Hisnande Hollywood Beach hem. Byggt 2007 och har utsikt över stranden och havet. När du kommer in märker du omedelbart hur ljust och friskt det här huset känns. På den första nivån hittar du två sovrum, ett badrum, tvättstugan och garaget. Ett sovrum har 2 enkelsängar och det andra har ett fullt sovrum. Garaget har alla strandgodbitar du någonsin kunde hoppas på och är välkomna att använda. Den andra nivån har vardagsrum, kök, matplats, ett tredje sovrum (King bed) och badrum. Vardagsrummet har en bekväm soffa, öppen spis och platt-TV. Köket har träskåp, underbara bänkskivor i granit, sittplatser för frukostbar och rostfria vitvaror. Den tredje nivån har ett annat vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, platt-TV och vacker havsutsikt. Detta sovrum ligger också på denna nivå och har en dubbelsäng, privat öppen spis, platt-TV, våt bar och privat badrum. Befälhavaren har både en rymlig dusch och badkar. Glöm inte att kolla på taket! Beautiful home, great views, amazing neighborhood

Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

Awesome Property

The house is beautiful. All amenities we needed were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet and well maintained. Nice quiet, walking beach steps from the house. Close to Channel Islands. We also found an amazing coffee shop nearby!

Quiet Getaway

We had a great time at this property! The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to bike or walk to coffee/restaurants. It was a really great spot! East beach access and the house was comfortable and super clean!

Relaxing in style

The place was spectacular. Pictures don’t do it justice. You cannot go wrong with this rental. We had a great time. Looking forward to going back again and will definitely rent the same place.

Family time at beach

Rented this home to celebrate our mother’s birthday. It’s a great home to share with family. There is a lot of space and the home is well-appointed. The beach is literally across the street and within close proximity to shops and restaurants. It’s definitely a great place to rent.

Beach holiday dream!!

We stayed at this property with 2 families visiting from Australia (9 people). We had the most amazing time celebrating Christmas here. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen appliance, serving, cooking equipment that we could wish for. We walked to the beach which was directly across the road and enjoyed playing volleyball. The garage was stocked with beach holiday equipment, that meant everyone was entertained. The roof top area was magnificent for afternoon drinks. Thank you for a trip that we will remember forever.

Fabulous 50th Getaway

Spent a long weekend celebrating our 50th birthday milestone. The house was amazing and plenty of room. We enjoyed the top deck and the views. The hie to the ocean thru the dues was a bit much but the neighborhood was great. We loved eating the açaí bowls down the street. Didn’t get a chance to use the toys but tons to enjoy.

Oxnard was a great location to get on and off the freeway, be out of the city and on the beach. We loved that we were able to walk the beach, and see the Channel Islands. The bonus was the sea lions that make Oxnard their home.

Great location and space for 8

We enjoyed our stay and it’s proximity to the sand, ocean and harbor. The roof deck was awesome for hanging out eating and bbq. With a gorgeous view. The main areas were spacious as well. Our only complaint is that the supplies of basic household items such as dishwasher soap. Salt and detergent were lacking. Some of the furniture was shabby, but the beds were xcomfortable. Overall it served out multigenerational family trip very well.

Great location and house!

Our stay was for a family vacation. The house had lots of room for us and was close to the beach. The best beach was Silver Screen, which is a 5 minute drive. The kitchen was easy to cook in, bedrooms laid out to accommodate kids and adults. Nice views. Downsides--the dishwasher didn't work and the repair person didn't work on that brand, so we were left to clean our own dishes (for 7 people). A bathroom sink was clogged--the repair person did fix that immediately. We had to hunt around for the extra sheets and towels.

Property managers were responsive and helpful. Location is ideal for exploring Ventura and Santa Barbara counties as well as using the beach and harbor in Oxnard/Channel Islands. Kitchen was exceptional with high end appliances. Entire experience was terrific. Best VRBO property we have ever used! Highly recommended.

Spacious, clean, and across the street from the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very spacious with three stories, four bedrooms, and a rooftop terrace. The beach is right across the street. We came for Thanksgiving and the kitchen is very well appointed for cooking. We wished that the beautiful and spacious master suite had a king size bed (my brother, sister-in-law, and 2-year-old niece slept there). There is a king size bed in the bedroom on the second floor that was comfortable (where my husband and I stayed). We did not use any of the beach equipment but appreciated that there were kayaks, beach chairs, and bicycles available for use. The house was very clean and in good condition.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start off, the location is great, views are amazing and the house is huge which we're all lovely parts of our stay. Lots of good parts of the house including a large professional kitchen for cooking in. However, there were Lots of items dirty, broken or missing. Av system and many tvs unusable. Only 1 wine glass in whole house?! Steam shower inoperable and all bikes had flats with no working bike pump. Seems like the house could use a week off the market to fix a lot of minor things and get back to 5 stars. Otherwise it doesn't feel worth the high cost and I wouldn't recommend

Great location and roomy house but…

The house is very roomy. Beautiful home. Loved the roof top deck. Watched several sunsets from the roof. Property manager from Re Max was very responsive. Beach is a little far from the home. My brother and his wife used one of the kayaks. Cannot roll it on the beach well so they took it down the street to near the harbor. After several minutes in it, the kayak started filling with water. They had to swim to the harbor but still was able to save the kayak and dump out the water. Hopefully the owners will fix the kayaks but would caution when using the kayaks. Chairs at dining kitchen are very noisy when moving around the floor. They should have rubber feet on chairs to prevent the very loud scratching sound against the travertine. Master bedroom should have a king instead of queen bed. Actually the bed even does not appear to be a queen more like a full size. Dishwasher doesn’t work. We tried several cleaning and dishes don’t get cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the stay for our parents 50th anniversary.

Not as Advertised on Rental site, Disappointing Condition.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for my mum's 80th birthday & 10 members of our family stayed. Our goal was to spend time at the house & at the beach & BBQ much of the weekend. Upon arriving we found that the home slept 8 not ten as advertised..disappointing for the family members who had to sleep on couches that did not fold out.The home appeared tidy but not well maintained. The carpet on the stairway & upstairs had several stains, some of which were quite large mading it hard to miss the overall poor condition ... the carpet should absolutely be replaced. Continuing up to the rooftop, as you exit the upstairs room, the enclosed stairway has a windowsill that is so noticeably filthy. Not sure what the cleaning crew are required to clean as each guest leaves but it was apparent this was not an item on their list.The biggest disappointment was the condition of the patio/rooftop, which is completely different from the patio picture posted on the rental website. No pretty blue cushions to sit on & certainly no bright shiny BBQ. What was there was an old filthy rusted BBQ with only two working burners & that was only possible because my husband & brother in-law worked on it for over an hour to get two burners working, try cooking Tri-tip & chicken for 10 people on two burners... There are a few other things but I think you now have an idea of the condition of the home. To the owners: Understanding the amount of money your guests are paying, give them the rental experience they the very least; buy a new BBQ & new comfortable patio furniture for the rooftop, replace your carpet & if you are going to advertise sleeps 10, buy two fold out couches & finally, hire professional cleaners to perform a deep cleaning of the home. Your guests deserve what you advertised, not this. The best thing about this home is its location.Please note, my family & I have stayed at many VRBO & Airbnb's, this is my first Negative review.
