Nothing but praise for this property and our extended family's stay there. The house was spotless and well-stocked; Bob was in touch before and during our stay; and there are no words to describe the house's perfect location on a private beach. The enclosed porch was our gathering space when we weren't on the beach or relaxing on the patio- the views of the beach and water were incredible. A short drive to Manchester and Gloucester and all that both have to offer. Hope to return next year!

Great location! The view from the back enclosed porch was beautiful. Small town with things to do with in walking distance. The host was attentive and responded quickly. Only downfall was the seaweed brought in by the storm but that didn’t take away from our relaxing vacation. Hoping to return soon!

This property was amazing! Bob was an excellent host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed which was wonderful! It was fully equipped! The location was perfect....right on the water with amazing beach views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! We used everything Bob had from beach towels to floats and kayaks. We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much Bob!

Step right out onto a private beach from this family-centered home. The house accommodated our three-generation family beautifully with multiple spaces to gather (or to retreat to). A garage filled with sand toys and sports activities, and a Weber grill. Our kids enjoyed the kayak and the paddle board, too. While the house has 2.5 baths, note that the primary bathroom on the main floor is on the small side with a stall shower; the tub is currently unusable. This didn’t deter us a bit but it might be a problem for others. Bob, the host, was in frequent communication and very willing to offer help. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our family of eleven.

The house was perfect for our multigenerational family group. The ocean view is mesmerizing, and everything you might need is available. Having 2.5 bathrooms and bedrooms and couches on 2 levels means people could be together when they wanted, but also have some time to themselves. It’s also incredibly convenient, with a variety store and restaurants in walking distance. Host Bob G. went above and beyond in making our stay a wonderful memory. He was reachable whenever we had a question. We hope to come back in 2027.

Memorial Day Visit

The pictures do not do it justice. The place is large and has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The owner was local, easy to reach and delivered extra firewood for our stay.

Friends reunion

The house and location were absolutely perfect. When it rained we could relax and enjoy the view from the enclosed porch. We had a wonderful stay with the nicest owners any of us have ever come across.

This warm and inviting home is situated right on the ocean and it is a pleasure to fall asleep and then wake up to the sound of crashing waves.The host is extremely accommodating and easy to work with and accepted our whole family. Close to Boston, Gloucester and Rockport. We will certainly return.

Wonderful family reunion

This was a wonderful place to stay for a family reunion. There was plenty of room, the location was spectacular, the house well equipped, especially the “beach toy” garage. The hosts were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this awesome rental.

Peaceful Getaway

It was a perfect spot for 2 pre-teens to explore and be active on the beach while I could sit back and relax in the back yard without getting sandy and still have a visiual of the kids the entire time.

Terrific location!

This Beach House is directly on the water in Magnolia. My family swam, snorkeled and kayaked all day and it was calm enough to have a campfire at night. The house has a nice open floor plan, so activities easily flowed from porch to living room to kitchen area.
