Great location, quiet neighborhood one block from the ocean and one block from the harbor. Plenty of restaurants and activities to do. Good coffee shops.

Family Vacation

Such a cute condo, great location to the beach and dining. A few minor things, add a broom, replace water filter, TV nor fan in room was working. It didn’t bother us, but you may want to fix for the next family. Aside from that, we would definitely go back.

Nice

The apt is nice, clean and very comfortable. Appliances are high end and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. A few things are not as advertised on vrbo and should be updated immediately. It is not located at the center of shopping/restaurants. You will need a car to get to those areas. Garage is not available for parking. You will need to work on the street. Check in is after 4pm NOT 3pm like contract says. Laundry room can only be used before 10am or after 3pm. Mattress is a foam is a topper on top of regular mattress. Kitchen didn't have cookie sheets or cook wear to heat/cook anything inside of the oven. The "patio" is a 3 foot tiny area with horribly dirty furniture that I would not dare sit on. Also, bathroom fan is not working shower floor tiles are sharp and need re caluked. Just an fyi...if your dog needs grass in order to go pee, you will need to drive to a nearby park.

Great Anniversary Get Away

We loved this little condo! The furnishings were nice, and the bed was super comfy. We felt right at home. The heated toilet seat was by far the best surprise! Ha ha! (We live in a cold climate, so that was a treat in the winter.) The amenities were very nice, and had great wifi. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! The only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that 1.) the parking is dicey - we had to go out to move our car closer when we would see a space open up on the street, 2.) No laundry facilities (if there were, we never found them), 3.) No toaster - we ate breakfast in the condo every morning and would have loved to have had one. None of these things are deal breakers for us. Way better than a hotel in our book!

Sweet tiny house closed to beach and harborside

It‘s a sweet tiny, modern equipped appartment. Arrivel is very easy - you get a code for the door. The lock of the door was a little bit annoying because of the function, but it was repaired immediatly. Thank you Mike. We enjoyed our stay. Distance to the beach 100 metres, to harborside 30 metres. A separate grill would be nice, because of cleaning and using. Sharing with the other appartments is possible but not really comfortable. It was a really nice week. Thank you.

Well maintained/Perfect location

My husband and I rented this property and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was a perfect location-1 block from the bay, 1 block from the beach. As a runner, I enjoyed the fact that the Newport Pier was a perfect mile run/walk from the property. There was also a sweet little running/walking path heading south on the bay side. Restaurants, grocery shopping, and coffee shops were a 10-15 minute walk away, either north or south. This property was very clean, had a fold-out couch, wi-fi, and a nice, small area to sit out on near the front door. This was a block long home that was broken into four properties. Would be great for a family reunion where families want their own space/unit. Truly, a perfect location!

Balboa studio

Really liked the location and the unit was very nice. Bed was super comfortable and the toilet....well...yeah the bidet was a treat. Just a suggestion would be to add some plastic drinking cups, an iron and maybe a few more towels. We stayed three days and had three towels. Thanks!
