En privat uppvärmd pool innesluten i en skärmad veranda med ett solrum. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare bekvämt beläget i garaget. Master-sviten har en queen size-säng med eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Det finns också en drottning bäddsoffa för ytterligare gäster i familjerummet. Ligger några minuter från Tampa International Airport. Great stay

This was our second stay here, and it was as good as the first. The heated pool and patio around it is second to none. The house is well equipped and the setting is very nice. Melanie, who takes care of the house is very nice.

Resort on the lake

Wonderful VRBO experience. Plenty of space and privacy. The heated pool was the cherry on the cake!

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay, Melanie was lovely, very welcoming and super helpful, house was very clean and had all we could have needed .....and more.....with a superb lake view. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Staycation

We rented this house while some construction was being done at our home. The house is clean, well stocked and the heated pool with the view of the canal was great. The beds weren't the most comfortable but for short term was okay. The best part of the house though is the house manager Melanie. She is so sweet and made sure we had everything and was available to help if we needed anything. We would rent this house again. Thank you!

Beautiful

This is me and my husband's first time renting a house for our vacation! It was a very beautiful, convenient, clean, and wonderful experience! The pictures on VRBO doesn't do this home justice. The pool was very refreshing and perfect for relaxing in. The view with the lake was great! The neighborhood was nice. Close and convenient to everything. Melanie is the property manager and was absolutely wonderful and so friendly and funny! You will be completely satisfied renting this home.

Great patio, pool, and view!

Enjoyed the outside area with patio, pool, and view! Inside is ok and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the house had a musty smell, dead bugs (property manager said they just sprayed), and had problems with one of the toilets. Maybe we were the first renters of the season. Neighborhood is very quiet. I would rent this house again for the patio, pool, and view!

WOW

We enjoyed this lovely home so much we really hated to leave. The layout of the home plus the furnishings were so unexpected. Everything was first class. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and the lake behind the property. We had so many enjoyable experiences observing and interacting with some of the birds like the ibis which came to visit us every day, the egrets, ducks, turtles, etc. This was the most relaxing and restful vacation we have ever had. We only left the home for a few times because it was the best! We enjoyed having access to the garage which made unloading and loading so easy. Melanie, the property manager lived nearby and was a delight to work with, We only hope we can return to this home again sometime in the future.

Ideal kickback and relax vacation home

A very roomy and comfortable home in a beautiful location. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Loved enjoying a cocktail by the pool in the evening and watching the lights come on around the lake Also enjoyed having a coffee out by the pool in the early morning and watching the sun come up and the lights go off around the lake We really hit it off with property manager, Melanie Dodd. We really appreciated her friendship. A great lady

Neighborhood in the front, resort in the back

This is truly a little slice of heaven. Miss Melanie is absolutely a God send. My husband enjoyed reading outside under the covered area while i enjoyed sunbathing pool side. Gorgeous sunsets off the lake beyond the pool. If youre in this area, this is a must. We will be back.

Very Nice Home

We found 9611 Towanda perfect for our stay. Everything was just as shown in the pictures. Nice pool. We enjoyed fishing in the lake but could not find the big ones. Melanie, the property manager, was wonderful. We will be back in the future.

Gorgeous lake home

This home is better than its listing. Instructions were clear and concise. Aside from a few floats that are not usable (but not expected anyway), the home was perfect! The furniture in and outside is perfect! I will really miss the outdoor space! I would love to stay here again.
