It was just what we expected. Bed was comfortable, great size shower. Place is a little dated however it was very clean, which to me is the most important! Loved being right on the water it was a real treat for us. Great value for your money.

Perfect Riverfront Retreat with Ocean Access

We had a lovely stay at this cute riverfront apartment! The location is unbeatable—nestled between the river and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, making it a perfect spot for water lovers. The apartment was cozy and well-kept, with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway.We could hear the neighbors at times, but everyone was so friendly that it added to the charm of the experience. If you're looking for a serene and scenic place with easy access to the beach, this is it! We'd definitely come back.

Cute and cozy cottage , amazing sunsets are a bonus!

This cute cottage Has everything you would need. A comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, descent size deck to watch the sunsets. We loved That the beach was only a 2 min walk away. If that wasn’t enough, the tiki bar was the best place in cocoa beach for happy hour. We saw dolphins, birds, stingrays ( we always missed the manatees) all from the back yard. We loved this place and can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay!

Really great place to stay! View of the river was amazing and the sunsets were to die for! Tons of kayaks to use and pool was great! We saw dolphins right outside in the river swimming around! The only complaints were the mattress wasn’t that comfy and we had to start washing our sheets and towels before we checked out although there was a $90 cleaning fee which should have covered housekeeping on their part. Who wants to do laundry on vacation? But overall an amazing stay and we will return!

Wonderful

We had a great time! Between the ocean, playing games with my girls and the kayaks I was able to distract my mind from leaving my son in Orlando for college. My girls enjoyed the kayaks. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins, maybe next time. We hope to be back to escape the Wisconsin winter and to visit my son.

Great place in Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful week at Dolphin Bay Cocoa Beach. Nice pool and no problem sharing it with other guests. We took the kayaks nearly everyday for a nice paddle to the mangroves. Dolphins passing by during the paddle. Unfortunately we didn't see any manatees this time. But we were told that as the hurricane just had passed by, they were still not back. Hopefully next time! We didn't use the SUP as it was too windy during our stay. The flat is great for two or three. The view from the balcony is just amazing... Sunsets are wonderful and we even saw dolphins while sitting there. We hope to be back one day!

Two night mini vacation

My husband, myself and our 13 yr old son found this place to be perfect for our mini vacation. We had the pool all to ourselves, it was a very short walk to the beach, and the use of the paddle boards and kayaks were great! We took them out and saw a LOT of dolphins. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable for the three of us. They even had two boogie boards we could use, sand toys, pool floats, plenty of towels, etc...The only negatives are that the walls are thin so you can hear the guest next door and the shower is very small. I am tiny and had a hard time using it especially because you cannot adjust the shower head to not spray in your face. Overall it was a great stay for a great price. The owners were excellent and checked in through e mail making sure everything was ok. Thank you!

Tolle Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage

Wir waren 4 NĂ€chte in der Unterkunft und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Bananariver und nur wenige Meter zur AtlantikkĂŒste mit einem sehr breiten endlos langen Strand. Loved the location! Convenient to everything
 pool was great, my husband loved watching all the fish jump in the river and the water is shallow so if you want to wade or paddle board you can. And the views were fantastic! Only reason I wouldn’t give excellent was because the shower was so small. I couldn’t bend over to shave my legs and the showerhead couldn’t be adjusted. The building itself was in ok shape, There were some exposed wires in places but I can ignore that. The shower was the biggest drawback for us.

I parked my car and did not use it again until it was time to leave. Walked to the beach, kayaked on the river, swam in the pool, and had dinner at a great restaurant!! It was amazing!! Third time staying.

We celebrated our silver anniversary here and really enjoyed it. We spent hours poolside, kayaking and in the lounge chairs. Great little spot on the river and beach is just across A1A. Just 10 mins away from tourist areas. Everything was as we expected!

Absolutely amazing

The property is absolutely beautiful!! The view from the balcony can’t be beat!! Short walk to the beach! The bed is comfortable. Loved that there is a huge stock of towels and rags! Everything you need to prepare meals here. Especially loved the dishwasher. There are many fun games here, and even some books to read! Most beautiful spot to see the sunset!

We fell in love with this place, the location and the relaxed atmosphere of Cocoa Beach.
