Riverside Mountain Getaway är en tre våningar, 1100 kvadratmeter, vackert hem med utsikt över Rocky Broad River (oavslutad källare). Hemmet ligger cirka 35 minuter sydost om Asheville, North Carolina och cirka 10 minuter norr om Lake Lure och Chimney Rock, North Carolina utanför HWY 9.

Gästerna finner välbehövlig avkoppling som sitter på vår veranda eller på den "sunning rock". Barn och vuxna njuter av Rocky Broad River små forsar och vadaområde. Njut av solen eller läs din favoritbok och låt stressen i vardagen försvinna.

Du hittar alla bekvämligheter i ditt hem i vårt mysiga, varma vardagsrum med satellit-TV (över 500 kanaler), trådlöst internet, eldstad, matplats och fullt utrustat kök på bottenvåningen. Ett intimt sovrum med tillhörande badrum och dusch öppnar mot vardagsrummet. Se till att titta på våra bilder!

En andra master svit med en king size-säng och soffa ligger på övervåningen. Njut av att lyssna till floden när du läser din favoritbok.

Befälhavaren svit öppnar in i en foajé där det finns en annan sovplats. En enkelsäng och byrå är i övervåningen. Ett andra, stort badrum med badkar och dusch öppnar från foajén.

Ring eller maila om du har frågor. Det finns många roliga saker att göra när du bor på Riverside Mountain Getaway!

När du bor på berget hem, sola dig själv på den stora klippan eller "rock hop" i floden via trappan utanför uppfarten. Flyta nerför forsarna till den stora bron. Kanske gillar du att fiska? Fisk precis utanför uppfarten i Rocky Broad River. Eller kanske du behöver lite tyst tid, bara du, din älskade, sitter på verandan eller på den stora klippan som blöter dina fötter i den uppfriskande floden. Sitt och lyssna!

OBS! Du kan inte vända dig i uppfarten så se till att du är bekväm att backa ner uppfarten eller backa ut från uppfarten. Det finns också en parkeringsplats tvärs över gatan från huset till höger om grannens uppfart.

OBS OCH: Det finns trappor för att komma åt huset. Från vägkanten finns trappor ner till väggens ingång. Från uppfarten finns en trappa från källaren till huvudområdet. Se bilderna.

The driveway was very difficult to get in and out of. I would not recommend if you have a small car bc the incline is steep and the driveway is rocks. You have to have someone get out and be a lookout ao the truck can have a running start. The internet went out for basically the entire weekend..the host was very communicative and it was beyond their control. An offer of some type of discount would have been appreciated. We could not make or take calls for over 24 hours.

Great place, we would love to come back again

A long weekend with friends was so easy in this clean and well-appointed house. The front porch overlooking the river was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen has enough so that you can actually cook in it!

Super Relaxing

Staying at a house on a flowing river couldn’t be more relaxing. The sounds and the view were perfect. Very clean house. Also, the hosts are very hospitable: stocked with coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Very tired of cheap hosts on AirBnb that don’t even leave you a paper towel roll. Lol. That is why I tried Vrbo this time and I overall I was very pleased! I will definitely be back!

Nature and peace

The home itself was perfect for a getaway ✨️ however the lockbox on the lower deck did not open we ended up having to climb up the rock steps which was difficult for me because I do have a bad knee. The driveway was tricky not well laminated it had rained and it was difficult getting our truck up the driveway to the road, so much so the truck fishtailed and we slide into a tree... this was the worst part of the trip so remember to have a truck and back down the driveway to make getting out easier.

Highly recommended!

This was our second time at this house and we had a wonderful stay again. The setting is spectacular, with a porch that overlooks the serene river. The view and the sound of the river make for an incredibly relaxing and private getaway. The house is well stocked with all the essentials and this time had high-speed W-Fi, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect, offering quick access to various attractions in the area and the host is very nice and responsive. We can’t wait to return to this lovely mountain getaway by the river. Highly recommended!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This was the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. Wish we could have stayed longer. Once you're there, you don't want to leave. Take your groceries with you. Best time I've had in a long time. The driveway is a little tricky the first time - best to do it in the daylight, if at all possible. Beautiful!

Just right

Perfect place to stay for my family and our German Shepherd. Clean and well-stocked with the essentials. Strong wi-fi. Went fly fishing in the river and caught several brook trout. Great location to get to Chimney Rock (about 15min) and Lake Lure (about 20min).

Soothing getaway

The home was perfect for our family and dogs. The river was absolutely wonderful and such a delight to listen to. Erin was so detailed in her instructions which was so helpful and very communicative. We had a great stay!

Relaxing

The place was beautiful and very nice. We enjoyed the River very much. That’s were we spent majority of our time. Wi-Fi service is not great and parking. Other than those 2 things you could not ask for a better place

What a wonderful place to stay with all the amenities of homr!

The water is amazing and the rock beach was the best part! We soaked in the sun and cold mountain river while enjoying the privacy and solitude of the beach. The beds were very comfortable and and everything was relaxing and enjoyable. The coffee selection offered really made the stay extra pleasant for me. Thank you and I love this place!!

Wonderful Seclusion!

The property is wonderfully secluded and just off-grid enough to allow you to disconnect and relax without all the distractions of everyday life. The view, access to the river, and a short drive to any amenities you might need. For a truly relaxing getaway...this is the spot.

Good location & Beautiful River

The location was really good and the Broad River running behind the house was beautiful & very peaceful. The house itself is a little run down but live-able for vacation. The property however is very over grown & snakey. Needs some TLC. Wifi very sketchy and driveway very difficult if you are not comfortable backing up. Need two people to get out each time. Would not advise arriving at night. This info is listed with property description so read carefully. Still made best of our vacation & enjoyed the river!

Rest, Relax, & River Vibes...Repeat!

Just stunning....what a magical retreat! I love the rustic feel of the cabin with the warm wood tones and yet it's full of light and open and airy at the same time...and the little niceties afforded at the cabin. The cabin has two options for coffee (traditional/Keurig), and they provide multiple charging cords in case you left yours behind. The riving is absolutely just so serene and beautiful and icey cold and we fished, tubed, and splashed around. The deck overlooking the river is fantastic and you can see your whole party out in the river if you are up top. All the beds were comfy and the living room area was comfy too. As disclosed the WIFI is very slow. (It did not bother my family at all lol...just me but my son pointed out that we were able to connect to Spotify so he was good! ;) I am very glad I downloaded some movies on my tablet and connected it via my HDMI cable that I brought with us. The driveway is very tricky to navigate as disclosed BUT be safe as it does take two people. I loved the spacious kitchen and there were tubes in the basement to use on the river and a washer/dryer. I think they thought of everything. Towels and linens were provided etc....dish soap, salt and pepper etc... We are hoping to come back!
