Awesome place! Great location

We had a great time with my wife and 2 month old baby. The condo has everything you need for a cozy NH vacation. 2 minute drive to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!!!

Everything was exactly or better than listed. Totally enjoyed the condo especially the soothing sounds of the nearby river / stream. The host was better than perfect. A wonderful relaxing experience.

A perfect home away from home!

The property was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Anything we could need was there. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home. The host was quick at responding. The location was perfect with fantastic amenities on site. We will be going back!

Very nice

The condo and the property were a perfect place to stay. The third floor was a great place to watch the river from. The lake on the property had great scenery and was very relaxing. The Donkey Kong game was a great bonus for our two boys. We also enjoyed the board games. We would recommend this property for a nice stay in the White Mountains.

Property was a listed and in a beautiful location, especially right on the river. Pool/fitness center hours could be better, but still a great place to stay in the White Mountains!

Great location with a fantastic view.

Unfortunately, my wife got sick on our trip. She had to stay in. The saving grace was she had a fantastic view of the trees and river from the master bedroom. She said it helped tremendously.

Great vacation!

We had another great stay at Deer Park. Third floor wasn’t ideal but manageable. Also, we were located a lot further away from others in my family but it was easy enough to hop on a bike or take the car down to the Rec center parking lot to meet up at the water. The condo was clean and thank goodness there were ACs for the bedrooms!!

Awesome Loon Trip

Place was as advertised, just minutes to Loon Mountain. Property was clean and had everything we needed, including lots of games for kiddos to play with. Donkey Kong was a real old school hit. Excellent communication with Merry before and during our trip. Pool and hot tub were a minute away, and a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. We will definitely return!

Girls Birthday Getaway

My daughters and I and my friend and her daughter came up to go skiing at Loon and celebrate my friends birthday. We had a great time, condo was beautiful and perfectly located. Easy check in and check out. Would totally do it again next year!

Super cute and clean

This was a great place for our group! The kids had their own room that they loved, tons of board games and blocks for the kids and the adults loved the view and the donkey Kong. Super clean and such a cozy place for our winter weekend getaway.

Nice Snowy Weekend

We came up to ski at Loon Mountain and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in this condo association. With teenagers, it was great to have the rec space with ping pong, pool table, hot tub and indoor heated pool, a gym and an arcade. One thing to note, there is no shuttle service and this was a disappointment as the mountain was insanely busy and we had to take a shuttle after parking in a remote lot. As for the condo, it was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the space was quite comfortable for two families.

We loved the condo. We went with four adults and four kids. It was so nice, Merry had everything we could possibly need. She even had toys in the kids room for the three year old to play with. We had such a great time, can’t wait to come back!

Clean, Comfortable, Excellent Communication, Above and Beyond

We are repeat customers, and this is our second ski weekend at this condo. It is an incredibly clean, comfortable, well appointed space, and the decor (and Donkey Kong!) just add to the overall quality and experience. We stayed with my family (3 tween/teenagers) and mother. The owner communicates immediately. We ran into a minor appliance glitch, and we also decided to leave the night before checkout to avoid an incoming snow storm, and the owner refunded us some money for our inconvenience--completely above and beyond. If we return to ski in the area again, we will definitely re-book.

Merry är värd

My husband and I have been taking our kids up to NH since they were born. We live in Massachusetts but have always considered the mountains of NH and the Lincoln/Woodstock area our "Happy Place". After years of being a renter in the area we have finally purchased our vacation home and are excited to share it with other families looking for a great vacation spot. We love to ski, hike, bike, run and check out all the different activities the area has to offer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose Deer Park because of the location and setting. The grounds are perfect for letting the kids ride their bikes, taking a stroll after dinner, sitting by the lake or floating down the river right out front of our building. It's also close to several ski areas, lots of hiking and other activities and is easily accessible off the highway. We've rented many different places but when it came to purchasing it was without question Deer Park.

In addition to everything in the area of Lincoln/Woodstock, Deer Park offers the luxury of not having to leave the property to have a good time. We have a beautiful recreation center with indoor pool, game room with pool tables, indoor squash courts, outdoor tennis courts, a beautiful lake with a sandy beach and a flowing river out back.
