Nytt för 2018: Du kommer att älska vårt nya kök med en rymlig layout. Till skillnad från andra enheter i Aquavista, blandar vår renoverade layout korridoren med köket, som öppnar siktlinjerna till viken längre in i enheten. Vårt kök har nya skåp, vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit. Vi har också installerat nya brickor i vardagsrummet, matsalen, kök, hallar och sovrum.

Fullt möblerad två sängar, två badrum, 6 sovplatser. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, en 43 "platt-TV med kabel, ett stort badrum med två fåfängar och en klädkammare. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Vardagsrummet och matsalen har varje plats sex, och det finns en utdragbar soffa och en bekväm fåtölj. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV med kabel. Gratis trådlöst internet finns i enheten.

Vår enhet ligger på sjunde våningen i ett åtta våningar. Våra stränder är mindre trånga eftersom det är ett lägre täthetskomplex.

Dessa lägenhetsanläggningar har en säsongsuppvärmd pool, en bubbelpool och en bastu. Täckt parkering finns bekvämt på komplexets första våning.

Condo rental

Really enjoyed our time. Only downfall is there was a noisy neighbor who owns property there and think she rules the condos. Other than that a terrific time.

Great Condo!

Condo is well stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having beach chairs and umbrella included. Great location with grocery store across the street. A fabulous place to relax and enjoy the beach!

Family Vacay 2024

The unit had recently been remodeled and was practically and beautifully done. Very nice visit with beautiful weather. Close to all the fun and attractions. The owners were very nice and attentive.

Will Definitely Be Back

We only had a couple of days to stay but will most definitely be coming back for a longer stay! The condo was exactly as shown in pictures. It was perfect for my family of 4 and the beach area was so nice. The complimentary chairs down on the beach were icing on the cake. The host was very nice and gave simple but detailed instructions. Best condo experience we’ve had thus far!

Getaway Homerun

The beach getaway condo was excellent. Close to activities but just enough off the beaten path to allow for uncrowded beach access. Condo was spectacular…would definitely stay here again!! Had a great time.

Good 2 week stay

Property has been remodeled. King size bed in master is good but our friends that stayed in the 2nd bedroom said bed was very soft. Loved the view from the 7th floor. Pool was very nice once it opened after remodeling. Owner very quick to respond. Living room furniture was also very soft and hard to sit on after a while. Overall very nice stay.

Under Construction

The week prior to our arrival we received an email that stated there was minor construction in the parking garage. We alomg with several other vacationers park across the street and risked getting our vehicles towed. Upon our arrival, the entire condo was under construction from front to back and side to side. There was plastic wrapped all over the railings and wet paint everywhere. The elevators were not working well and people were stuck inside more than once. Our condo was nice, the construction noise and constant drilling was unbearable. I wish we had known more about the intense construction prior to our stay and would have went elsewhere. I communicated that with the owner who's only response was sorry you can leave early. I communicated with the condo property manager about the elevator after following the emergency response team in who told me the Elevator wasn't broke.. I lead the ERT in myself and yes it was broke, people were stuck inside! Overall the beach was great but this condo was not on the top of my list of stays! Very unhappy about spending so much of our money on a condo that was a complete mess!

The room is very nice but was not towed beforehand that the pool would be out of commission which is very disappointing when you are making a trip to Florida and have kids. The room is very nice and clean but overall the pool being down was a huge disappointment

A lot of construction going on. A lot of parking was not available due to the construction. My truck got covered in cement dust. Only one elevator was operational. But other than that we had a very good time

Perfect Vacation Spot

Great location with beautiful oceanfront view! Peaceful beach that was not over crowded. This Unit had everything we needed plus more for our family of 4. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were a huge plus! We can’t wait to go back!!

Great Condo!

This condo is a great place to stay. Just far enough from the busyness of Pier Park, but close enough to easily get there and enjoy. It is about a 20 min walk down the beach, or a 3 min car ride. The condo is renovated so it looks great! It has all the ammenities of home. Just bring your luggage and enjoy your stay!

So-so except the beautiful oceanfront view

My husband and I stayed for only 6 out of 7 nights. We wished we could have stayed one more day, but we couldn’t bring ourselves to do it. Upon arrival, I had to call the property owner to get the correct gate code. Thankfully they were available to answer right away. There are two elevators in the building, and one of them was out of service. The only other elevator available was literally leaking rainwater from the ceiling. That was sketchy. By the third day, the only working elevator went out of service. So, the rest of the week, we had to walk up and down from the 7th floor multiple times a day (with groceries, beach and pool supplies, luggage, etc). The 1st morning, I was looking forward to using the Keurig or the Coffeemate included with the condo, but I instantly wished I had brought my own machine because both were gross. I couldn’t tell the last time the Keurig cleaned. Dirty water was left in the tank. I tried to clean it, but it needed special cleaning supplies / solutions that were nowhere to be found at the condo. I decided to use the Coffeemate. I opened it and there was a little roach bug inside. The fourth day, some heavy construction and demolition was being done in the condo directly next door. We woke up at 10am to very loud pounding sounds and stripping noises from the demo. It was so loud, we didn’t know what direction it was coming from. It continued for several hours, so we left the condo for a while where we would enjoy Pier Park, the beach, and the pool (which is pretty badly kept up with- black mold, peeling floor, chipping paint). The reason we left one day early is because sadly all of the mattresses were so incredibly uncomfortable. They were very firm, stiff. To sleep, we had to literally line up pillows that we could lay on top of. My husband’s neck became more sore and achy every passing night. My hip pressure points were getting painful. And we are both 30 years old. We were both perfectly fine before this stay. On the 6th night, my husband was in the shower and the shampoo/soap dispenser fell off the shower wall and hit my husband’s heel. He got out of the shower, searched for a bandage, and as he’s doing that, a GIANT SPIDER came out from the corner of the bathroom. It was not fun to say the least. But the beach and views of the horizon were beautiful. At Pier Park, we really liked the Hook’d restaurant, strolling around, and axe throwing. The beach waves were huge and very enjoyable.

Clean nice condo right on the beach

Nice clean condo on the beach had everything we needed plus. Only downfall was both elevators had issues. One quit working after we got there and the other was hit and miss working but both where getting worked on. This in no means was the renters fault so everything that is associated with the renters was great.

This unit offers floor-to-ceiling glass, with an entire wall view of the beach and the Gulf. Aquavista is an 8-story, mid-rise complex, which means that our beaches are less crowded than the high-rises.
