Excellent location and lots of room, plenty for our family. Easy to walk or quick drive to almost everything. The property is showing signs of wear, however. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, and many items need to be replaced. Several light bulbs should be replaced, and most of the light switches. The pans should also be replaced. The whole property is in need of an upgrade.

The location was ideal for access to the nearby marina and walking to shops and restaurants. The view of the lake from the balcony was nice! The layout of the house was comfortable with bedrooms having separation, for privacy, the upstairs bedrooms are spacious, the downstairs bedrooms are a bit crowded, but okay for kids. We went in august, just at the end of the Raspberry festival, so perhaps it was a quick turnover from the previous guests, but the house could have been cleaner, and the kitchen more organized, and better stocked as the listing suggests a well stocked kitchen. Some of the appliances and furnishings are a bit worn and dated, but overall it was relatively comfortable as we did not spend a lot of time in the house, just meals and sleeping, and some time in the evenings playing games. The living room adjacent to the dining room made time together for playing games, and eating together was good, and the balcony with grill was convenient! Overall, not terrible for the price, but we will consider other options before booking again at the same location. Not a hard pass, but would look at other locations first. The check in/out process was very simple, we did like that there was an attached garage as well.

Great Location

We’ve stayed at various homes and time-shares throughout Garden City for years and this was one of the best. I particularly loved that we could walk to food and ice cream in minutes.

Great venue

This was a great venue for our family to gather. Nine children ranging in age 10 months to eleven and six adults. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Bear Lake Vacation

We come every year to fly model airplanes off the lake. We have so much fun and we love to stay in the townhouse. So clean. Nicely furnished. Feels like home away from home. Thanks for a great place to stay

Great location.Comfy beds

This VRBO had so many comfortable beds. It is very well planned out with space for a large group. There are 3.5 baths so certainly enough for that large group. It is conveniently located, just blocks away from the lake. The grocery store is within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again

Great location and nice layout

As long as you are okay with stairs, this unit is well equipped to handle larger families. It is also a short walk from downtown Garden City. Parking is limited to two (one garaged) cars, but there are other spots to park not too far away.

Ample parking, clean condo, well stocked, convenient locale to bear lake fun. We loved it! Hospitable hosts- it is evident they want you to feel at home.

Great gathering spot

We stayed with extended family for a family reunion at Bear Lake. We appreciate the spacious rooms with plenty of beds that allowed each family to have their own space. Great number of bathrooms as well. We could meet for breakfast or games and it made a great jumping off point for a day at the lake. A couple of things, like dish soap, weren't included (dishwashing detergent was there) that I was used to from other rentals, but it was pretty well stocked otherwise.

Overall, the property was well kept and what we were expecting. I will say the property did have a ton of spiderwebs around the outside and in the garage, with several large spiders found in the basement. We also found overall the condo was dusty and had cobwebs on the inside.

Bear Lake Townhouse

We did a quick family trip to Garden City and found this townhouse. It is very easy to find, has a ton of space, and beds. My kids wanted to sleep in a different bed each night. It was very clean, and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Location is wonderful very close, walking distance, to the local burger and shake joints. The grocery store in town is close for quick pick up items. I definitely recommend booking this townhouse for your trip to Bear Lake!

Girls Trip!

It was incredible! We stayed during the off season and ended up with perfect weather! The home was perfect for the 7 of us (plenty of beds to stay in!). We were walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream shops and gift shops. The home was very comfortable with plenty of kitchen space and lots of bathrooms as well! It was nice having the garage to park in. We will most certainly keep this home in mind for future stays and recommend to all of our friends! Thanks!

Seasons at Bear Lake June 21-24

Overall, very nice stay. Would recommend an overhaul of kitchen utensils like knives (dull to the point of being dangerous) and a better variety of mixing bowls; maybe a cookie sheet or two would be nice, as well as dish cloths and towels. Extra hand towels for bathrooms also lacking. Wasn’t sure if bed linens were cleaned or replaced prior to our visit. Space was really nice, proximity to Main Street was very convenient. Already discussing booking again for next June. Thank you!
