonderful stay at Wells Beach!

The property was lovely and exactly as advertised! One of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time together. It was great having such a short walk to the beach, we were able to walk back and forth any time of day or evening. Especially to enjoy the full moon at high tide one beautiful night!!!

Girls trip

Comfortable for all 8 of us… beautiful rental, great location. Sleeping with the windows open you could hear the waves crashing :) very happy with stay and would book there again.

Excellent Rental

The owner was lovely from the beginning -- easy to communicate with and wonderful restaurant recommendations for our stay. The house looked new and clean plus the guide book she left was thorough and helpful. The property is super close to the beach and other activities. We had a fabulous time!

Incredible Beach House

We absolutely love this beach house and have been /will be staying here yearly. Exceptionally Clean modern home with beautiful views from the serene 2nd story deck. Host is super welcoming and makes sure your stay is going wonderfully. You will not be disappointed, this house is a Gem!

We have enjoyed this Wells Beach neighborhood since 1996 when we started vacationing here with our family and friends. In 2002 we bought a summer cottage in this neighborhood, and in 2018 we moved from Massachusetts into our summer cottage (after a few updates for year round living) and became Maine residents. We love living here and think guests who stay in our rental next door will also love the area.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Walking to the beach is so convenient. It's an easy walk back and forth from the beach to the house for snacks, lunch, children's naps, sun breaks, to use your own bathroom, etc. Each person in your house can go to the beach when they want; you don't have to consolidate everyone into one car trip to the beach and hassle with parking availability and cost. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with nice residents and rental guests. It is not a "party neighborhood", but it is festive during the day and early evening when everyone is out at the beach and in their yards. There are many dead-end streets, including ours, which is especially nice.

This property is unique because you can walk to the beach and you can view the ocean and the marsh from the deck and living areas. This house was new construction in 2021. With a 1st floor Queen Bedroom and 1st floor Bathroom this house is great for multi-generational families. The neighborhood is welcoming. There is easy access to a grocery store and other conveniences without using Route 1.
