Nybyggnation byggd 2016! 4 sovrum, 4 badrum hemma i Narragansett. Sover 8-10. Ligger bara en kort bilresa frÄn Scarborough-stranden och mÄnga spÀnnande aktiviteter i Narragansett-omrÄdet.

Mycket rymlig i hela! Kompletta badrum pÄ varje vÄning, stort kök, bÀnkskivor i granit, luftkonditionering, wifi, kabel och mycket mer. Stora sovrummet har en dagssÀng med utrullningsspjÀll perfekt för barn. TV finns i varje sovrum

Sommaruthyrning endast tillgÀnglig en hel vecka, lördag-lördag

We came to Rhode Island for a family wedding and to celebrate our daughters return from deployment. We loved this house. Great location and fully stocked with everything you need. Christopher was a gracious host, easy to talk to and very informative. We will definitely come back!!!

Perfect Vacation House

Girls Weekend

We had a great time, in spite of the so-so weather! The house was perfect for 8. It was a great location to restaurants and the beach. I had several questions for the owner and he responded quickly, giving us lots of recommendations! We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable home

House lives up to its description:)

Everything that we expected and more! This house is beautiful and spacious, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but close to all the beaches and fun activities. Chris was extremely prompt and responsive to my many questions, and very helpful in making sure that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a multi-family or group of friends getaway! Thanks for your hospitality!

Family Beach Vacation

Great location to experience different RI beaches and restaurants. Awesome space for two families to share. Lovely second floor deck with grill. Host very responsive to all questions.

Top knotch

Check in at 2:00 was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group! Love Briggs Farms- 3rd year renting in this neighborhood-quiet, serene, and great for walking and biking. House was well equipped! Highly recommend for a large group!

Short ride to beaches, restaurants and shopping

Very clean and welcoming! All amenities of home- Central air and appliances in all great working order! Four nice bathrooms but only one attached to bedroom. Surprise 5th bedroom very convenient for baby to have her own room! Only wish family room had extra seating! Lots of room in kitchen for more seating/ storage possible

Perfect House and Location

This house is beautiful and spacious. The layout worked out perfectly for our group with each family having their own bathroom. The kitchen was spacious for meals when we were eating together. I was surprised there was a 5th bedroom because the description of the house only showed 4. It worked for me because I love the house and my niece who also was renting a house at the same time would have grabbed this one from me because she needed 5 bedrooms. We will definitely be back for another vacation. Also the property owner, Chris, was excellent at communication. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect location for a family getaway

This property was clean, spacious, with plenty of room for our family to spread out (4 bathrooms!!!). We loved the location. The house is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Chris was super responsive and made everything seamless.

Great time in Narragansett!

Very nice place to stay! Super clean, well stocked with all the essentials you need (even spices for cooking). Great neighborhood location, short drive to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. Property owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating.

A wonderful weekend

We were visiting RI for my son’s graduation from URI. This house was perfect for us. Very clean and lots of room for my family
plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We went walking around the neighborhood each morning (such a pretty neighborhood). The location was also convenient for shopping/restaurants and a quick ride to Scarborough Beach. Chris was very quick to respond to all of our questions, and very accommodating to our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to stay there again. Thank you for a great weekend!

This home has it all

Everything has been thought of to make your stay effortless. Plenty of beds, baths and room to lounge. The owners are easy to work with and very accommodating. So close to beaches and lots of activities, perfect for groups or families!

Great Big House

This house was perfect for my family. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own personal space while the huge kitchen provided a great gathering space. Communication with Chris was prompt and he quickly handled all my questions. Location is perfect - 5-10 mins to all the best RI beaches. Thanks for the great vacation!

Wonderful vacation home in family neighborhood near beach

This was the second time our family with adult children stayed in this wonderful home during our 4th of July vacation week. The home is beautiful, well maintained, clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is located a short drive from the beach in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed a fun neighborhood 4th of July parade. The owner Chris is wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home.
