Great location , soft beds

Been at this condo 2 times now and prefer it over most. Beds are pretty comfy if you like soft. Large couch and dining table, new fridge ! Unfortunately there were a few questionable mold spots and the dryer wasn’t working so that was a bummer .

Great Disney Location!

Our family of 6 stayed here for a few nights so we could enjoy Disneyland! It was a great location and we would definitely stay again! We appreciate that we were able to book it on short notice and the complication and cleanliness was impressive.

Disney Vacation

Very nice property. Had a minor issue with the TV upon check-in and received help within 30 minutes. About a 10 minute walk to the Disney monorail/Downtown Disney and about a 15 minute walk to the Disney entrances. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Disneyland.

Even more convenient than expected

Our family of 6 stayed for two weeks in April 2025. We knew from the listing that it would be close to the Disney Parks, but it was so close that our kids could see fireworks from their bedroom window! We knew from the listing that there would be some limited supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc) but the condo was fully stocked with massive liquid hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher pods trash bags, Pantene shampoos and conditioners in both showers, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, even spices in the kitchen, etc. There were glass plates and cups as well as plastic plates and cups and everything we needed for the couple of days we prepared food there. We received the door code prior to arriving in our email and the team also reached back out before check in to make sure it hadn't gone to our spam folder. No need to pick up keys. Finding the assigned parking spot was a little confusing, especially after a long travel day, but wasn't super far from the unit. The unit could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But overall we were very happy with our stay. We often stay at rentals when we travel and the mattress in the master bedroom is the most comfortable we have ever found at a rental! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing secret hideaway!

We were looking for a place close to Disneyland that is safe and clean. Funtierland delivered Under The Sea and it was perfect! The condo is a little older and the outside appearance could be helped by updating, but the inside was clean, reasonably furnished and in good working order. I would definitely stay here again! FYI, this was our first time renting in this area and there are some local ordinances about quiet time and how many people can be in the condo, but Funtierland explained those thoroughly before our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location to downtown Disney, and an easy walk to and from the parks! Communication was great, and instructions for checking in were easy. We loved having a washer/dryer and full size appliances (although we didn’t do any cooking), and the stroller was a plus, as we don’t typically use one, but definitely used it at Disney! The condo could use some refreshing (touch up paint, new carpet on the stairs), but overall, it was clean, and was a great place to stay.

Great 2 bedroom Disneyland condo

We had a wonderful time staying at another funtierland property. We love staying in this location because it is right across the street to Disneyland and only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the front gates. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely renovated, the towels and linens soft and plenty, the beds are very comfortable, the AC works great, there are lots of kid friendly and safety features we appreciate very much for our littles, also great supplies for a day at the beach. The only complaint I have is this unit is in desperate need of fresh interior paint. The dirty and scratched up walls takes away from the overall awesome accommodations at this condo.

Our stay

It was good overall. We noticed spiderwebs and cobwebs in the ceiling corners and in the master bedroom ceiling rafters. I also noticed the downstairs bathroom cold faucet knob was really loose and needs to be addressed. The upstairs windows did not have a lock on them and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy and made me worry for my kids a bit. But overall, it was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great! Clean and comfortable. A 15 minute walk to Disneyland (but there is a busy street to jaywalk across). We slept 5 so we didn't need to pull out the sleeper bed so we don't know if that was comfortable. I will say that the only two critiques were that the pillows should be replaced as well as the potato peeler. I know the latter seems silly but after a long day at Disneyland it's the simple things that make feeding the kids easier. Overall, it was a great place. Great water pressure, good hair dryers and great location. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a lovely time at this clean, cheerful, comfortable, relaxing, fun setting. The beds and the couch were great, comfortable, and the couch was huge, the paint and decorations were really fun, everything worked really well, everything prepared in advance really well. Find the directories outside the building to find the unit and the pool. We loved both the pool and the hot tub, which was quite spacious, both! From a certain angle by the pool you can see fireworks. Everything looked very well-kept, clean, safe, and the system for getting in and out was fine. The only one thing that wasn't perfect were the directions to the tram, which were done by Google Earth picture with arrows, whereas it would have been good to have written directions to go with it and a GPS address to put in for walking, because we got confused and none of the 3 of us could figure it out, because I think part of it was through a parking garage but it wasn't clear how to navigate that. That said, the location was awesome! Even without the tram there (which we found going back, but couldn't locate to go to the park), the walk wasn't terrible, going down to and then through Downtown Disney. It was so convenient to not have to drive anywhere! Door Dash even delivered. This is a perfect compliment to a Disney vacation. We also really appreciated all the communication with e-mails and texts leading up to it, and as needed while we were there. Thank. you for fantastic stay! Highly recommend!!!

