Always a good day to be at the beach.

We had stayed in one of Troy's Condos last year and were again pleased to find a thoughtfully updated space with great bed and all necessary amenities. We love the unobstructed ocean view and the sound rolling in the slightly open windows. Another great stay! Thanks!

Lovely Unit near beach

Unit was nicely updated and we found the property quiet and enjoyed the close access to beach via a short staircase. Kids enjoyed many visits to the beach and the pool. Kitchenette small but well stocked for a short stay.

Perfect beachfront location

This was the perfect location. Right on the beach and the condo is just as the pictures show with all the basics to be able to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was an added bonus on rainy days. Wish it was heated though. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Condo

Had a wonderful stay at Latitude Adjustment! The condo was just as advertised and had an amazing view of the ocean. I really enjoyed having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The staff at Sea Gypsy was also very helpful with any questions I had. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Great clean place to stay.

We totally loved our stay but feel really quilty about the wet spot of the coffee table from a sweaty cup. We are so hoping it went away when it dried properly.

Love the view

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The bed was vert comfortable . Luckily it didn’t get very cold because the heater and electric fireplace were not working. The view was Awesome and would have been enjoyed even more with maybe 2 swivel glider chairs to relax in.

Glorious adventure

The condo felt like home...very comfortable..the views were spectacular. Couldn't find or think of a better way to spend our 50th wedding anniversary.. mother nature didn't disappoint.. seals,whales, beautiful sunrises and sunsets.sand and shells. So sad we have to leave.. We will be back.. 🙂

Great weekend

We had a great time at the beach. This property overlooks the ocean and is right next to the D River. Parking was a breeze and check in was very simple. Only suggestions would be to tidy the kitchen cabinets and try to convince neighbors not to blare the tv constantly. But those were minor things! Great stay overall!

Sea Gypsy - 320 Latitude

This is a popular destination for stays in a beach-front condo in a central Lincoln City location. There are many units in this three-story complex. My condo was on the top floor. Great view of the beach and the ocean. The descriptions and photos are accurate. The furnishings, kitchen and two baths were very clean.

Short Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised by the size, cleanliness, and accommodations of the condo! The couch was amazingly comfortable and the location could not be beat - right on the beach with an amazing restaurant right next door, easily walkable. The only difficulty we had was the latch on the door would get stuck so we thought we were locked out for a minute. Otherwise, could not have asked for better for the price!

Good spot right on the beach in Lincoln City

This property is a condo located in Lincoln City in the Sea Gypsy complex. It is directly on the beach, and makes for BEAUTIFUL sunsets. The beach in this area is VERY busy, so we did have to seek out a more secluded beach during our stay. The condo itself is renovated nicely and decently stocked. One complaint - the carpets are FILTHY, and are in desperate need of cleaning (or replacing). Also, the housekeepers may need to work a bit on overall cleanliness (we found crumbs all over, and mascara on two of our pillowcases). The walls are quite think in this complex, so if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to stay elsewhere. Overall, this is a cute condo in a good location, and we give it 4 stars.

Very Nice! Good Value

Fabulous view. Extremely pleased with the cleanliness and decor of the unit. Comfortable bed (except for the frame which is killer on the shins). Unfortunately, the folks in the unit next to us (319) felt the need to have the TV on non stop. The walls are thin, and the TV definitely bleeds through. Fortunately, you cannot hear it in the bedroom. Unable to get one side of the reclining sofa to go back into the down position. Not recommended for anyone that has an issue with stairs. It is 3 full flights. I thoroughly enjoyed the unit and plan on staying there again.

Amazing view

The place was small but nice on the inside with some update finishes. The bedroom was spacious enough, I felt the bed was super comfy. We loved having two bathrooms total. Would have been great to have a sofa bed so our kids could each sleep comfortably in their own space. The 2 couches could be replaced. The view of the ocean was unbeatable but the unscreened windows did give me some anxiety on the third floor. Owner was very responsive when we reported having no hot water the first night and had it taken care of the next day. The walls are thin so we had to sleep with bathroom fans on fire white noise because the neighbors had crying babies, loud tv’s and were very loud with cabinets etc. Overall good for a very small family but not small children due to window safety issue and 3 levels of stairs to climb.
