Detta är en 4-våningar enstaka familjebostad med utsatt tegel i hela. Det har uppdaterats men har blivit inrett för att reservera Bostons gamla charm. Detta hem är omgivet av Tufts University Health Sciences Campus (Medical, Dental, näringslära skolor och forskarskolan för vetenskaper) där Chinatown möter South End och Bay Village. Säkert och lugnt grannskap, det tar dig några steg till kollektivtrafik -Orange Line T Station (vid Tufts Medical Center Station) och bussar, YMCA, Theatre District, Downtown Crossing, Macy och mycket mer. Några minuters promenad till kända Boston Common och Public Garden. Hela matar och många asiatiska stormarknader ligger 7-10 minuters promenad från huset. Om du har ett fordon finns det en reserverad 1 bil parkeringsplats med extra avgift i ett inomhus garage ligger tvärs över gatan. På första våningen finns sittgrupp, en queen size Murphy säng (sov 2) och en vit läder bäddsoffa (dubbelsäng size-säng 1) och ett badrum. Den andra våningen är en privat öppen planlösning studio, som inkluderar 1 queen size-säng (sov 2), 1 Full size säng (sov 2), en vit skinns bäddsoffa (dubbelsäng size-säng 1), pentry och ett halvt bad. Den tredje våningen har en professionell kvalitet spis och är öppen för en generös storlek nöjesområde med öppen spis och vägg av windows och ett halvt bad. Den fjärde våningen har två sovrum med två fulla sängar (sov 4) och en anpassad klädkammare med badrum. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i källaren.

Very well laid out, lots of supplies of everything we needed, for all nine of us. Excellent location relative to transportation and important sights and landmarks. Very clear and timely communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a family group

Stayed for 4 nights as a family of 5. Lots of space, basically a floor each! Quirky but great house in a location easy to reach all the Boston attractions either by foot or public transport or rideshare. Plenty of stairs to keep you fit though! House is well equipped although we mostly ate out, and all instructions clear so no need to reach out for any help. Would definitely recommend.

Boston Weekend

Boston visit with family

Lots of room in a good location. We were able to walk to a lot of places or easily get to the subway. There were six adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would stay here again.

Really caring, wonderful property owner/manager, made sure we had everything we needed, and thought of things before we even did! Property is close to everything, so great walking location. Would definitely highly recommend.

Wonderful experience

This charming house is in a great location. Minutes walk from the orange line station and less than 10 minutes walk from a really great Whole Foods store. The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Baseball Weekend

Gem in Boston’s Chinatown

This is a fun, unique property easily walkable to all the tourist spots in Boston. We had a family of eight with kids ranging from 6-18. The kids really enjoyed the unique layout. Stairs take some getting used to but no problems at all for us. Everything was clean, clearly marked, and made good sense for guests. Host was very friendly and accessible. We had a great time!

40th Birthday

This property was perfect for a 40th birthday gathering over St Patrick’s weekend. Close to transportation to get around the city and explore, large enough for 8 adults to have space when needed. Kitchen was a good size to cook in for dinner one night and small breakfasts before heading out. The house was warm, especially if you slept on the 4th floor but there were fans to use. Definitely a historic house full of charm!

Great family vacation

We took a family group of 11 people ranging from age 11 to 71. The house was very roomy and gave us plenty of space for different groups to spread out. The stairs are a little bit of an issue but the description was very accurate in describing them. If you can handle the stairs, I recommend this place. The location is good with easy access to the subway. Nopsaran is very responsive to any need you might have and even let us change plans at the last minute and check in a day early.

Nice Location

It’s Chinatown. You have Whole Foods and CVS within walking distance for goods. It’s close to Orange Line (4 min walk) and green line (10 min walk). Take T to Fenway in 25 minutes or so. We hit all the highlights of the city from this location. Slept 8 comfortably. Beds could be more comfortable but not something I would give a negative review. I recommend this property.

Central location

We enjoyed our time at this unit, centrally located for what our plans in Boston were. Please read the description about the stairs from the first through the fourth floor as they are not what you are used to in modern construction, and a relatively steep and narrow. People with mobility problems need to look for other accommodations. If I had one or two things to recommend to the owner, it would be to upgrade the electronics as far as televisions and Wi-Fi. Where there is both of those things now, a little more modern, and potentially bigger units would be expected for a rental at this rate.

Central & Spacious Stay

This old tenement/town home has been wonderfully kept. It's a very unique and historic building, but with modern amenities. It looks even better than the photos in our experience. All four floors have plenty of storage and living space. With 8 guests, we had more than enough space. We ended up having two beds be shared, as the foldouts weren't super comfortable, but the beds were. The kitchen is well stocked and that floor in particular is really fun for hanging out. The location couldn't be better. Five minutes to the nearest metro station (that will also take you direct from the airport). Walkable and close to stores and restaurants. Safe and clean neighborhood. Host was very communicative throughout the whole process. Couldn't have asked for a better trip!
