Detta är en av de ursprungliga välkända stugorna på ön nyligen ombyggda och möblerade! Perfekt för en romantisk get-away, liten familj eller par reträtt! Bubbelbad, stor privat uteplats, eldstad, etc. Ett sovrum, ett badrum, mysigt vardagsrum, målat trätak. Interiör Matsal för 7 (10 räknar barstolar) och yttre lounge sittplatser för 6-8 och badtunna för 6! Täckt parkering tillgänglig för 1 fordon på fastigheten. Amazing Stay

Property exceeded expectations. Everything that could be needed was accessible and available including a fully stocked kitchen plus beach towels and equipment. Would definitely stay again. Close to the ferry and the island shops/restaurants.

Balboa Island Cottage

A really beautiful place in an equally beatiful location. The garage parking and the outdoor space were particular highlights for this cottage. Cozy and comfortable place that exceeded our expectations for the visit.

Cutest place for a romantic getaway

We loved our stay so much. The town is lovely, feels like a small town. This location is so close to so many fun things. The property has everything you need for a nice and relaxing vacation. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Cozy Mariners cottage, well equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, tastefully furnished -1/2 block from Ocean in quiet neighborhood & 6 blocks from Balboa Island shops & restaurants! Fire Pit & Jacuzzi on private enclosed patio. Off street Parking provided as well. Property Manager is super accommodating helpful.

Best Balboa Island rental by far

We loved our stay at Mariner’s Cottage! We live locally and book stays on Balboa Island for staycations. We have booked more than 10 rentals of all different sizes on the island over the past 5 years and this was by far the best. Best location, best interiors, best amenities, best hosts. Highly highly recommend!

Beautifully appointed cottage

This cottage is just perfect. It’s spacious, tastefully decorated, and wonderfully stocked. The directions were detailed and precise. The host was incredibly quick to reply. The backyard with the hot tub is huge and comfy. Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect Balboa Island Getaway

This Balboa Island cottage is such a gem. Located within a block of the water and a short stroll to the main street shops/restaurants and the ferry, we didn’t need the car at all. Everything was clean, tidy and well presented. The hot tub and firepit sitting area outside were such a treat. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The cottage had everything we needed. The hot tub and patio were a plus! Great location to walk around Balboa. Private parking was convenient! Would recommended and would come back!

Absolutely loved and enjoyed our short getaway at Newport Island. I highly recommend and will definitely plan second stay. Chase, property management was exceptional in all aspects during our visit. The property was well stocked with all the necessary essentials plus everything you need for carefree visit for our romantic anniversary. 5 Stars plus rating. Thank you Chase, you’re the best. Perfection!

Chase’s place was perfect for our little family! It’s a in a great location with walkable access to the beach and town. The beds were comfortable and the home was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated a nice clean comfy and quiet place to land after a day of beach activities with the kids. Thanks Chase! We will be back again :)
