The location of the property to Disneyland was great! But the overall condition of the place was very poor. It is in need of some major renovations. The carpet was very warn out and dingy. There were a lot of things that needed some work and cleaning up.

The location was the best part about this place. It really is only a 20 minute walk to the front gates (if you cross the 4 lane road without going to the crosswalk). A couple complaints were that the master bedroom was incredibly hot if you were there during the day. We had to keep the 2 box fans running constantly plus the fan to have it be cool enough to be able to sleep at night, but it was able to get cool enough at night. I also was disappointed at the lack of any kind of kids toys or games. There were like 5 kids books in the drawers downstairs. I would have hoped for at least a game or 1-2 toys since it is a kids specific location. The knives were VERY dull and basically useless when it came to cutting things. Our toddler that was sleeping in the crib also got sick while we were there in the middle of the night and there are no extra crib sheets, so definitely be aware of that. Overall, I feel like 3 stars is pretty fair. The beds were sleepable, the location was walkable to Disneyland, and those were our biggest factors. I wouldn’t stay at this location again, but I do feel like Funtierlands check in/checkout process is very smooth and we didn’t have any issues there, so I would stay with this company again, just not this location.

Good choice if your trip is for Disneyland. Easy walking distance. Didn't use the pool, so can't comment on that. Everything else was as expected. Thank you.

Another successful Funtierland stay

This is my second time (and won’t be my last) booking with Funtierland, I love them. They’re so helpful from beginning to end. Things are made simple & if you have any needs, questions or concerns prior to the stay or during, they’re very accessible. This property was cute and just what we needed. My only gripe was the heat. As a two story, the upstairs will become a lot hotter than the downstairs. Sleeping upstairs was not the most comfortable due to this, and it wasn’t even that warm outside. I feel like it would have been awful during summer. Other than that, it was great!

Quick stay in Anaheim

Location cannot be beat, place was great and as expected. There was definitely a bit more paperwork than usual for this stay. The random # assignments to parking and long code to door took some getting used to, but weren't burdensome. Everything was super convenient and I was pleased with the local restaurants in the area! Easy access to highway if you are planning to explore the area.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here last week! We were able to walk to the tram or parks every day very easily. The outside/neighborhood does seem a little rundown, but the condo itself was very clean and organized. I wish we had more towels, but we were able to wash/dry them as needed. Very good communication with the manager. Responded right away when I couldn't locate something in the kitchen. If we ever get back to Anaheim I would definetly stay again.

Cute home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay for our family disney trip. This place has everything you can possibly need to accommodate everyone in the family from extra air mattress, kids cups/plates, baby gate for the stairs and many extra towels and blankets which i loved because most places always only two and i hate traveling with them. We liked that its walking distance to the disney parks but that its still far enough to avoid disney traffic. Over all we enjoyed our stay and hope to use this place again.lavklavk of towels. ablanketswhich

Great location to Disney

Great for walking to Disneyland! Super run down apartment complex that is designed like a maze, very unclear and vague directions to apartment. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need. Overall it was good once you found what building your apartment was in and found your parking space.

Car Broken Into

During our stay here, we parked our car in the unattached garage. The morning after a day at Disneyland, we learned the garage had been broken into, and valuable items from our car stolen. Canceling credit cards, contacting police, and otherwise dealing with this took much of the following day, and cast a pallor over the rest of the trip. In response to our report, the owners fixed the garage, and were subsequently unhelpful, at best, with any other aspect of resolving the theft, including not giving a partial refund for the stay.

Amazing location

Location can’t be beat! 10 min walk to downtown Disney. Accommodations were clean & spacious. Really nice having 3 bathrooms. On site playground is a nice addition for those traveling with kids.

Ideal Disney Location

The location of this place was perfection. About a 20 min walk to downtown Disney or 10 min from the tram stop at the parking lots. Great set up for a family, especially little ones - there’s even a full changing table and crib in the primary walk-in closet. The buildings/complex is pretty old and run down, but the interior has been updated a bit.

Dream Disney Trip

Love Bug

The condo suited our needs. Very close to Downtown Disney. It was nice having 3 bathrooms to get ready for the park in. Condo seemed a little dated but it was nice for our short trip.
