The room was exactly as advertised. It had a great view overlooking the river, and the ocean was literally across the street. Parking was a little tight, but it was manageable. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is a Great location and super clean home! Owners were great and speedy with communication as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach is only a block away & super quick walk. Definitely will return for another stay in the future.

Beautiful, relaxing place with spectacular view of Banana River. Conveniently located near a wide open, non-busy stretch of beach. Hosts were easy to contact and neighbors were very friendly. Great value, and would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect quiet place right on the river. I loved how it was a bit off the beaten path. The access to Cocoa beach couldn’t be closer! The pool was refreshing and the neighbors were very friendly!

Fab apartment with amazing views from the balcony. Slept well. Well equipped. Pool area and decking was super and views were amazing. Chilled out vibe, just what we wanted. Restaurant at top of lane The Fat Snook was excellent. Would recommend to anyone overall. Julian was so helpful and supportive, we were really grateful it was such easy instructions to locate and access property, thanks so much for letting us stay

It was just what we expected. Bed was comfortable, great size shower. Place is a little dated however it was very clean, which to me is the most important! Loved being right on the water it was a real treat for us. Great value for your money.

Cute and cozy cottage , amazing sunsets are a bonus!

This cute cottage Has everything you would need. A comfortable bed , fully equipped kitchen, descent size deck to watch the sunsets. We loved That the beach was only a 2 min walk away. If that wasn’t enough, the tiki bar was the best place in cocoa beach for happy hour. We saw dolphins, birds, stingrays ( we always missed the manatees) all from the back yard. We loved this place and can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay!

Really great place to stay! View of the river was amazing and the sunsets were to die for! Tons of kayaks to use and pool was great! We saw dolphins right outside in the river swimming around! The only complaints were the mattress wasn’t that comfy and we had to start washing our sheets and towels before we checked out although there was a $90 cleaning fee which should have covered housekeeping on their part. Who wants to do laundry on vacation? But overall an amazing stay and we will return!

Perfect Riverfront Retreat with Ocean Access

We had a lovely stay at this cute riverfront apartment! The location is unbeatable—nestled between the river and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, making it a perfect spot for water lovers. The apartment was cozy and well-kept, with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway.We could hear the neighbors at times, but everyone was so friendly that it added to the charm of the experience. If you're looking for a serene and scenic place with easy access to the beach, this is it! We'd definitely come back.

The sunsets were amazing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the views on the river. It was very relaxing. The unit was as described. Julian was quick to answer any concerns. The bonus was 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral.

Wonderful

We had a great time! Between the ocean, playing games with my girls and the kayaks I was able to distract my mind from leaving my son in Orlando for college. My girls enjoyed the kayaks. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins, maybe next time. We hope to be back to escape the Wisconsin winter and to visit my son.

Great place in Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful week at Dolphin Bay Cocoa Beach. Nice pool and no problem sharing it with other guests. We took the kayaks nearly everyday for a nice paddle to the mangroves. Dolphins passing by during the paddle. Unfortunately we didn't see any manatees this time. But we were told that as the hurricane just had passed by, they were still not back. Hopefully next time! We didn't use the SUP as it was too windy during our stay. The flat is great for two or three. The view from the balcony is just amazing... Sunsets are wonderful and we even saw dolphins while sitting there. We hope to be back one day!

Tolle Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Bananariver und nur wenige Meter zur Atlantikküste mit einem sehr breiten endlos langen Strand. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgrstattez, alles hat funktioniert und die Terrasse ist wunderbar gross. Wir emofehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt
