Host was very accommodating. We alerted her that the cleanliness of the room was sub-par and she immediately contacted her cleaners as well as offered to pay for our beach chair rental for the entire day (80 value). She did everything she could to make our stay a great one. We definitely appreciate her hospitality. It was a beautiful room with gorgeous view of the beach

Amanda, thank you for taking the time to review our condo. I appreciate your understanding and kindness of the cleaning issues. Although we strive to get it right every time, we fail when we have to rely on human inefficiency.

We had an amazing time staying here for July 4! We watched fireworks from the balcony. Beds were comfy and condo was inviting. Pool and beach access were perfect. Of course the elevators suck, but that’s the only bad part about the property. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time staying here! The condo was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The extra-long balcony was definitely a plus. Beach access was convenient, the elevator was right in front of the room. Just ride it down (there can be a short wait sometimes, but the elevator itself is fast), and when you get off, you’re only a short hallway away from the beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful Winter Vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at the Tidewater Beach Resort, but first in this particular condo. The staff of Tidewater were as friendly as they always are, the views are spectacular from the condo. We will definitely keep our Christmas tradition of coming to the Tidewater.

Thank you, Jason, for taking the time to review us. Sorry about the power going out, kinda confused asbout that, when I spoke to you you said you had no water but that you had AC. Trash bags are never supplied during stays in condo units that's an item most would put on their grocery lists. Hopefully, this will help the next time you rent a condo:) All of the beds have memory foam mattresses that were replaced a year ago. Thank you for letting me know about the sink stopper. I will have maintenance repair the sink stopper this week. Thanks again for renting my unit, Jason. We really do appreciate your patronage.

I appreciate your feedback regarding your stay in my unit. I apologize for the issues you encountered. We have already repaired all the things you listed. We are committed to improving our unit to the highest standards. During peak season, all high-rise facilities experience issues with their elevators not running efficiently. The crowds slow things down.
