Fabulous condo, and Andrew is wonderful to deal with! He provided all the info needed upfront. No annoying check-in/check-out process. Out of all the FL beach condos I have stayed, this is the only one with ample and quick elevators. The balcony on the ocean is dreamy, and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was fantastic! I think this is the best beach condo I have stayed, and will definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for the great vacation Andrew! PS. There was a strong police presence there, and I felt very safe as a single woman.

Great condo and great location

Loved the condo! Beds were comfy and the condo was spacious with a large balcony. Great location, it’s in short walking or driving distance of all of the popular restaurants.

Spectacular!

This condo was exactly as described and very clean! Loved every minute of our stay. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you would need. Love the balcony furniture also! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Accommodations

My husband and I took our 17 year old daughter and her friend to PCB for spring break. We had a great time! The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs and umbrella that were included. We loved the large balcony too!

Summer Vacation

We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental. Everything was very clean and there were no issues at all during our stay. We also love the location since it is within walking distance of Pineapple Willy’s.

Dream stay

This property was everything it promised. We loved staying here. The gulf view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was decorated beautifully and the couches and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the elevators. Sometimes we had a long wait time, but one of the three elevators was broken during our stay.

Just another wonderful stay in PCB

One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed at. Really enjoyed our time at Ocean Villa. Easy access to get on the road. Shipwreck ltd is right across the street and Surfstyle is right down the road. We enjoyed the little restaurant across the street that had amazing breakfast and coffee.

Great location, beautiful views. Clean, updated. More towels would be nice but we washed some ourselves so it wasn’t a problem. Definitely will book again if available! Thank you ;)

Very nice-love the decor

We enjoyed staying here so much. We like this end of PCB so much better than the end by Pier Park. The traffic is not as bad. This condo way very clean and we loved how it was decorated. The balcony was big and we absolutely loved the table on the balcony! Nicest balcony table we have ever seen.

JUST RELAX!!!!

Property was beautiful, very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, so clean it was like home away from home. And the view was absolutely Gorgeous! Love it, Spoiled Us, We will ask for it next year TOO!!!

Awesome condo!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The pictures were accurate, but the condo was even better than expected in person! The best part was the balcony. We used the outdoor seating daily, and you couldn’t beat the view. It was high enough to see everything, but not too high. Elevators were fast. We had a great time! Having the beach chairs set up on the beach right outside was very convenient. The pool area was also very clean.

Perfect getaway

This condo was just perfect! It’s in the best location- you can walk everywhere! The owner’s instructions were super easy to follow, it was a seamless process. The condo was beautiful and perfectly cleaned. The beds were a 10/10. The only negative I would say was the water pressure in the master bathroom shower- but the guest bathroom was just fine. We will definitely be back!

Awesome condo!

Andrew was so helpful throughout the whole process! The condo is nicely appointed, and we were so excited that there were two lounge chairs in addition to the table and other chairs on the balcony because with a 2 month old I wasn’t able to go to the beach very often but I still got the benefit of the sun and the waves by being able to lay out while on the balcony! Thank you Andrew and family!

Terrific Accessible Condo on the Beach

The Condo is clean and well decorated. I have to use a wheelchair or a walker to get around and this unit was very accessible. They even have a shower head on a hose. The patio deck is large with seating for at least 8. There is a well built 4 person table and chairs. The table and 4 chairs are a little higher than normal, which is perfect for someone with accessibility issues, but not too high. Another benefit is you are positioned to see over the railing. The owner was always a quick email away if I had any question. He was very helpful. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Parking Details

Everything was great, but more details are needed about parking permits. When you arrive will your car get towed before u get up to the room to get permit before you get back down to your car? What do you do for second car permit when office is closed?

The location is perfect.....Only steps from the beach and the condo is located on the 9th floor so you don't have to ride the elevator all day but still get the fantastic views.

We love the large balcony at the Ocean Villa Building….. we enhanced the balcony by adding a beautiful outdoor dining table and chairs so you can enjoy a cocktail in the evening or a coffee in the morning while overlooking the gorgeous beaches below.