Great Location, Average Unit

Overall, I was pretty torn about this review. The walkability to Disney is perfect. We stayed in another unit in this complex 2 year ago, and I liked it better than this one. This one is in an odd location - you have to really search for it and then drop your stuff off. You either park in the main lot or a sketchy garage. We opted for the main lot because the garage door opener stopped working on the second day. Glad it was when our car was out. It’s run by an odd company that gives you too much information but also not the right information. There was no Verizon cell service at this unit and I wished I had saved the check in instructions because it led to a difficult check in. All the major stuff was FINE in this unit. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were functional. All the smaller stuff was just lacking. There were random chips and holes in the walls all over, the curtain rod in the kids bedroom fell out of the wall several times while we were there, the fridge filter still hadn’t been changed as mentioned in a prior review, and the kids bedroom window was a mess. When I inquired about the window leak prior to arrival, I was told it was not repaired but “don’t worry, it’s not going to rain while you’re here.” I don’t appreciate that response and it’s not an acceptable situation. There was stucco falling off all around the window. Further, the batteries didn’t work in the remotes, the patio indeed has broken chairs all over it, and there are just a lot of repairs needed. Despite us having a great location and noting MAJOR wrong, I would likely not stay here again due to this variety of issues. I was also asked to start a load of towels and take out all the trash which I hate - why are we paying a cleaning fee?!? I told them I could not do the towels due to leaving early and then was asked if I could commit to a departure time earlier than check out. Again, not great service.

The space was the perfect size for my family of 5 and the proximity to the Disneyland parks/downtown Disney was only about 7 minute walk if you cut across Walnut street (about 20 if you follow gps). The home was clean and having a washer and dryer after riding water rides was a total bonus. There were spare sheets in the laundry room that appeared to have some stains (did not use) but other than that it was very nice and the instructions and communication from property management was clear and concise. Would stay here again on our next trip.

Disney - Yes!!!

Great location! Great accommodation! Great stay! The unit was excellent in itself. I would add that the HOA needs to do some work on the pool area. Many broken chairs and other guests not abiding by the pool area rules, making it not as fun for the rest. I would not necessarily reflect this on the unit itself, but should be noted.

Everything we needed

We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and close proximity to Disneyland. It was a 10 minute walk to the tram which takes you right to the main gate.

Great location

The beds and bedrooms upstairs were just as advertised. The living room couch/ sleeping area is ready to be replaced. You cant beat this location for Disneyland access. 10 minute walk (or less) to downtown Disney. We went back and forth several times a day.

Excellent location, comfortable, and clean

The property is a 15 minute walk to Disney. It’s an older unit so a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. So nice to have a kitchen, living room and separate bedrooms. The property manager was great - I messaged to say that one of the cupboards said there was a waffle iron in it, but there wasn’t. I was more just letting them know so I wasn’t charged for it and instead they dropped off a new one. My kids were thrilled to have Mickey-shaped waffles. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow about the property. I would recommend it as a great family option instead of sharing one hotel room.

Nice stay, but could use some updating.

The master bedroom was great, but the kids room needs some attention. The place looks slightly different from the pictures, but that is just paint related. It's a spacious place for the four people we had. My biggest gripe was the one-ply toilet paper! Walking distance to Disney, but we felt like taking a Lyft to and from to not wear ourselves out. Definitely the right decision. Cost around 6-8 a ride. Appreciate the kitchen being stocked with silverware, plates, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Although this property is close, its still not walking distance to Disney. The location is in a questionable apartment complex. Very run down and dirty. The dwelling smelled like wet dog. We had to go and buy frebreeze and spray disenfectant to spray the beds, couches, pillows, and carpets. Smell still didnt go away. Pillows were stained. Roaches in the kitchen. When we showed up at 4pm for checkin, the place was not ready and someone was parked in our reserved spot. Spend the extra money and stay at one of the hotels.wet dog. We had
