Perfect Location

Great central location! We loved the manatees that would swim to our dock every morning and night. We were able to walk to 7 mile bridge to see sunset. Neighbors are very nice. Could walk to dinner and to get ice cream for the kids. We rented bikes and rode to Pigeon key for the day! Perfect trip. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect spot for a family

Situated in a perfect spot between the upper and lower keys this was a great house for our family to stay in for the week. The deck was great and awesome access to the channel to park a boat or just fish with the kids. The neighbors were awesome and it's situated on the same street as one of our favorite hangouts the sunset grill. Definitely recommend for families!

Great experience staying here owner was very accommodating and flexible.

It was 5 stars for me and my kids nice clean and full of fun with the boat we brought. Excellent dock to fit up to a 35 ft boat. Will come again soon

Perfect Vacation

Very nice property. It is small but there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 child. We did have a couple issues and they were taken care of very quickly. Neighbors and the location are great. We enjoyed the swim spa very much!

This little property is like a diamond in the rough everything that we needed it had we had a great time and the boat dock was perfect the location is perfect and most of all we had no issues so thank you for a great time and we would definitely do it again thanks again

Marathon Key Cottage

This was a great place with plenty of space for outdoor living. It was very clean and the owner was responsive to our needs. If it rains it's best to eat out as there is no indoor table. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Veryclean property. Accurate description. Love that there is room for a boat, plus bait cooler and extra fridge downstairs. Washer and dryer work great Great customer service. I had a packages shipped in and the office put it in our rental for us.

Best trip ever!

This place was amazing! Fantastic location. Clean, organized. Would be fantastic if you are traveling with kids. We didn’t use the spare room or the loft, but great space. If grocery shopping, hit the Winn Dixie in Marathon. Also, book snorkeling and other adventures there too. Traveling into Key West for excursions is horrible with the traffic and parking. This stay has a washer and dryer, but no detergent. The coffee pot is a regular carafe and a Keurig. The filters are over the fridge, but no grounds. No tissues either. FYI for your grocery shopping. Easy fix. The outdoor furniture is absolutely wonderful. You can watch the sunrise every morning. The swim spa is refreshing. If you like the water hot, turn it on and leave the cover on for several hours before using it. It's great after a long day of walking around Key West. There are numerous stairs here, and everywhere you go, so if you have bad knees, beware. The Sunset Grill at the end of the seven mile bridge is great for breakfast. Walk up behind it to the bridge for amazing sunsets! Walk over to the resort next door for coffee or pastries and the yummy gelato. One thing that bugged me was the hand towel holder. Your towel hangs over the toilet handle. My fix was turning the towel bar upright and it allows the towel to be free of the handle. I hope these little things make your stay perfect. Our honeymoon was the best staying here. We didn’t need to contact the property manager at all. Highly recommend!!

The location was great and tucked away in a basin. This house was in a great location and within walking distance to the Sunset Grill. The house perfect for the four of us. We will definitely be staying there again. The neighbors who are owners where very friendly and had great knowledge of the area.

The house was really nice and compact. I felt very comfortable and safe there. I gave 3 stars because i was expecting twin beds in the loft. The house does say it sleeps 7 The other issue is no kitchen table. Lucky we had no rain. On the other hand the house eould be very congested with 7 people if we did have bad weather. Im not really complaining because i eould live to come back next yeat but just saying i was dutprised.

Very enjoyable stay!

We had a great week at this property! Nice quiet neighborhood right by the 7 Mile Bridge, close to great restaurants and good fishing. The house was very clean and comfortable for 2 adult couples. We used the washer and dryer and they both worked well. The air conditioning kept the place cool and dry and we enjoyed pizza on the terrific deck one evening. We were also visited by some friendly manatees several times while fishing from the dock. Another plus is the proximity and ease of getting over to the pedestrian/bike bridge to Pidgeon Key! Recommended:)

Our new favorite place to stay in the Keys!

We’ve visited the Keys many times and stayed in many different locations and homes. This is definitely our favorite!It was very clean, was a wonderful location, and was central to all the areas we like to visit in the Keys. We will definitely be back!
