Eastward Look 5 sovrum Whole House AC 5 minuters promenad till stranden

Nyligen köpte hem i semester gemenskap av österut Look. Huset ligger 1 hus bort frÄn vÀgen till Angel Road som gör tillgÄng till Scarborough Beach bara en kort 5 minuters promenad! Alla sommaruthyrning Àr veckovis lördag till lördag.


NÀr vi köpte detta hem vi ombyggda hela insidan ... mÄla alla vÀggar och trim, ersatt alla dörrar med vita 6 dörrar panel. För din bekvÀmlighet har vi lagt hela huset AC. I köket ersatte vi spis, diskmaskin, och kylskÄp m / ismaskin, liksom alla smÄ apparater. Vi uppdaterar för nÀrvarande utsidan av huset.

Huset bestÄr av 5 sovrum, alla med dubbelsÀngar. Madrasser har alla blivit ersatt. Ett sovrum ligger pÄ första vÄningen. Alla sÀngar levereras med tÀcket, filt och kuddar. Alla rum har nya 32 "HDTV och 2 sovrum med DVD-spelare. BÄda badrummen var helt renoverade sans dusch och badkar. Familjerummet har en 55 "HDTV.

Den dubbla uppfart rymmer 8 bilar eller en slÀpvagn med leksaker. Det finns ocksÄ en varm / kall utedusch och dÀck med helt nya möbler och Weber grill.

Great place !

Six of us stayed here on our girls trip & the house worked out perfectly. We Went to Block Island for a day-trip & we were Close to the ferry. House was clean, & was exactly as pictured. We had a great stay, i would stay here again & would recommend this place

Great place. Perfect size for our family. Outdoor shower is a plus. Anything we needed like grocery’s or restaurants was close by. Walk to the beach was awesome and plenty of chairs and wagons to use. Homeowner very responsive and we all enjoyed ourselves. We liked the neighborhood feel of the area. Not touristy.

We had a wonderful week with our kids and grandkids. The location is great - a short walk to the beach made easier by the double wagon for the kids. The house is very well supplied. Nice backyard. Good playground not far. Only complaint is soft beds.

Second year at this marvelous home! Great location, clean, fully stocked with everything you need! Plenty of room, TV in every bedroom is definitely a plus for when the kids want to watch their own shows! Owners could not be more accommodating! You will not be disappointed!

Great place very clean

Everything was as advertised , we enjoyed every moment . Home is meticulously cleaned upon arrival . Televisions are tricky, 3 of 6 were able to be watched but not owners fault
. Very technically challenging !!!!!!kitchen was stocked well we had everything we needed , AC was wonderful , outdoor shower has low pressure but that is also ok , beds were ok , walk to beach easy overall good value for 5br house ..would rent again !

Excellent House!!

This house was immaculate!! The location is in a great neighborhood convenient to everything. The house was well maintained and furnishings were new. It easily fit 4 adults and 3 boys, with rooms to spare! We all felt very comfortable and at home. House was furnished with everything you would need inside and out. We also loved the convenience of the 10 min walk down to the beach for early morning or evening walks. The outdoor shower was great when we returned. The A/C worked great too!! The owners were wonderful to work with and thought of everything. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Could not ask for more!

Deciding to rent with the ever changing quarantine rules was a decision in itself! We needed a house that had enough room for 2 families, close to the beach and other activities, not to many stairs as we have a son with disabilities, and enough parking. This spot has it all and more!!! Just bring your family, everything else you need is here. Crazy to list the basics but I have rented my vacation homes and it’s always a make due.......not here. Fully stocked kitchen, blender, coffee maker, pots-pans , knives that cut, wine glasses, every gadget you need. Beach chairs, boogie boards, walk or ride around the corner to the beach . Flat screen Tv’s in every room, big bedrooms! Modern, updated, great condition. Clean as a whistle!! Excellent communication by the owner, and quick response to anything you need to know. You will not be Disappointed. Thanks Colleen for a fantastic week, see you next year!

Beautiful home near Scarborough Beach

We had a wonderful week at this home near Scarborough beach! The house was incredibly clean. The bedrooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a wagon that we used to take toddlers and things to the beach! The yard was great for the kids to play. We enjoyed evenings sitting on the deck. The walk to the beach was so easy and as advertised just about 5 to 10 min (we walked slowly to enjoy the cute houses on the way!) Colleen was very responsive. We would love to rent this house again! Fabulous family vacation at the beach!!

Plenty of space for 7 adults and 4 kids under age of 7. Outdoor shower was a godsend as the beach sand really clung to everybody’s legs , feet and swimsuits. Very responsive host.

Great Family Home

Myself, husband, 4yr old, 12 month old, sister, brother in law, 5yr old niece, & 9yr old nephew rented this house. My parents also visited & stayed with us for 2 nights since we had plenty of bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had a queen size bed and twin so it was perfect for my 4yr old & 5yr old niece to share the queen and my nephew to have his own bed. We put a pack n play in another bedroom for the baby. We left the downstairs bedroom as a guest room which was perfect since there was a bathroom downstairs. The house was cozy, comfy, & clean. The couches were leather which felt more sanitary than fabric. The deck & outdoor table/chairs were great for eating meals & relaxing with some drinks. The house came equipped with everything you could imagine which was super helpful! The beach chairs & cart provided were a life saver too! The beach was an easy half mile walk. (There was a path across the street) Scarborough beach was a lot nicer than I remembered as a kid too. No seaweed and not too packed. The location for restaurants, shopping, and adventure land was great. The convenience of a washer, dryer, & dish washer was amazing. The yard was huge for kids to run around. 2 Driveways fit 8 cars which was perfect for day visitors. Central air was perfect and felt great after a long day on the beach. The outdoor shower was very convenient! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This was our first time renting a beach house & we will definitely be renting this place again.

Wonderful family getaway

This was a beautiful property! It was very clean and spacious. Although, unfortunately it wasn't great beach weather we did enjoy the short walk to the beach! Everything was as advertised, very responsive host, easy communication. We would love the opportunity to rent this property again!

Very well equipped house with many of the small odds and ends you may forget to bring. In a nice neighborhood and short walk to the beach. Perfect for large families. Also very clean.
