Wooded Retreat är en privat studiolägenhet som är separat från huvudhuset, omgiven av träd och natur. När du sitter på ditt däck känner du dig som i träden. Se hjortar, vilda kalkoner och rascally ekorrar som arbetar feberligt och samlar pinjenötter !! Tveka inte att utforska skälen. Promenera i skogen, eller sitta på vår manliga strand, runt eldstaden och titta på solnedgången! Ta en tupplur eller läs en bok från biblioteket på hängmattan. Endast utrymmen vi föredrar att du inte utforskar är garaget och huvudhuset & däck tack och tack. Vi har två kajaker, två mountainbikes, och för vintern har vi två snösläden (se bilder) tillgängliga för våra gäster att använda utan extra kostnad. Du måste dock ha en lastbil eller ordentligt fasthållningssystem för att transportera dem. Vi är ungefär 10 minuter. till Twain Harte, 12 min. till Sonora, 15 min..Till Jamestown, Columbia State Park och flygplats, 30 min. Till Pinecrest Lake och Dodge Ridge Ski Resort beroende på väder och vägar. Phoenix Lake Golf Course är en vacker 9-hålsbana en mycket kort 1/2 mil från vår fastighet, perfekt för att slå en snabb hink med bollar! Vi har många sjöar, vandrings- och cykelleder, och vi är ungefär en timme till porten till Yosemite National Park.

Cozy stay in a beautiful setting!

This property was portrayed perfectly, it was clean, cozy and entertaining with lots of games and books. They had all necessities needed, we would stay again!

Best Mountain Get-A-Way!❤️

Me and my girlfriend had such a wonderful stay at this upstairs cottage. We had access to our own bathroom kitchen and around the property riding the bikes was a blast. We accidentally left our phones in the house and had to ask for the pass key around 2 AM which was unexpected and luckily the homeowner was awake.Sorry guys for waking you! I give our stay a 10+ Plus lots of fun!

Well maintained place

The room was big, clean and very nice maintained. The host goes above and beyond. We had coffee, tea, fresh fruits and bottled water in the fridge. Very nice experience.

Hide-Away

Host is very accommodating and we highly recommend this for your get-away. It has all the amenities one would need ( and more than you would need). We would be open to coming back and staying here when we return the this area if the dates are available. Loved it!

I have absolutely nothing but good to say about this stay. It was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed. It truly was a wooded retreat. Very quiet nights and early mornings upon which you could hear wild turkeys outside. Communication was excellent. Everything about this stay was excellent. Everything from ready to use coffee cups, a basket of fresh fruit, and so much more. It was a getaway that my girlfriend and I desperately needed. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet place of solitude that’s not too far away from dining, historic parks, and more. It was well worth it.

LIke a vacation home

This was the third time that we stayed here while hiking around the Sonora area. This tells you how peaceful and nice this property is. Didn't see any deer this time. LOL But did see 3 wild turkeys in the morning.

Peaceful Getaway Spot

This studio apartment was perfect for our two night stay in Sonora! Very close to the family we would be visiting! We enjoyed all the thoughtful amenities, such as fresh fruit, chocolate kisses, a secluded balcony and comfy recliners. The place is well-taken care of. Will definitely book again. Thank you.😄

Weekend Getaway

The pictures of the listing are accurate. Really appreciated the added touch of coffee and fruit/oatmeal in the condo. We enjoyed our time and loved seeing deer and wild turkey on the property. It's 45 mins to Murphys and about 30 mins to Dodge ridge. You can go wine tasting and skiing all in a long weekend.

Beautiful place to stay that is very quiet. Woke up to 3 deer walking around. Loved all the games and books. Loved the popcorn machine! The host even had bananas, apples and oatmeal for us. Kerrigan machine and coffee. Will definitely come back.

Comfortable and quiet

Unfortunately we weren't able to book more days, but for the time we were able to have the stay here it was great after a long flight. Everything is accurate to the photos. The amenities are plenty and more than we got the opportunity to use. We had a nice dinner at the standard pour not to far from this booking location. I do recommend this restaurant. Thank you for lending your place for other to enjoy.
