Cold Spring Farm 150-åriga hem har 20 rum, sex sovrum, två fulla bad, modernt kök, bekvämt tvättstuga och ett avkopplande däck. Bondgården ligger i de natursköna kullarna i Bear Valley på 50 tunnland vilket gör detta till den perfekta porten för alla som vill uppleva land som bor på sitt fulla. Detta historiska hem är en av sex möjliga födelseplatser för Frank Lloyd Wright och Frank Lloyd Wrights far, William Wright, besökte ofta här. Han spelade piano, som fortfarande finns i hemmet, och hjälpte till att underhålla gäster från hela världen som besökte gården. Detta krämiga tegelhem är ett av de sju herrgårdarna i Bear Valley och har mycket karaktär och charm.

Mellan Spring Green och Richland Center ligger det nära Frank Lloyd Wrights Taliesin, AD German Warehouse, American Players Theatre, cykelleder, kajakpaddling och många utomhusaktiviteter.

Planning to be back again!

We had the best time! We came for a little weekend getaway with the whole family and agreed that we'd all love to be back for a longer time. The House was everything we were looking for and absolutely lovely. It was the perfect fit all around.

Great place for a much needed reset!

Four gals taking a weekend getaway found some peace and lots of laughter at this historic home. We loved exploring the home and all of the relics within it. The shed, the firepit and walking trail were lovely additions. We even saw a fox that lives nearby! Would definitely stay again.

Delightful quiet location. Anout 11-12 mi outside of Spring Green.

Don’t plan on walking into town for shopping or lunch,etc. Driving to any destination is required. That issue was fine with our group. sitting on the deck with our morning coffee , or cocktail hour was great. Amazing antiques throughout the house

A big place for a big group

We needed a property with five bedrooms and multiple bathrooms so this place fit the bill. The kitchen was well-stocked with most things we needed. The beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the piano and table games. The outdoor activities were also just fine. However, we were all rather horrified by the lack of smoke alarms in each bedroom and other rooms.

Women's Weekend 33

We really enjoyed exploring this wonderful house! It was filled with a history of photos and period pieces. With 8 of us in our group, there was plenty of room for meals, sleeping, and just relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, there were 2 refrigerators for all our weekend treats, and 2 ice makers for our evening cocktails. We enjoyed our evening campfire. A beautiful country setting.

Great property!

This location was wonderful for our mini family reunion. It was fun exploring all the rooms in the house. The outdoor saloon and fire pit were great places to hang out in the evenings.

House was clean & all the different rooms and bedrooms were awesome, like staying in a old farmhouse museum, but with modern amenities. Bar shed was a great addition. Had a Great Fun Cool Time!

Property was great and was all that was advertised. Hosts were very accomodating when we had issues with the EV charger, they went to work right away and got the issues resolved.

Beautiful Home and Fantastic Place to Stay!

I rented this house recently with a group of 9 girls. When we arrived our group was over-the-moon with the location, quality, and personality of the home! Just touring the home when we first arrived was an adventure itself. With its multitude of rooms, games, and amenities we were fully prepared for a fantastic weekend! The owners were also very helpful and easy to contact with any questions we had! 100/10 would recommend this house as your next place to stay!

Amazing home, great location!

We had a phenomenal stay for my mother's 70th birthday. The kids had a ball exploring the house and the grounds when it was sunny, and playing games together indoors when it was cold and rainy. We luckily had clear skies one night for spectacular star-gazing. The whole family asked when we can come back!

Fabulous country home

There was more than adequate room for the 7 of us! Comfortable beds, enough bedrooms and the dinning room table stretched fit our needs. The outdoor entertainment shed was very interesting, we enjoyed the corn hole game! A note for the managers- we saw ants in the kitchen sink & saw a ground hog running from under the deck.

APT Weekend

This was our second stay here. The property is perfect for our group of 10 who gather each year around this time to attend American Players’ Theater. The location is beautiful and the many staircases make for interesting exploring in this historic old house. Communication with owners is great!
